I ended up shopping at Walmart for a bit and the went back. It was all set! The phone works great. The only negative thing I can say is that there credit card machine was down so he asked if I had any cash. Fortunately I did, but then he didn't offer a receipt . My phone screen also freezes with black and green lines going vertical. This means the motherboard was damaged or there is now water inside the phone. The guy wanted me to leave my iPad without any receipt of dropping it off. When I refused he then said I could order the glass ahead of time. About 25% of the screen does not work for the touch features in a large strip across the screen after repair. When I called the guy who "fixed" my devices, he didn't even offer a refund. He just said the parts are not genuine Apple parts. Now I'm wondering if this can even be fixed at the Apple Store. Hundreds of dollars paid to damage my devices. You've been warned.

They had one older lady running the entire self check out and front of the store by herself. No lanes were open, so everyone had to go to self check out. I could tell she was overwhelmed and it wasn't her fault, but I had to wait over 20 mins to even get her attention because she had so many people to get to. Again, this isn't a problem on her, but should reflect on lack of poor management and staffing. It's summer time now, so I'm not seeing how they only have one person running the entire front of the store. It's not fair to them or the customers who have to wait just to be noticed for help.

There were items from different departments all over the store that, it seems, as if the employees never tidy up and put back where they belong. For example- kids apparel found abandoned in the electronics section; laundry detergent found in the area where the fake plants are, etc. Oh, and speaking of plants, almost all of them inside the store were dying or in really sad shape. This store is anchoring a dead major mall space. I can't recommend shopping at this location
