First was a malfunction of the electronic controls for my gas…read moreoven; second was a leak from the bottom of my refrigerator which turned out to be from the ice forming apparatus below which had a plugged drainage tube. The company which I normally called was overwhelmed with service calls but referred me to NEA. Following a few days wait for a part for the stove I received a call that the part was in and I would receive the service the next day. Promptly at the hour I was told the service man came (?John) and in a flash the stove was pulled out, the part replaced and the stove returned to its location. Immediately thereafter the refrigerator icing area was exposed and series of maneuvers performed and the repair was completed. No more water leak and the floor dry since; and the oven works well. Total time about 75 minutes at most. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It is now my repair company of choice, at a very reasonable cost.

I have only used the project functionality once before but ended up using someone else. My normal repair go-to did not pick up the phone so I thought why not? They literally responded in under a minute. What's that saying the early bird catches the worm? Normally, I check out the business and see how many reviews they have do a little research but I was in a hurry so I asked how much and when they could come for a refrigerator repair. They said they could come the same day, And the price was right comparatively. (Diagnostic fee is 95$ which will go towards the repair cost.) There was some back-and-forth about when they could come and we decided on the next day. Adam showed up on time, was very polite and fixed our issue! Our Refrigerator had a lot of condensation and it turns out the fan was not working. He could've just said we needed a new fan and charged us for it, but he went beyond that and went through the back panel and noticed there was something unplugged and then the fan started working in our refrigerator is working great! I have so much respect for honesty and integrity. I highly recommend using their service I believe from the other reviews that they are a new service and they deserve all the new business! I bought a refrigerator from this company for my own home because I have used them for my business…read moremany times. After the delivery drivers left we realized there was a large sum of money missing from an area of the house where the driver had gone into alone. There was a police investigation into the matter but they could not gather a strong fingerprints. So not enough evidence to press charges. The owner of the store will probably respond to this post and try to do damage control and defend the drivers, but in reality he is the one that instructed the drivers not to do a in person interview with police and instead send a statement via his attorney. I would never use this company again and suggest not to. There are plenty of reputable companies around.

The gentleman I spoke with assured me they were super hearty, can withstand direct sunlight and assured me again... they would not die. Since the previous round of bushes I purchased from them did. I had my landscapers plant them, all new and nutrient packed soil was used as well. They struggled that summer, but somewhat came back last summer. This year, completely dead. I called and spoke with someone, they told me too bad. It's past the time of purchases. I'm out almost $1000 on these 3 bushes, plus the previous bushes that their employees assured me would survive. I've purchased many perennials as well that also did not survive. I've spent a fortune here only to be told, oh well. Do not recommend! Makes me sad, but I will not be back.
