They also sprayed in insulation in my attic and installed a solar fan in the attic in one day. I asked him if he was sure it was the motor and he guaranteed it was the motor and he would "eat the cost" if it wasn't the motor. A couple of weeks after I paid him he finally made time to come "fix" the dishwasher and after he left, it stopped working. I called him to inform him about it and he said it was a "User Error" problem. And that it's the city's water that is causing this issue. He refused to see it and said that if he does go, he will charge me the service fee. I asked him if I can drop off the dishwasher if he would fix it or if I can have my money back. He said "Absolutely not". I thought that instead of buying a new dishwasher, that this would be the cheaper option. I now bought a new dishwasher and out $267.03 for bad service.
