John came out to the property the same day, got up on the roof and even took the time to take photos and video to show where the problems were as well as the time to explain how they could damage my house even more if it continued to rain. He even took the time to tarp it up for me in the rain!!!!! Free of charge. He gave me the quote and I couldn't believe it! It was almost half of what everybody else wanted to charge me.
