I've been in the market for a few service professionals lately, and I don't know what I would've done without it. Actually, I know exactly what I would've done without it: probably gotten ripped off by someone that would've been tougher to find in the first place. ______________ OK, I had an electrical problem. There was an outlet, and the things I needed to plug into the outlet weren't exactly lining up. I requested a quote from a few different electricians in the area, and Kevin Harrington... 1. Responded instantly to ask for more details. I really appreciate a quick response, and I'm assuming you do too because who likes having to wait around? 2. After he got said details, quoted me the (what I now know is a fair) price of $162.19. That's also obviously incredibly precise, as it was right down to the cent after tax, and I like that too, because I want to know how much I'm going to pay. 3. Requested a few more details and photos so as not to waste either of our time when he showed up to do the work. Warned me that if a few things were the case in an old building, it could run me a little bit more than the initial quote. 4. Showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, and then billed me $30 LESS than the original quote, since the job was easier than he expected. Believe me when I tell you that I would not have had the slightest clue if he charged me the original price. But he was honest enough to charge me what he thought the job was worth. I like that. And you know what? I'm gonna call him next time I have an electrical issue.

From my own personal experience, this company works above and beyond in every aspect of the job. He even came during an emergency event where he didn't even know me as a client and I needed an electrician so bad and he came immediately to help me. I've dealt with a few electricians with owning this home and he is by far the most exceptional and great person to work with. I feel like he's very fair in his pricing and he doesn't try to take advantage like a lot of electricians do. He has great customer service he keeps you up-to-date with what's going on with the job before the job starts during the job process and I trust him and his company completely and anyone saying otherwise is honestly lying. Plus His work is super clean. My husband loves his work. I love people who do clean jobs and do it nice and neat and he is very neat with his work.

They take their time explaining situations to us, repair issues at a reasonable rate, and even dropped what they were doing and rushed over to our house when I reported being electrocuted in our home, which is an hour away. Unfortunately the situation in our home is continuing, but four other electricians have been stumped as well as to what is causing the random electrocutions. Of all of the electricians we've had thus far, Omar and his crew have uncovered more of the issues, tested electronic equipment for leaking power and has shown genuine concern and empathy for us. I would recommend Ohms to anyone based upon our experiences with them.

Bill's Appliance was recommended. I called and received a call back right away with a scheduled repair date within days. Had these guys come to service our HVAC system that had stopped working. Technician came took a…read morelook for a few minutes, and figured that the problem was the control board and charged us $400 plus the service call and then left. After a few weeks of waiting for the part we called to find out an update and were told that the part should be in soon but we should just replace the entire system for some insanely amount of money! I said we'd consider it if we can't get it fixed. When the part finally came in a different tech who wasn't familiar with the system returned to install it. Then we found that we still had the same problem and that things still weren't working properly. The tech couldn't figure out the problem and that he'd need to go back to the shop to look at a schematic so he charged us for the service call and installation and left never to be heard from again. When we called to follow-up we were told to replace the system or don't call them back becuase they don't want to service the system because it's too old. Yet another company who just wants to 'sell' new systems to people who have older units. Again, this wouldn't be a problem if the system was completely shot and non functioning. But these guys just didn't want to take the time to figure out the problem and fix it. Techs were nice enough but what's with these attitudes in the office? Needless to say, I was able to find someone else from a smaller local service that pinpointed the problem which turned out to be a pulled wire from a plug which mysteriously happened during the previous part installation and a bad relay. He ordered the parts and came back to install them within a week. less than $50! It was unbelievable that these guys wanted to charge me to replace my unit. It's still working a year later with no problems! Go figure! Customer beware! The name says it all!

I had a mini split system installed in 2021 by CR Wolfe and after the first year, it required an…read moreaddition of refrigerant due to an apparent leak. The tech was unable to find the leak, but charged the system and got it working well again. This happened again this summer and again it was restored briefly to working order. When it happened a third time, the service department sent out an amazing tech named Thomas who was determined to solve the problem once and for all. Thomas worked diligently much of the day, found the original problem, but continued to test to prove that it was the only problem! I had paid for the previous calls, but when Thomas found the problem it was clear that it was an installation error and reported this back to his supervisor. Now comes the part that separates this company from so many others; when I sent a letter requesting they consider refunding my previous service charges, the management agreed and promptly send a check for those charges. This fair, customer first attitude is so rare in these times and has made me a great fan of CR Wolfe (and their amazing tech Thomas!) WELL DONE! Bon
