Jaw dropping great service. An emergency call to Bill -- whom I had never before contacted -- when my 20 year old fridge started losing cooling resulted in his calling me back with the disappointing news that he could not come out for several days. Instead, over a series of back and forth calls, Bill proceeded to talk me through the process of opening the freezer and analyzing the condition then correctly assessing the problem (ice accumulation) and offering a fix that even a clumsy all-thumbs guy like me could do like a champ. Here's a bit of a usual review. I contacted Bill over the holidays because my seven year old GE Profile refrigerator was leaking water on left side of the onto the floor every night. I phoned him and within 24 hours he called back and asked me many questions about the situation. He also read my email, looked up the model and gave me some advice on how to proceed. Because he said was not 100% sure, based upon that model and some of the nuances with it, he could not guarantee to fixing it. So he preferred not to take the appointment unless I insisted, which I thoroughly appreciated. Bill then offered to walk me through the repair process if I did attempted it. He also directed me to check a YouTube video if I was going to attempt this on my own, which I also did. I removed the back panel, cleaned a drain line and the rubber gasket that was clogged. Also melted the defroster tray. Fridge is back to normal and works as good as new. I won't forget Bill's treatment and honesty, and would recommend him to anybody. Jim read more

Worst company ever! They charged me $90 for nothing! No diagnosis or estimate, just "it's broken, buy a new fridge" and "that will be $90". I new it was broken already, that way I called them! Very unprofessional and rude. Also they didn't show up for 3 different appointments. read more

Bill seems to be rushing a service call. Not that he is dishonest but he does not exam the problem sufficiently. My service call lasted under 15 minutes @100$ fee. He checked the obvious locations of the dryer, found all normal readings and disregarded the the fact that the dryer was not drying enough. He did return when I called again, and after more guess work he stated he was not educated enough repair the dryer and left. read more

It started off well, the field specialist seems really good and very nice, and then they just dropped the ball. The last time I called, the receptionist was rude, never let me finish a sentence. They could could have just told me they didn't know how to fix it, but they left me hanging so long. Called with a freezer that wouldn't defrost. Bill stated it could be a number of things that are fixable, so I agreed to a service call at a $150 minimum. Mike shows up and after explaining what was happening (same thing I told Bill) he states it must be that the door was left opened. After explaining this has happened twice in three weeks and with a magnetic door it really isn't the case. I asked him to look at the freezer and as he did he continued to tell me that it was the opened door and that he makes 3 or 4 calls a day with the same issue and with the humidity it is a common problem. The debate continued until I asked him to please stop talking and put the freezer back together and leave. He left an invoice and said to pay it if it doesn't happen in ten days if it does he will come back. Four days later the phone calls started as if I was dodging an invoice. I sent a check after the agreed upon time (with a note to Bill explaining the issue) and then he shows up at my house to continue the debate that he was right. I had to demand he leave my property and threaten to call the police. Bill seems like a reasonable person but his son Mike has a lot to learn about how to deal with people and I'm not impressed by his repair skills either. By the way the refrigerator/freezer was replaced and I will never call this company again. read more
