DO NOT move here. I lived in this apartment for less than a month before I had to break my lease due to a completely disgusting and unacceptable roach infestation. I noticed signs of the problem by the second day, and despite multiple fumigations, the roaches never went away. I've rented for years in various cities and buildings all over LA and have never dealt with anything remotely like this. The fact that I had to move out so quickly after just moving in was beyond frustrating. I was in a top-floor, two-bedroom unit, and it was very clear the infestation wasn't just isolated to my apartment, it was a building-wide issue. I couldn't even eat in my own home, and I ended up having to throw away kitchen supplies, food, rugs, furniture, so many things I had just moved in with it was insane. The stress of having to immediately coordinate another move, deep clean everything I owned, and try not to bring the infestation with me was incredibly overwhelming. It was also a huge financial loss. I had to spend even more money right after moving into a new place, movers, replacement furniture, and eating out constantly since I couldn't safely use my own kitchen. Every time they fumigated (which still didn't solve the issue), I had to rearrange my work schedule and leave my apartment with my dog for 3-4 hours each time due to the fumes. It was disruptive and exhausting. The only reason I'm giving this place one star is because the office staff was at least responsive and cooperative throughout the process. But honestly, I never should've been handed keys to a unit in that condition. I wouldn't recommend this complex to ANYONE. I am beyond glad I left and so much happier and comfortable out of there. I've left some pictures when I could take them in time, but there were SO many focused in the dishwasher/kitchen island area. Here are only a few, but within my short period of living, I experienced well over 20-30. Beyond disgusting, unacceptable, and unlivable.

Apparently Veda hasn't been paying the Gas Bill

LIES. They will LIE TO YOU and tell you the construction is temporary. It's not. There hasn't been a lobby or a pool or a clubhouse for over a year now. THERE is NO GYM either. They will lie to you and tell u it will be done in a month. ITS A LIE!! They lie. And also Greystar is being sued by the FTC for overcharging residents. And apparently now they're not paying the Gas bill and the gas company has threaten to shut off the gas. This has been a LONG TIME COMING. All the reviews about this place are completely TRUE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We haven't had an accessible lobby or ANY amenities for over A YEAR!!! No gym, no clubhouse, no cinema, NO LOBBY. EVERY TIME YOU ASK WHEN IT'LL BE DONE, THEY SAY IN ABOUT A MONTH. NOPE. FLAT OUT LIE, MONTH AFTER MONTH. Packages and food deliveries are constantly lost given the lack of access to the lobby. And on top of that, all this remodeling to make it look "nice", but this place is dirty. One day there is dog pee for days in the elevator, TODAY there was FUR?! See photo. We will see how long it will be there. Besides for this, the staircase looks like a bird died, with all the feathers on the ground. They never upkeep or actually clean this building, despite saying they do or advertising they have cleaning services. Don't be fooled by the "amenities" or "fancy lobby", when, and if it'll ever be ready. It's all for show. And on top of everything, our elevator was recently broken and it took them over a week to fix it, while they blocked access to other working elevators due to the ongoing construction.

Flooding they have yet to help with 2 months later

I am still waiting to receive my deposit they were ordered to pay by the courts. I have contacted so many people. Called/emailed and have yet to hear back. Very disappointing. Continue to get the run around. its been 6 months

Confirmation emails for appointments that don't exist

POOR EXPERIENCE FOR PROSPECTIVE TENANTS!!! Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, despite their poor reviews, and attempted to get a tour. We signed up for Sunday, show up because we got a confirmation email, and no one on site. We rescheduled for another time during the week at 9am, got a confirmation email, no parking at the future tenant space, no one to be found so we asked a worker who seemed to be maintenance and he said they might come in 30 minutes (way past our appointment time so we left). Both times -- no one answered their phones either. They need to update their times and stop sending confirmation emails. Wasting people's time!! I feel bad for anyone who is not from the area trying to check out Veda. It's telling how a place runs from how the apt searching / touring experience is.

I currently live here, I wish I could leave zero stars. Fair warning - this is going to be a long review. Our unit has been under construction since January 26th of this year. There was a leak from the heavy rains in our roommate's bedroom and our living room that they came to repair. The contractors blocked off half of our living room and our balcony (shoving all the remaining furniture to the other half of the living room demeaning it unusable) with a plastic tarp and then didnt come back. And didnt come back. And didnt come back. A dozen unanswered phone calls and emails to management. Until finally I threatened legal action, then miraculously someone got right back to me. Last week they finally came back to work, but SURPRISE it's been so long that they are saying the wood beams in our living room are rotting so repairs are going to take EVEN LONGER. AND my roommate's situation got worse and they had to do the same thing they did to the living room: block half of it off with a plastic tarp and shove the rest of his belongings into the other half (including the bed being taken apart and leaning on the wall). When i told them they effectively unhoused my roommate and need to get him a hotel in the meantime, they said to contact our renter's insurance. We did, they said its the apartment's responsibility. And WHAT DO YOU KNOW they won't respond to any of my emails requesting a hotel again. It's really convenient that they only respond if I threaten to sue. They said they can't give us any money off of rent until ALL the repairs are finished. So, today is day 105 of our apartment being under construction. Day 105 of having no living room or balcony. Day 105 of no sunlight in our apartment. Day 105 of rotting wood in our apartment. It's also Day 10 of my roommate having no bedroom. Day 10 of my roommate having no bed to sleep on. Day 10 of my roommate not having a hotel or other housing accommodations. This is Month 5 of paying full rent without full access to our unit. I could look past the fire alarms going off at all ours of the night. I could look past the water being shut off with no notice. I could look past all of the large capacity washers and dryers being removed with no notice. I could look past the rec room being renovated with no notice. I could look past the elevators breaking every week. Don't waste your money moving here. It has a great facade and friendly faces at the front but once you sign a lease you realize it's a scam. Do. NOT. Move here. I will be suing.

This is what it's like to live here... I won't even get started with the staff, the " security guard", the roaches. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The air quality is horrible with toxins the balcony's are full of dust and trash and splinters.

If I could give minus stars I would. First I was almost attacked by men in the apartment building on two occasions and yes police were called. Also robbed at gun point with no help from management they would not allow the tapes of the incident to be viewed nor corporate with the police imagine being robbed with a gun in The lobby and they won't help you or let you see the tape of who robbed you. Security watched the incident and ran the other direction. Currently the apartment is under construction surrounding my unit there are men working on four units at once around me starting at 7 am. Sawing and screaming and yelling playing loud music and pounding and banging. This is non stop till end of the day. On Saturday today currently while I type they started at 9 am. I have a lot of video not sure how to post here. The girls at the front desk are beyond worthless and also rude. I told them about a man exposing himself to me and walking after me in front of the lobby doors and showed her a photo of the man and video Misty said well sounds like a police issue not mine.... I'm scared I will be very hurt living here. I fear for my life daily. I spoke to Misty about the black mold in the unit she scrunches her nose and says ew I'll get my team on that ASAP she did not send anyone to look at the issue. We told Misty about mice in the kitchen same situation She will not handle one issue and ignores the situation it's been months! I've spoke to tenants in the building same issues. The electricity is off a few times a week as well as the water. You can not live here and have a normal life. You will miss work and the plans you have due to waking up with no resources No water no power you never know living here. Stay as far away from this place as you can. I'm scared every day when I have to leave the apt to walk my dog or get mail it's very unsafe here the hotel next door is full of sex trafficking and crime, management doesn't care enough about their tenants to have lights in the front of the building. Homeless people use the gym bathroom for a sink bath and a place to hide in the dark and sleep. There are mice and BLACK MOLD infecting the units as well no one will help fix any of the problems they ignore everything. Someone is stuck in the elevators and they have to wait for the firemen a few times a week as they are always broken ALL of them. The firemen are curious to how this place is not shut down I have a long list of notes since move in here with issues. Do not move here it's not safe. I fear the way the will treat me after this review that management will try and retaliate to this message and make my life worse in this building but it needs to be said and address how bad this building is. These walls have been exposed for weeks and yes they were open and uncovered during the storm these units under construction will have water and mold damage from being exposed for so long. Not to mention the air quality form the construction. It's really bad here really bad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The management is completely negligent. Since the management neglected us for about a month, our guest bedroom flooded from all the rain in the winter went from a flood to BLACK MOLD!!!!! Not only was our unit infested with black mold and cockroaches (which is a whole other frustrating story) the management is completely negligent leading us 1. Live with black mold for 3 months not giving one single care for our health. We had to go to the doctors, I even threw up once after trying to move our belongings out of the mold infested room 2. Gaslight us and use scare tactics for us to pay rent for a 2 bedroom unit when we really only had 1 bedroom for 4 months (not to mention we had to live with our guest bedroom mattress in the LIVING ROOM for all 4 months so it wouldn't get ruined) it literally felt like we were living in a chaotic studio apartment with all of our stuff everywhere. 3. Since it was apparent they didn't care for our health, we had to terminate our lease early and do a emergency move out asap because we were starting to feel so sick 4. Once they finally did something about the mold, they LEFT THE WALL COMPLETELY OPEN!!!!! We could literally see into our neighbors unit!!!! 5. We had to also keep the window open for the 4 months so we completely felt UNSAFE in our home. We slept with our bedroom door locked. Have you ever seen the documentary "night stalker" ?? Yea....I didn't feel safe at all All in all, I'm extremely disappointed in the management at Veda. They didn't give one care about our health, safety, or human/tenant rights.

The other review about a poor experience for prospective tenants is 100% true. This review is mainly for their leasing agent Misty - very rude, very condescending, and has no idea how to work in a corporate setting. I went to tour the unit yesterday, I was told to come see a 2 bedroom 2 bath that wasn't ready to move in just yet but I could see it and put an application/deposit in the meantime. Once I got there, turns out the apartment is in no way available for a viewing and they can only show other units, however they weren't even the same floor plan. I sat in the lobby with my boyfriend for about 30 minutes waiting to see something. Misty had someone else show the unit instead. She was brand new and couldn't help very much with the process since she was training, but at least she tried answering my questions kindly. After touring, I asked Misty how I could apply and hold the unit since my lease wasn't up until next month, and I was pleased to hear there were no other applicants which made it urgent to want to get an application in. I asked her to send over information on the unit and whether they could hold it, along with the application information (they said prices fluctuate every day so wanted to make sure I had the correct amount). From 12ish pm when I toured the space to 6pm when the office closes, I did not hear from anyone even after I followed up via phone. Today I called back first thing in the morning, still trying to just put in an application ASAP but wanting to confirm the pricing and holding details which still hadn't been answered. I was told "I'll resend the email right this second and I'll call you back in 5 minutes to make sure you got it" - never sent it, never called me back in said 5 minutes. The email finally arrived way later and way past 5 minutes, and the questions I had about holding the unit (the whole reason why I was waiting for her to send an email in the first place) weren't answered so I had to then hop on the phone for the nth time - I also asked her about the rapport of the building having toxic black mold due to the heavy rain that hit LA this year and if she had a health report for me to see (I'm immunocompromised). She said she would ask management and call me back in 15 minutes - never happened. In the meantime, I tried filling out the application but was very confused to see that the price was completely different online than the price Misty sent in her email the very same day. I called back again and spoke to their assistant manager only to be told that the unit was no longer available because someone else applied first. Completely ridiculous and completely unfair considering I spent over 24 hours playing the waiting game when I could have applied and been done with it. Misty eventually called back only be extremely rude, stating that she didn't understand my complaint and that "obviously" if the application is online someone else would take it. Our entire phone conversation was less than 2 minutes long and I eventually gave up and hung up on her - she wouldn't stop interrupting me to the point where I could barely get a word in. I refuse to be spoken to like a child. This is not my first rental and I've worked in leasing before so I'm well aware of the process. It doesn't need to be this difficult. I can't say that the building itself sucks, because from what I saw it was all lovely and probably would've been a nice place to live. I almost moved in last year to a 1 bedroom 1 bath but the timing didn't work out with when my lease was ending and when the floor plan I liked would have an opening. I worked with a really nice agent named Adriana who was quick, responsive, and friendly - so it sounds like they maybe just have a bad apple. That being said, when you have an incompetent leasing agent who can't understand the sense of urgency, and the only other agent is brand new and unable to assist as well, then you start to feel like you have to beg them to allow you to give them your business, which I refuse to do. There is probably a good reason as to why so many of their units have been sitting empty for months. Save yourself the trouble and move elsewhere or just make sure you don't work with Misty.

I m leaving this review for my 82 year old mother that has Parkinson's Isabel Decker. I would like for people to know what kind of management and business this is, before you move in. My mom who is now in a assisted living due to health conditions, has lost all her belongings living here. In Sept 2022 we notified the building letting them know that their could be toxic mold in the unit where my mom was having difficulty breathing. They came out at the time and changed air filters. My mom had 2 strokes and had to be hospitalized in that same month. I had to hold the apartment for my mother because all her belongings were in this unit in the hopes she could come back.(Everything she owns was in the apartment) The apartment complex ended up tearing down the living room walls down and floors because there was toxic mold. 84,000k sore count with Penecillium and others toxic mold Even the city came in and investigated that building was unlivable and this is Jan-March 2023. This complex makes you sign a lease that doesn't let participate in class action law suits in these very case because more than another other units are living in these conditions. Anyway the attorney send us one email saying that we need to look to our renters insurance to have them move us and repay us for all the damages. And of course renters insurance does cover this and we did file with the insurance but when the damage is pre Existing which in case it is here the building's insurance is liable. Real simple just hand over all the damages and cost for relocation and the insurance covers it. Guess what I helped my mom. We followed the lease agreement We followed the lawyers email We reached out to our renters insurance They investigated showing the building liable The city came and also found the building liable We have the mold report showing an 84,000 spore level count in Toxic mold All their manager had to do was give our damages to the insurance company but she wont even pass on the information for my 82year old now apartmentless mother can receive some sort of compensation for everything she lost. Thank a manager has put us off and put us off And for the insurance company to cover my moms damages they re will for us to go to legal where of course the attorneys will make all the money We will win if we go to court but then my mom recovers 25% of what she lost Where is the justice for my mother I just want people to know what kind of people are in charge All they had to do was their due diligence but she would rather have my mom be homeless and lose all her things That's the Veda

Email confirmation 1.5hour before the appointment- and the leading staff still didn't give the tour.

I had a confirmed appointment with the leasing office for 2pm today, I received an email & a text two hours before the tour. I went from west LA - already submitted my application in advance as I'm in a rush to finalize a spot. However, I came and the security guard Latisha said Misty is working but she's on break so she won't be able to give you the tour !! Wait, what? I am confused. I have an appointment, Veda confirmed it and you're telling me no one from the leasing office is available? The security guard politely declined and blamed the office for not being available. I was super excited about this tour as the location is pretty close to work and Ideally wanted to confirm today. No one called me back, I left two voicemails and no one bothered with a follow up. Such a bummer. I really wanted the 2/2 bathroom- hugely disappointed

Like most if I could leave zero stars i would. they have put my kids lives at risk on multiple occasions. when we moved in a door fell on my 2 year old and seriously hurt him. then we discovered our fridge was leaking since we moved in and there was possible mold in our walls/under our floors to which they knocked out the dry wall 4 months ago and have yet to fix. I asked for the mold to be inspected multiple times with no answer. Last night our sink exploded filling with sewage to top it all off. We have had to submit 8 service requests since moving in feb. When emailed both the parent company and Veda saying we moved into an unlivable apartment both emails were ignored. You can try calling and phone rings forever with no voicemail. I want out. I want a safer living place for my children. Veda should be paying us to live here not the other way around.

I still have nightmares about living here. The management is inept and about as bad as it gets. The office staff is non existent and maintenance will never come. All for 3 grand a month. This place was once called the Grand apartments which had a horrible reputation and has gone under massive renovations multiple times. The current project has been going on for years which includes endless water shut offs and random apartment entries by construction and staff at anytime. This complex also changes management every few months. In the years I lived here over 20 office staff quit. One of the staff was even kind enough to give me insight to this nightmare before she quit. Cheers to luxury living at the Veda. RUN! read more

I don't even know where to begin with this place (just like everyone else) Staff is friendly until you move in... Then they don't care. Probably because this building is filled with problems and all they hear are complaints. One very rude woman who works in the office called me in my first week of living there and talked to me like I was a child being punished! Water is a luxury and hot water is a rarity. Except for all the leaks... They seem to have an endless water supply. Construction has been going on for months and was supposed to end months ago. Don't even think about sleeping in over the LOUD sawing and banging from morning till night. Maintenance is quick and friendly but the jobs are tacky and usually have to be done more than once. Rent is way to high for the value of the apartment you will be stuck in. Think twice or three times before moving here read more

Moved into the complex in Nov of 2012 for the location. After reading the reviews for this place to be honest I was questioning things. The bad reviews for this place could not be more wrong. Of course everyone has their own experiences and I would like to think I am a person whom has experienced the worst and best of renting in my past 15+ years doing so. Justin and Dianne are awesome. I had some unusual circumstances and they have been nothing but generous and thoughtful. I have been here 4 weeks and have not seen one bug. The maintenance guys are amazing. The only con I would have is the elevators, you have to be used to elevator living. Sometimes that one thing can take you 30seconds or five minutes depending on whom else is using it. I would say based on other places I checked in the area, the place is worth the price. read more

i moved here a year ago and the building was under constructions , the promised us that they will be done by end of May or beginning of June, which actually ended up closer to aug. Till now, many things haven't been completed, such as lights on top of each door entrance to the apt. there are just wires hanging out. they installed new washers and dryers but the credit cards machine isn't working, so for 2 months now we have to collect 25c coins in order to do laundry. it was only installed on the 4th floor!!! un expected water shut downs all the times!! *** Break ins and stolen items!! *** Just be careful, lock your apts and watch your cars!! cause someone just stole over the weekend wheels and rims we had in front our parking spot. its def someone who live-in the building and saw those wheels were there. My parking spot is on the far right and its pretty dark plus the wheels were covered in black plastic bags so unless you park on that side daily - you won't even see those wheels. specially when the cars are parked in front of it. I also heard someone car was stolen a month ago and someone else's car was broken into. The building has cameras at the entrance to the garage but apparently its just for "show" since they don't work and after all those break-in "The Grand" didn't even thought of adding extra security or have the cameras working? management was just changed to a new one in order to make things better but besides sending us emails i don't see anything is being better. the maintenance crew is the only good thing about this building which they are pretty fast and really try to help when the office crew is not so helpful at times. TERRIBLE -- The water is off once or twice a week. They have increased our rent DURING the year long process of complete RENOVATIONS. Super old, poorly managed building; so mold, mildew, holes & YEARS of ignored ware & tare had to be redone. The managers are lazy Washers & dryers occasionally work No security cameras so n people leave their trash in the hallways The 1 star is because it's safe & convenient read more

Before I moved into the Grand, I read the yelp reviews and was incredibly freaked out. I hope if you feel the same way, my post gives you some peace of mind. Like you, I really wanted to live in a luxury building close to Ventura with a nice gym, pool, and other amenities and this ticked all of the buttons. Especially since it is a few hundreds dollars a month cheaper than the other options. So, I had three tours of the building and inspected everything myself. Now that I have lived here over three months, I want to address a few things. THERE IS NO PET WASTE. I see the cleaning crew literally every morning on my way to work. There is an enclosed room for a trash chute, and if residents decide to be lazy or rude, they can leave their trash there but it is gone by the next day, and it is not in the hall. As far as the water shut-offs go, they send you a letter and let you know a week ahead of time that they are updating the plumbing and pipes in the building so the water will be off between 8-6. This has happened 4 times since I moved in but to be honest, my boyfriend and I are both at work during these times so it is hardly a nuisance. I am sure it must have been incredibly frustrating to live here during construction but I have never heard of a project that size finishing early or even on time. We are still missing the light fixtures above the front door to the apartments, but other than that, everything is complete. What could management have even done to make construction less frustrating? In summary, I love the building and location and the amenities leave nothing else to be desired. I get free starbucks coffee every day and there is a movie theatre to hang in on the weekends. I have had 15+ friends over before and not had a problem for them to find parking. The maintenance staff is very responsive! Any problem I have had has been attended to immediately. There are some imperfections, but if you expect top-end luxury, you will be paying hundreds more a month for it. The water-shut-off and construction occurs during the weekdays, so if you work Monday-Friday in an office, chances are, none of this will affect your life here at The Grand. We are very happy here, from price to amenities, I feel we got everything we were looking for. read more

A lot of you guys are really dramatic.. I read a lot of these reviews before i moved in and almost everyone had something negative to say.. so yeah i was a little worried about moving in here.. Ive been here a month now and i will say it has been the best place i have ever lived in! Everything works fine.. yes sometimes one of the elevators doesn't work.. but it wouldn't kill you to wait 2 mins for the other elevator to come down. The management is amazing! I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family... Great place to live in :) read more

Lived here for a bit over a year. Price is decent and most of the people are decent that live there. With that said there are escorts that live there(they work in the adult entertainment industry also). Our space was sloped from one end to the other, basically the floors are uneven. They definitely need more washers and dryers. Overall experience was mediocre, if you look around you can definitely find a better spot read more

Going on DAY 5 with no AC!!!! The absolute worst "luxurious" apartment complex in the valley. I have been living in this apartment building for almost 2 years. I love the fact that it's close to all my needs. There is a lot of activities around and it's located in a very happening area. The building is very organized there is few parking garages as well as few laundery and dryer machines on each floor. The staff is very professional and friendly. Any issues is resolve quickly and any repair and maintenance order has been handled in a timely matter. I must say that there is an associate in the management office that defiantly make this place a lot better for me and my roommate. Her name is Ali, I'm not sure what's her last name. She is very understanding with any request that I have. I order few things online and they shipped directly to a small warehouse in the grand. Opening hours of that warehouse are similar to the management office so in a situation you may come after a long day at work around 6 pm, most likely you will have to wait the next morning to pick up your package. Not with Ali! She is so generous with her personal time and more than happy to assist any tenant. She is always happy, positive and friendly that even after a bad day at work, you can start enjoying that amazing facilities that the grand has to offer because that's the first thing you see while getting inside the lobby. To sum up, the grand proved to be a good decision for me to move (location ! Location ! Location !). When I was a kid, my mom always told me that anywhere you go, the people and your surroundings will have an effect on your life. must tell that Stuff at the grand have made my residency at the grand a better experience. read more

GARBAGE apartment complex to live at. HORRIBLE LYING managers, they should all be fired. Be careful of any promises they tell you verbally they will no abide by their promise and will slap you with fines afterwards. I moved out early because the building always had issues that were unbearable, I was got trapped in the elevator 3 times for god sake. Be careful before choosing to live in this place infested with snakes (management) read more

I wanted to post an updated review about living at the grand as I feel it's important to give credit where due. I recently needed a few things fixed in my apartment and Manuel has been fantastic! He's gone above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and efficiently, I've been very happy with the results. He follows up to make sure I'm pleased and is always available to assist, no matter what time of day. Jesse is great as well and always pleasant and attentive. I'd also like to say the team in the office is fantastic as well. Sean has planned some great events this past year, which I've attended and loved! I'm not sure where to begin. However, they will do everything to keep your deposit. I lived here for a year and decided to move to out due to a huge increase in rent. I did not move out early, gave plenty of notice and 2 month after moving out, still don't have my deposit back. Their response times are very slow. I lived on the backside by the galleria parking garage and every single night you'd hear cars doing burn outs in the garage and people hanging out. It was extremely noisy on that side and difficult to sleep. read more

**This place clearly rebranded to try to avoid the horrible reviews they have from the past. Do not let this fool you** Do not live here, I cannot stress this enough. The first month and a half of us living here there was torrential downpour in our apartment due to a malfunctioning air conditioning pump. Gallons and gallons of water was falling from our ceiling every single day. We reported the issue to management copious times with no solutions offered. Finally, Manuel (who is lovely) stepped up to the plate and resolved the issue by hiring an external air conditioning crew. Throughout this process we ruined several cooking pots and pans (as we were forced to use them to catch the rusty water) and many many towels. We alerted them of this and we were not offered any sort of compensation or even an apology. In fact, the manager insinuated that we were lucky to have our apartment for the amount we pay and should not be complaining. It was $2,000 for a 700 square foot apartment with torrential downpour and outdated amenities. The elevators are constantly down and when they are working, they are painfully slow. I've seen roaches in the gym many, many times. Fellow tenants are rude and disrespectful, letting their pets defecate in the hallways and not picking it up, blasting music at all times, smoking indoors, leaving their trash in the hallways, etc. They refuse to give extra parking spots, even when offered compensation, even though there are MANY unused spots in the garages, forcing tenants who have more than one car (there is only one spot given per bedroom), to street park, which is nearly impossible on Sepulveda (we were assured before signing the lease that there is always plenty of parking available- false). Especially do not live here if you are a dog owner, finding grass and a safe, enjoyable place to walk your dog is not possible unless you cross Sepulveda and walk in the nearby neighborhoods, which don't even have sidewalks. The area is gross and dangerous in general, very dirty, next-door to a run-down motel (which was raided by SWAT teams several times while we were there) and swarming with homeless people and drug addicts. My S/O's car was broken into while we were there WHILE IT WAS PARKED IN THE UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGE. When this was brought to the attention of the staff, again we were not offered any solutions. One night, we were forced to call the police as a homeless woman was banging on our door at 2 AM threatening us. Best of all, the entrance doors are consistently broken, meaning anyone could access the building whenever they wanted. Not to mention, this place is incredibly over-priced, management is rude and prices continue to rise. When asked if we would be renewing, they alerted us that our rent would be increasing from $2,000 to $2,200.... for an insanely outdated unit. CHERRY ON TOP: it has been over three months since we moved out and we STILL have not received our security deposit, which I have called about five times now, I guess I am going to have to lawyer up. This place does not fail to disappoint. Do not live here. read more

****do not move here****Worst apartment I have ever lived. They claim they have been upgrading the premises(especially the elevator located in the main lobby) but it's still a piers of sh*t. The apartment is dusty, and fility and yet, they keep increasing the rent. Stuff here are inefficient: I moved my car to my gf's place, and contacted them 3 times in the span of 2 months, I still see pet fee in my rent. Today is my last day here, and the elevator broke again. I'm truly disappointed with this management/apartment. If you are looking at this place, look somewhere else, their promise of remodeling in 4months has way overdue. For the same amount of rent you can find much better apartments nearby. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE. The only reason they get even one star is because we met a few nicer people who worked there. The building itself deserves a zero. Please read Michael F.'s review. And Kayla F.'s review. They are spot on. I could repeat all they said, but they did such a lovely job describing the sub-standard facility with the repeated and ground-in dog feces and urine in the hallways, the repeated false fire alarms, the lack of security, dozens of strangers in the building weekly, the streetwalkers, the slum-like carpets and walls, the phony promises from management, the lack of hot water, the worthless security staff, the dungeon-dark parking, the broken, leaky laundry rooms, water being turned off weekly, and of course barking, yelping dogs at 3 a.m. We often said that animals lived there...and they had pets. We could only stand to be there for a year and would have moved out sooner, but for the lease we stupidly signed for that period. They wouldn't even let us see the apartment we were renting until we paid for it...only showed us the model. Gosh, in retrospect, we should have known better. We were lied to about the extra fees tacked on to our rent too. And with all that, they still raised our rent. We have moved out and of course have been ripped off for most of our deposit monies. The company has broken the law by not returning them in the lawful period, deducted far too much and naturally did not give interest. One more time: DO NOT MOVE HERE. You'll be sorry like we were. There is NOTHING grand about the Grand Apartments. read more

Really wish I could give this complex 0 stars. Don't be fooled by the glitz and glam...this place is a sham. From the inside out, it is a glass house. Elevators were inoperable at least once a week, allowing you to enjoy some peace and quiet while being stuck for 15-30 minutes. Constant issues with plumbing/water (Toilet kept flushing repeatedly despite maintenance trying to fix it several times). But NOTHING compares to the soothing sound of fire alarms going off weekly at 2am. I really wish this was an exaggeration, but ask anybody who lives here. Hell, even contact the fire department down the street and ask them. Drives you absolutely insane and definitely caused some damage to my ears. Just when I thought I was free of this nightmare, they decided to tack on several charges and return only 1/4th of my deposit even though I left the place spotless and hired a cleaning crew before leaving. Oh, and good luck trying to get in contact with the front desk. Fairly certain they ignore calls on purpose. For an "upscale" apartment complex, Greystar falls short on all fronts. Please do yourself a favor and run very fast, very far away. read more

I am giving 5 stars to Manuel and his maintenance team. My AC went out when it was 115 degrees outside and 93 degrees on my unit (this was yesterday, its 109 outside today). Unfortunately, they had to go on the roof to add freon and do some other trouble shooting and it was 146 degrees up there. They didnt stop until it was fixed and never complained. They were also tending to 5 other tenant AC issues and each one was a high prority to them. Thanks for your hard work guys. The AC is doing fine now. read more

If I could give this apartment and management lower than one star I would. I am a current resident here and have been for the last year and a half and I have to say it has been a God-awful experience with the only people who are actually decent here are the maintenance crew. The manager, who I've maybe seen in his office once, is never here and the rest of the management has no clue what is going on. They treat their residents poorly and will put stickers on cars/tow cars parked in the future residents' parking, even after the designated time. I have seen countless cockroaches, the fire alarms go off every other day, cars constantly get broken into, and the swat team has been here on two separate occasions. if you are thinking about moving into this building I advise you to not do so because it would be a huge mistake. Ratings higher than a two-star are either fake or they have not been living here long enough.! I live on the top floor but what does it matter because there is constant construction being done on the roof. If you want the elevators to actually work then good luck. There could be an entire book on the wrongfulness of this management as well as the structure of this building. Also, I am seeing a lot of reviews about how great Hastea or whatever her name is. Let's be honest, she is the worst. Hastea or however you spell her name added $50 onto my rent due to a trash fee?? I had to complain to get this removed. Not only that, but days before her firing, she went on a power trip and I know numerous residents who have gotten into it with her. If you see a positive review about this place and Hastea, they are most likely from her trying to not only boost her ego but the building's overall rating as well. The 5-star ratings are lies and you should not believe them. Do not walk away from this place, RUN!! read more

I put a hold down on an apartment at Veda on a Friday afternoon that was listed for a certain price. I received a call, within the hour, saying that the price of the apartment went up ($200/month) and that I can still come view the unit. After viewing the unit the next day, I informed the sales person that I will not be taking the unit, with the increased pricing, and would like the hold money back. He told me that he would contact his manager that weekend and I should hear back on Monday.... it is now A MONTH LATER and still nothing. I have called relentlessly, emailed and even appeared in person only to be told that "the check was issued" three weeks ago and should be receiving it shortly. I have requested to speak directly to the manager but continuously am passed around. Funny how Veda was so eager to call me to tell me of the price increase but refuses to answer the phone otherwise. DO NOT waste your time with these apartments. read more

********WARNING DONT LIVE HERE******* This place was a nightmare to live in and leave from . Number 1 reason is I'm writing this review and pushed me over the edge and warn others about this place is firstly I receive a call during work from Aaron and Erin Matt the leasing agents who tried to say left belongings in the apartment after I moved out and this is considered there by occupied and how I will be financially responsible for the apartment until we move out and return the keys, firstly they call me 10 days after I MOVED OUT and secondly I LEFT NOTHING in the apartment but the keys on the counter in (I couldn't leave the keys at the office because their offices were closed on the holidays and ) and because I personally cleaned the whole apartment from top to bottom and vacuumed it and cleaned inside the refrigerator and cabinets., washed etc and I'm OCD so I know and Thirdly I moved out on December 31st and I have a contract that says I moved out on the 31st and they called me January 9th.10 days after and fourthly I tried calling three times to make an appointment for a walk thru before I moved out and talked to the girl at the office who was as equally un professionally and rude named Ericka or Eron but she told me the first time she would call me back and she never did so I called the next day she told me the same thing but said oh he doesn't do walk thurs on this day so I was like what are they trying to pull???!! So I call the third time and she said she would call me back again and let me know when !!!and said the same thing and never called me back again for the third time!! and fifth reason this apartment is from hell is the fire alarm goes and off In the middle of the night almost 1 or 2x a week and caused a terrifying loud noise. 6th reason is the water on the shower has to be set at a certain angle to retrieve warm water if your lucky. Seventh reason is there is no place to walk your dog or grass and the only place is the dumpster near the 777 hotel by the dumpster . 8th reason is the place had garbage shoots for trash that contained the worst smells you can imagine. So I just want to help others out because i wish I read these reviews before I moved to this place because all these negative reviews people are saying the same things that I personally experienced and that I went through and it's been a nightmare living here and leaving here as well.Word of advice .if your moving be sure to take pictures of the apartment after you moved out and have witnesses so they don't screw you with your deposit or hit you with any charges !!! read more

I'm moving to the LA area and visited Veda. I'm waiting to see if I'm approved to move in, but thought I'd share my experience as many reviews noted seem very different than what I found. The apartments were very pretty and Eddy (building manager) explained the property had recently been renovated. It looks like a new apartment and I love the gym!! The entrance feels very elegant and I thought looked amazing! Love the apartments and can't wait to have some pool time As the pool and couch areas are very inviting. If i could give negative stars i would. The maintenance team is the laziest and this is definitely not worth what you're paying for. When it rained for a week straight my apartment flooded and ruined the carpet. It not only got in the living room but in my bed room. It has been over a week of my and my roommate making requests to get it fixed and clean and still has yet to be done. The carpet in my room is still wet and currently molding on top and my wall is currently molding as well. There has been over a week of us calling and asking for it to be fixed and all the office does is make another request. Nothing is done in a timely fashion and they certainly don't care if you are living in unhealthy conditions such as mold. read more

I just find myself getting more and more annoyed living here. My main question is who is rating this place a 4 or 5. Non-stop loud construction that vibrates your apartment (6 days a week), leaks, loud fire alarms constantly going off even around 3AM and 6AM on weekends when you're suppose to catch up on sleep. Water constantly shut off, get stuck with other peoples bills, $50 for garage opener (rather than charge you replacement cost they tack on a margin) and plenty more mistakes. Slum lords with bad business etiquette. read more

This place is a sh*t hole. Don't be fooled by the "luxury" label. The water is constantly being shut off, the fire alarms go off in the middle of the night for 30 minutes at a time, construction gets in the way of everything and the elevators are always broken. I honestly wish I took the reviews to heart before moving in. I've never been so unhappy in any apartment I've lived in and things just seem to get worse as our time here goes on. Do yourself a favor and find any other complex to live in. This one is definitely not worth the price. read more

Very expensive. They have been under construction the entire time I've lived here (about 4 months). The water gets shut off at least once a week, today without any notice. The floor isn't flat and leans drastically. The balcony fills with water when it rains. It's a nightmare. There are much nicer places for way cheaper than this place. read more

This building has been "under construction" for the greater part of a decade. A bit of back story: Once upon a time, not very long ago, in the same universe... the VEDA Apartments was known on the interwebs as "The Grand Apartments." The hallways, in such disrepair, once stank of garbage and animal excrement. The walls were adorned with holes and badly patched holes. The elevators broke down daily, perhaps hourly. The washing machines and dryers fried clothes, spread mold - and that was if they were even functioning. Fire alarms, and car alarms from the Galleria parking garage, woke residents at all hours of the night (or day). The pipes were dysfunctional to the point where leaks were regarded as a feature of the establishment. Security guards often overlooked the cars broken into or that entire wards of insane asylum residents flocked to the apartment community lobby and theater. If all of this sounds normal to you, I suggest you leave Los Angeles for at least a week and see how the rest of the US lives when paying such high rent. You see, the congested boulevard doesn't justify high rent... neither do the features listed above... nor the dilapidated mall next door. While living at this facility for the mentally unwell... I became unwell. It could have been the fact that my top floor window faced directly into the parking garage of the adjacent mall. Or it could have been the close proximity to the 101 and the 405 (gee wiz, who the heck planned this?). Or it could have been the entire shipping pallets of cigarettes smoked by 90% of the residents hourly... or maybe it was looking at my wall mounted TV that appeared crooked because the floor settled an entire uneven foot from one side of the room to the other during the 1992 Northridge earthquakes... or maybe the mold patches growing on the ceiling because my neighbor decided to shower that day. Why am I still concerned with all of this flub when I haven't lived here in a while? Because I care about the human race. I want to see it succeed and I guarantee that if the Yelp community allows this apartment building to simply rebrand itself for a "fresh start" then more people will also fall victim to a place that quite possibly caused one of the worst periods of my life. Yes, they patched the walls again. Yes, they painted those patched walls. In February 2023, my girlfriend and I embarked on a search for a new residence. During this process, we encountered a disconcerting series of events that I feel compelled to share in the interest of informing and protecting others. Upon discovering a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit listed at $2,500, we promptly submitted an application along with the requisite $250 fee. However, the next morning, when attempting to finalize the lease at your office, we were informed that the unit had been rented and were presented with an alternative at $2,800. Opting to exercise patience, we waited, only to find the $2,500 unit available again two nights later. Unfortunately, our subsequent application met with the same result. Frustrated by what appeared to be a bait-and-switch tactic, we sought a refund of the application fee, encountering resistance in that it is non-refundable. I felt it was only fair for them to make an exception since the unit I applied for was "taken". Resorting to disputing the charge with my credit card, I was led to believe that the matter was resolved. To my surprise, on December 26, 2023, I received an email from Greystar, the management company, stating that I have been sent to collections for the $250, along with accrued interest. This experience revealed a concerning scam: enticing prospective tenants with below-market-value units, collecting a non-refundable application fee, and subsequently claiming the unit as unavailable. The reasons provided for these occurrences varied, but both explanations lacked credibility. Two unsavory options were left in the wake of this experience: paying a non-refundable fee for a fictitious unit and seeking alternative housing, or accepting a $200 to $300 monthly price increase and renting with Veda. Additionally, the promised balcony construction, with assurances of minimal disruption, turned out to be an inconvenience for tenants paying full rent. Inconviences summarized in the reviews to be loud construction, black mold due to exposed wood during rain, and construction expanding into residents' living room. I implore potential tenants to exercise caution when considering this property. It is advisable to seek written confirmation that the listed price is indeed available prior to spending any money to save your unit. Even with such confirmation, our experience suggests potential pitfalls. Regarding the collections issue, I am consulting with legal counsel to explore potential legal actions for bait-and-switch rental tactics and potential violations of my rights under The Fair Credit Reporting Act. This issue may extend beyond my individual experience, possibly warranting consideration as a class action to the other affected tenants. In contrast, our experience with Legado Encino was exceptionally positive. Their proactive maintenance services and tenant-friendly practices set a commendable standard. read more

On Saturday, June 10th, you arrived 15 minutes early for your confirmed appointment at 2:30 pm. Unfortunately, upon ringing the bell in the potential tenant parking area, there were no leasing agents available to assist me. Despite the efforts of the maintenance team members, I and four other individuals were left waiting without anyone present at the leasing office desk. Multiple calls to the provided leasing office number went unanswered. After an hour had passed, one of the maintenance members informed me that the leasing agent, Misty, had gone to lunch without specifying her return time. Surprisingly, when I returned at 4:15 pm to inquire about my tour, Misty was still absent. Another prospective tenant arrived for her 4:30 pm appointment, only to find Misty missing as well. Thankfully, a kind tenant offered to contact Misty on our behalf. Eventually, after a 25-minute wait, Misty reappeared with a gentleman. When I attempted to explain my confirmed tour at 2:30 pm and her absence, Misty rudely interrupted and informed me that she wouldn't be conducting any more tours as she was exhausted and finished for the day. This left me astonished, considering the significant amount of time I had already invested, amounting to nearly four hours, and my genuine interest in the property. To add to the disappointment, Misty prioritized her interaction with the gentleman, engaging in flirtatious behavior and even tending to her barking puppy locked in the leasing office. Regrettably, Misty not only disregarded the time and needs of prospective tenants but also displayed unprofessionalism and a lack of respect. Her refusal to provide clarification or offer a rescheduling option, despite my understanding of her exhaustion, further demonstrated her dismissive attitude. It is essential to note that such conduct is highly unprofessional and not representative of the standards expected from the leasing agents and the company as a whole. Based on this experience, I have decided that I will not consider renting at Veda Apartments or any other living establishments associated with the company. Discrimination, preferential treatment, and disrespectful behavior should never be tolerated in any professional setting. read more

THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACE YOU CAN PICK TO LIVE AT. I have been living here for 9 months and these are in all honesty what I have experienced: 1- FALSE FIRE ALARMS.You are almost waken up by terrible sound of building Fire alarms almost EVERY WEEK to find out there is no fire. The sounds can literally give you a heart attack. 2- PROSTITUTES. This apartment is FULL OF PROSTITUTES. The ironic thing is that when we came in they did all kinds of background and credit check and we were so happy to see that only to find that this place is hore-house. You see them everywhere. In the lobby, elevator and parking and they are all over exposed and nasty. If you have children, do not live here. 3- NOISE! we have to use earplugs to go to sleep due to the terrible noise of the street traffic and constant fire trucks passing by with the most terrible alarm sounds almost every hour just because there is a fire station down the street and this is their only path. 4- COLD WATER to NO WATER! You literally cannot take a warm shower because the complex ALWAYS has a hot water shortage. ALSO almost every 2 weeks you get a note on your door that they are shutting the water off for like 8 hours because they need to fix something. 5- HALLWAYS ARE NASTY. When we signed the lease the management said that there will be a massive remodeling taking place in Oct 2013 to fix all the hallways. It is May 2014 and everywhere is nastiest than ever. 6- YOUR GUESTS WILL HATE YOU. There is no parking for guests. Every time we invited friends they spend more than an hour looking for guest or street parking and they could not find one. Most of them said they will not be coming back, I honestly can think of more things to say but I cannot wait for my lease to be over. I have never had this experience anywhere in my life and I'm sharing this so that you won't fall in the management' fake warm introduction and visit. When you sign the lease, it is over. read more

This place is trash do not move here. The place is a mess, when you address the staff to fix things they don't do anything. They make things worse at times. They will come to fix things and hit the walls, chip paint, they don't sweep or clean up after and leave it a mess. The leasing staff are lazy people who don't care who lives there. THEY LET HOMELESS PEOPLE USE THE GYM AND THERE ARE CONSTANTLY HOMELESS PEOPLE IN THE PARKING LOTS AND STAIRS. The parking lot gates are always broken so people just walk in all the time. The residents that live here don't even bother to take their trash out, they leave trash in the hallways, stairways and people leave boxes from when they move all over the place. See the pictures attached, there is a storage unit people throw trash on and the office doesn't have it cleaned up. People that do not even live here come to the area to drop off their trash because it truly looks like a junk yard. The residents here now will have parties till 2 am, blast music, the smoking of weed, cigarettes is just nuts, you can always smell it. The gym equipment is broken, their is a shuffle board that doesn't work because the leasing office is to cheap to buy sand for it. The water is always having issues, turned off at least 4 times a month, hot water takes about 25 minutes to warm up, there are washers and dryers in the units that don't work. Elevators will be broken for 1-2 months at a time without notice. The complex should be shut down, the staff should take a class on how to treat people with respect and those of us that live here that want to live in peace have hired a lawyer to get our money back from Alliance. read more

This place is a living hell. The walls are paper thin. The leasing manager is very mean. They DO NOT fix things when you put in a request, the amount of people that smoke on the balcony's and roofs is gross. There are people who just leave trash outside their doors in the hallway. They have a shuffle board table that has not been usable because they put flour on the board because they are too cheap to buy sand to go with it. The pool is "supposed" to open this weekend which you can't use after 6pm. I'm sorry but what's the point in having a jacuzzi if you can't use it in the evening leave it open till 9pm at least. They have a community room that you have to PAY to rent. I'm sorry that' just stupid. I think a security deposit is great but then charging on top? what the f*ck for? The elevator permits are all expired and the elevators shake, they make noises, the buttons dont light up. The freight elevator broke down again, that people were moving in and out they took the regular elevators and the wait for the elevators was 10 minutes. Also the people they let move into here are not screened well. They will push BOTH elevator buttons and don't realize that slows down everyone waiting on elevators. They throw their trash in the parking lot by a trash can and they leave it in the alley way. The management needs to instruct people where to dispose of trash and large boxes and not leave them in the alley way! The place isn't going to be "nice" if they don't get the tenants to do what is right. read more

Changed from carpet to hardwood flooring so you can hear people walking upstairs. They make a lot of promises and don't pull through with anything. Especially with renovations. Was promised washer and dryer installment but did get them after more than 6 months. Was promised the first month free but when signing the lease they said that was not possible. Was given tandem spot when signing the lease and then randomly they said we need to move to a different spot. Was out of town and they wanted me to move my car right away. The lease was ending soon and we received the letter of the new prices to renew too late and no email/letter/call about how to send an intent to vacate 30 days before the lease ends even though we verbally told them we were moving out at the end of the lease. Gets a call a week too late and they said we have to pay for the 7 days that we were late. Always ask for an email confirmation of things that they promise to keep them accountable if you choose to live here. Would not recommend. They are always so nice and friendly in the beginning. But everything is so disorganized with all changes that are happening and never take responsibility. The alleyway for the parking garages is horribly managed random people are always parked they're even double parking. Going in and out of the garage can become difficult. Sometimes people park right in front of the garage entrance. read more

An accurate description was given - deceptively good looking on the outside but once you move in you discover all of the problems. #1 on the list is one of the maintenance people who has been sexually harassing all of the women tenants. He has gone beyond comments and touching and into actual assaulting now. Managment refuses to do anything about this pervert and places the blame on you. And speaking of management, the woman in charge enjoys being in charge and acts totally unprofessionally. Her only goal is to sell, sell, sell and not maintain the premises and handle tenant requests (complaints). Electrical and plumbing problems fall by the wayside. The elevators, hallway carpeting and washing machine facilities are all in extreme distress. And her attitude toward her office staff is totally unprofessional. Praise in public, chastise in private - she never heard of this. While shopping new tenants around I've heard her yelling at the staff over some minor issue. She needs to go, not her office staff which is extremely helpful when she is not around. Avoid this place. Rents are extremely high for these facilities. read more

Let me start by stating that everyone that has issues here has spoken to Manny in maintenance and Roxanne in the leasing office. Issues are never fixed, 3 elevators at this time are shut down. Its disgusting that they do not fix things the right way and wait till the very end when its to late. The gym has buckets in it collecting water from the leaks. The walls are thin so you can hear everything though the walls which is true, the parking lot is dirty and could use a pressure wash. The water in the whole complex sucks, toilets don't flush right, the sinks all get backed up because there is an issue with the pipes. There is a dumpster in the back for trash and the people moving in and out just leave the trash outside, they do not throw their trash in the dumpster or clean up after themselves. Its disgusting! Do not apply to live here, you will over pay and not get anything quality here. read more

I've been trying to lease a place at the Veda for quiet some time now and my experience has been really tough. I've applied for a " renovated 1 bed room/1 bathroom unit just to find out that the unit I applied for wasn't even renovated. I've explained that to the leasing agent Misty and she apologized and said no problem we have another renovated unit right across from the unit I applied for and said to come in the next day at noon to take a look at the unit. I've cancelled everything I had to do that day to come in at noon just to for Misty to tell me " sorry that unit has been taken off market" .... So why bring me here in the first place? All I want is to lease a unit from Veda I didn't know it's should be this tough.. Would appreciate someone above Misty to contact me. Thanks! read more

The Veda - (the grand) is horrible - bugs, water shut off, back up toilets- that leak through ceilings , plumbing problems all the time, dirty (looks like a pretty lobby and nice updates but cheap falling apart) the pool area is disgusting- nothing is fixed right, loud noisy, no security in front at night - oh wait did I mention the fight with guns in the middle of the night in the lobby - They want to keep things quite so they won't tell you about all the crime people sneaking in the building, homeless sleeping on couches in back of the building or in doorways - they do not care about anything, as long as they collect there money.... that's all the maters - Do your self a favor RUN and don't ever look back!!! read more

I've been a resident at The Grand Apartments for the past 4 months - and while there has been a huge effort to renovate the apartments inside and out, the Service Supervisor, Manuel Grijalba, and his team helped me immediately when there was an issue with my door's padlock. After that, Manuel Grijalba was organized and punctual regarding a work order to get my kitchen faucet replaced. He called me the day before to tell me when he was going to arrive - which he did as promised, replaced my faucet without any issues and even organized and cleaned the sink storage area after he was done. I'll definitely be requesting his help in the future should there be any other issues. read more

I have lived here for about 6 years and while everything hasn't been in tip top shape, especially due to construction, the head of maintenance, Manuel, has been an excellent man of service. HE is most deserving of my 5 star rating. He shows up to work everyday with a smile on his face willing to fix whatever problems we've had. He diligently goes over and beyond and does whatever is in his power to make sure what we need is done and prioritizes the happiness of the tenants. I've seen many employees come and go but over the years Manuel has consistently maintained a work ethic of excellence and care. wow such great things awiat you ofirst of all Gio and Melanie who manage us go extra mils for us and me for usre thanks for that. our omaintenace is awesome led by Arnold they are all timely and efficient . They gave us a huge party with movies great food and more at holiday time. Gio is very nice and generous . Melanie has been our anchor and so timely and helpful for several years. we hae new lounge, new gymand so much and a theatre and great units with great central a/c dont miss out on all the treats and amenties and great underground parking at a fair market rate thanks i am greatufl here since 2005 gg read more

There's is only one person who treats people politely and ans answers your questions like he loves and respects his job his name is Godson. This is the worst place to live EVER! I have lived here for 10 months, I pay a lot for the amenities and have NEVER got to use them cause they have been in construction forever. The fire alarms go off at 3am on an average of 4 times a week... now they are doing construction inside my room for 20 days, and I'm supposed to be okay with that. Management is really rude and not accommodating at all. Worst idea to move here ever!!! read more

I moved into the complex 1 year ago and have had the worst year of my life. The staff here tells you great things but they are all lies. The fire alarm goes off almost everyday. Water shut off once a week, power going out. Neighbors slamming doors, its so loud, The parties and weed in the complex is out of control. read more

I lived here 10 years ago for 4 years and a couple of months ago I moved back. Overall great building especially now since its renovated. Still a few things here and there that needs to get done but they are doing a great job on cleaning up. The staff is very nice especially the head of maintenance. read more

I love this place!!!! My experience here has been nothing but positive!!!! The amenities are amazing, all I need is for the gym to be allowed to be opened. As a tenant, I can't praise Hastea enough.
