I showed a picture of what I wanted which was basically money pieces. I told her I don't like toner, but she used it anyways. When she finished, my hair was fried, frizzy and the color was yellow. Nothing like the picture I had shown and it looked like a year old brassy blonde. I got home and texted her about my dislike of my hair. After a few convos, she told me to rebook with her and she would correct my color for free -- so I did. I ended up cancelling due to my daughter being ill and having 2 miscarriages back-to-back. I recently rescheduled with her hoping to have a partial foil and possibly a discount. She then texted me two weeks later cancelling my appointment and telling me she isn't the right fit for me. Let me also add that on our phone call, she told me she really hopes I continue to return to her and would love for this to be a long-term relationship. She wanted to right her wrong and mentioned over and over again how you're not a stylist if you can't take criticism. She is young and inexperienced. The techniques I mentioned like mixing Olaplex with the bleach, or back combing so the foil likes weren't so abrupt seemed over her head. She also had someone I knew as a past client and she gossiped about them to me. While she washed my hair she told me about a past client who was not satisfied with her work. I'm not impressed with her skillset or her client relationship skills. She still owes me a free corrective color. Just a disappointment and I would never recommend her to any of my friends or family in the area. She needs another ten years to beef up her skillset and client satisfaction.
