My wife and kids were next in line and were about to get on when one of the employees went around asking people to wait until 9pm when the fireworks would be going off. My kids were getting restless and didn't care to wait so they decided to go on anyway. The ride is supposed to last for 10 mins but they were only at the top for only 2-3 mins. The guy on the ride felt bad and told my wife and kids they could stay on since they were only on it for a couple mins but the lady who was working the line and operating the ride ushered them off as quick as she could. When my wife asked for an explanation why their ride was cut short, she said they promised a bunch of people they would get to go on and see the fireworks and that they wouldn't fit. She also said she spoke to her in a very condescending way. The rest of the main experience again in the main building was pretty awesome. Arcade was great, VR attractions were fun. This last interaction was just a really bad way to end the night.

We ordered the Biscoff Cookie Butter with Cookie Butter Cold Foam, Crème Brûlée, and Affogato. All 3 were delicious! Sometimes espresso martinis are hit and miss for me, I like them on the creamier and sweeter side vs. the espresso side and all 3 of these matched my expectations. We wanted to try their espresso martini Jell-O shots but by the time we got there they were sold out. Service was okay but still good. Weren't greeted when we walked in and they were just very busy. We were kind of confused if someone was going to come and take our order or we needed to go to the bar. We played 4 different games in that time and didn't feel like we had to rush. The only issue I had was with the service. The server had come over right as we sat down and asked if we wanted to order something. My husband had gone to the bathroom and hadn't had a chance to take a look at the menu so I said we'd need some time. The server never came back until we had to flag her down which took a while before she even came back to our area of bays. I ordered a blueberry lemon drop which was really tasty. Although it was warm and sunny, the bays were all shaded and we had plenty of breeze and cooler air from fans so it was comfortable while we played.

Their lack of empathy left our family feeling embarrassed, dismissed, and unwelcome. Families with children who have disabilities often face challenges that others may not see, and a little kindness and understanding can make all the difference. We hope management provides better training on how to respectfully assist guests with disabilities so that no other family has to experience what we did.
