We ordered the Biscoff Cookie Butter with Cookie Butter Cold Foam, Crème Brûlée, and Affogato. All 3 were delicious! Sometimes espresso martinis are hit and miss for me, I like them on the creamier and sweeter side vs. the espresso side and all 3 of these matched my expectations. We wanted to try their espresso martini Jell-O shots but by the time we got there they were sold out. Service was okay but still good. Weren't greeted when we walked in and they were just very busy. We were kind of confused if someone was going to come and take our order or we needed to go to the bar. I absolutely love brewery row in the arts district, it is one of my favorite places to spend the day! I am a craft beer enthusiast and am always down to check out something new so when I stumbled across this new addition, I was excited to give it a try. The brewery is large, offers indoor and outdoor seating as well as dart boards for play and a stage for musical performances. A great spot IMO for happy hour or friends gatherings. My friend and I opted to sit at the bar. It was a weekday afternoon around the holiday season so it was pretty much empty, it might have felt awkward to sit anywhere else. The staff were friendly and took our order as soon as we sat down. We ordered a flight to sample the taps they were offering and unfortunately, none seemed to hit the spot hence the 4 stars. Last visit to a brewery in the Arts District has been well over 5 months. So I wanted to try a new brewery and Bad Beat sounded good. I stopped in last night and had a Hazy IPA. I don't recall which one it was but it was very, very good! I could taste the Mosaic hops right away. The Citra hops was in the background but well brewed beer. They featured a new beer which was a blueberry/lemon hefe which was very tasty. The vibe was interesting. Still had Halloween and Christmas decor up but overall very spacious and cool. I definitely will be returning, possibly my new go to brewery. read more

Came here for trivia on Thursdays. What a fun way to try all their beers! The trivia host gives away little tasters so you can really try something you might not try. The ambiance is great. Stepped into Bad Beat, when out at the Arts District. So glad we came here, the place is super cute and aesthetically pleasing.. not your norm for a on site brewery so it was nice to see that.. I was extremely surprised when I opted to try a mezcal/tequila drink instead of a beer.. usually mezcal tends to be overpowering but this drink called Ode To Oaxaca was super well balanced!! The staff was extremely rude. They apparently bought a shuffleboard table. There's nothing saying you can't lean on it. My friends and I were the only people in the bar. Someone who works at the bar told me not to lean on it. That's fine... I'm not offended by being asked not to lean on their shuffleboard table... but the guy went on and on and was so disrespectful. The drinks are also overpriced and there's no food. There are a lot of other bars in the Arts District that are a lot better. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

The Arts District has a new gem in Bad Beat Brewing. It recently moved from Henderson to this location and we just learned about it. We parked right in front of BBB because it was near another lounge we planned to go to. Well, long story short--we never made it to the other bar because Bad Beat was so much fun (the creepy black cat over the door drew us in--along with the cocktail sign). The decorations inside are Halloween meets Xmas. So there are skeletons of humans and mermaids dressed in Santa Claus garb. It works! We sat at the bar and were helped by the co-owner. She gave us insights into all their special holiday concoctions and let us be guinea pigs as she was testing-out some new drinks. She has some mad scientist skills and clearly understands the hospitality part of the hospitality industry. My husband had the "Sweater Weather" cocktail with Lagavulin in it that tasted like Autumn in a glass. Since it was a Friday, they had a special release of two interesting beers. We really liked the one that tasted like an Oktoberfest and had spice in it. Sometimes breweries focus solely on beer and treat cocktails like an afterthought. But Bad Beat Brewing has figured out a really nice balance. read more

I don't know how I haven't reviewed Bad Beat yet as we've been coming for a few years now! Of all the Henderson breweries, Bad Beat has the best beer hands down. I love the variety of styles they offer and appreciate when they do some experimental ones. The staff is also very friendly. Constance was a fun beertender to interact with, but I heard she moved and is no longer there. So now Ceasar is our man behind the bar. He's always got a big smile and we always enjoy sitting up at the bar where we can chat with him while enjoying beers. I docked 1 star just because we don't fully love the ambiance and on super crowded nights or during events the lines for the restrooms can be a bit overwhelming. But we'll keep coming back for the good beer & our new friendly beertender Ceasar. read more

Honestly, I've been drinking Bad Beat for yeaaaaars! From order it at local restaurants to buying it at the grocery store, it's definitely one of my favorite local brews for sure. So when we had some friends wanting to bar hop in the area, we knew we had to stop in here. It's conveniently located in the same parking lot as CraftHaus, so you can literally just walk over. What a dream... one local brewery to the next. Gotta love it. I had never been in here before and absolutely loved the vibe in here. Lots of beers on tap, plenty of space to hang out and they have some games you can play at your table, like connect four, or that one game with the string and the hoop on the hook (no idea what it's called). After tasting my friends beer, I went with the I heart NV one, which I think I have bought at the store before. Definitely a tasty beer. I went with a smaller glass, which I love that you can pick from different sizes. The girl working behind the counter was really nice and helpful, too. They don't really have food here, but at the counter they did have some bagged chips, so I got some puffy cheetos to go with my beer haha. Definitely want to come back here. They have a trivia night I think on Thursdays so we want to come back for that. Such a cool spot and wish we went here when we lived closer to this area. read more

Came across their new location last weekend and it looked nice inside so we decided to check it out. Aesthetically pleasing for sure, they are still setting up and didn't have their own brews on tap yet which is understandable. However if you are still in opening phases and and all you have to rely on is the aesthetic and the staff to keep people around you would hope the bartenders are friendly to keep business coming back and these two that were working that night were not it. They literally tossed menus in front of us briefly said they just opened so they don't have house beers on tap and left. When the girl came back to take our order, my partner ordered a beer (and had planned on ordering more since I was dd), but when I said I was just having water the bar tender had no interest in talking. I tried to strike up a convo and asked about the place and how long it had been opened but she clearly had no interest in talking to our party. Mind you it was not busy at all. It was clear if you were not a group of men the bartenders had no interest in being friendly. My partner and I both agreed the vibes were weird so when they finally came back to check in with us we closed out after his one beer and left to a different place. We will give it a few months for them to work out the kinks and try again because it was really nice inside, so hoping I can write a more positive updated review then. read more

We discovered Bad Beat Brewing when we had a couple of local pilsners at OTS Bistro on the Strip. The taste was honestly so good, I almost ordered another one instead of a cocktail, then we ended up taking a couple of them to go (called Bad Beat High Society). The waitress told us we could buy a case or some equivalent at the brewery, not far away. The next day, I looked it up and we went over there during the middle of the day, before our night-time fun. What I found was about what I expected, like the brewery near our house in the Silicon Valley -- a brewery located in an office building with the actual brewing going on in the warehouse (apparently). Walking in, I was quite impressed with a couple of large screen TV's playing sports, several seating areas, and some merch. The woman I talked to had all the details about every beer and explained how we could buy them to go back home with us (since I found out they don't have any retail sales outside of the local area). We tried a couple of flights of a variety of beers, a total of eight 4 ounce beers for tasting, and decided on 4 beers we liked. They have the typical growler bottles, but also have the large pint (Guinness-style) 4-pack cans. Those were perfect, and we bought four 4-packs to take home. The entire experience was very nice, the woman working there was both nice and knowledgeable, and the total cost for all of this was honestly quite a bit less than I expected. I'm drinking the "I love NV" beer while writing this, probably my second favorite after "High Society", and I have to say, these guys really know how to make beer. You may have to try several kinds to find what you like, but there are at least 2-3 basic beers (pilsner, amber, and hefewiezen) that are among the best beers I have ever tasted. They deserve our patronage and every future success. read more

I am SO surprised that I haven't written a review for this place already. Pre-covid this was my Thursday night spot (Trivia night and beers with friends!) I have to say that their beer selection has a little bit for everyone. We really enjoy their "Bluffing isn't Weiss" as a medium for everyone, while we each get our fav beers on tap. The atmosphere is inviting on any given day, with ample amounts of seating. Thursday's are a bit more hectic to find seating what with everyone wanting to play trivia. (Which is STILL happening online via twitch every Thursday night at 7pm). They do not sell food in the brewery, but there was always a food truck outside each Thursday night I was there. (Or come with your own food). They have the best workers. Seriously. They are always enthusiastic to be there and so much fun to be around. During this covid time as they were implementing curbside order and pickup, they followed social distancing and sanitizing guidelines to a T (Even better than most grocery stores) AND provided a little humor to engage their guests and spread some positivity. (See pictures below of the Reptar suit). They continue to have beer releases during this time as they did before the closures. Check out their IG for the menu. They do not do online ordering and everything is first come first serve via curbside order and pickup. A couple of weeks ago we got a growler refill of their essential porter and some packs of their "quarantine Gose by so slowly" which is now sold out :) Anyways, there are lots of things to love about this place. Best trivia night in Vegas (well, Henderson)! We've been coming here for trivia night on Thursdays for a few months now and always have a great time! Brenna, the host and bartender, always makes it such a fun experience, win or lose. Make sure to RSVP beforehand - check Instagram for details. I typically drink Bluffing Isn't Weisse (Hefeweizen) but the Gose-mosa (Grapefruit Tangerine Gose) is excellent and fun for spring - so happy I won 2 cans of it in last week's trivia raffle! They are only a tap room, so they don't serve food, but typically have a rotating food truck parked outside on trivia nights. It's been fun trying all the new food trucks and love that they are able to support other local businesses! read more

We love Bad Beat! We started coming here about 6 months ago for Trivia nights, and have been here a few times a month outside of Thursday Trivia. The customer service is always the best- Chloe, Daniel and Savannah are amazing and make the place feel like its our local pub spot. The beers are great, we love the Morning after Porter, the Flock Yeah and the Czech Swing. Even some of the IPA's are good, and we really don't enjoy IPA beers. Bad Beat keeps things interesting with their one barrel only brews and seasonal beers. Usually they have a great food truck for food, but you can always grab a pizza or pretzel from the kitchen if you want munchies. The ambiance is nice and relaxed, they decorate for the holidays and the rest of the time its just a chill spot to hang out. We have made some great friends here during Trivia, and would highly recommend Bad Beat to anyone we know. read more
