Cute brewery in the Vegas art district- we love visiting new spots! It was nice and chill. You could have a nice conversation and try different beers. They did have some activities and games. Would recommend.

VERY friendly and welcoming bar staff. Their beers were OK. We didn't order any mixed drinks, but I've heard their chocolate martini is fabulous.

Last visit to a brewery in the Arts District has been well over 5 months. So I wanted to try a new brewery and Bad Beat sounded good. I stopped in last night and had a Hazy IPA. I don't recall which one it was but it was very, very good! I could taste the Mosaic hops right away. The Citra hops was in the background but well brewed beer. They featured a new beer which was a blueberry/lemon hefe which was very tasty. The vibe was interesting. Still had Halloween and Christmas decor up but overall very spacious and cool. I definitely will be returning, possibly my new go to brewery.

Bad Beat Brewing but make it HALLOWEEN! Stopped in on a chill Monday night but I've also been here on a busy Friday night as well. Our server AJ was helpful in guiding my party to pick out our beers and cocktails. My family shared a flight of Bad Beat brews and I got a Halloween cocktail that tasted like a boozey pumpkin spiced latte, which was yummy! Spotted people at the bar that looked like they ordered the Pennywise, which caught my attention. This place only serves drinks and no food so we brought our own food to eat while we had our drinks (read some reviews that said this was allowed). Big fan of the ambience, spacious area, and Halloween decorations. I was told the owner loves to decorate this place for the holidays, which is so cool! Highly recommend bar hopping in Downtown LV/Arts District and making your way down Main Street and checking this brewery out!

So now they are open and Rocking in the Arts District. The Brews are fresh and delicious! The Cocktail list is Banging so be sure to try the seasonal Halloween Drinks. DeAnna and Sarah are super gracious hosts! They passionately serve up some fabulous cocktails and Crafted Brews! If it's a working day you might see them actually brewing up a house specialty! They have a lot of space and a patio and they bring in food trucks occasionally! Stop in and support a Local Brewery! Tell em' Big Daddy sent ya!

Stepped into Bad Beat, when out at the Arts District. So glad we came here, the place is super cute and aesthetically pleasing.. not your norm for a on site brewery so it was nice to see that.. I was extremely surprised when I opted to try a mezcal/tequila drink instead of a beer.. usually mezcal tends to be overpowering but this drink called Ode To Oaxaca was super well balanced!! The bartenders were all super attentive and friendly! I really enjoyed coming here and we will definitely be coming back!

The Arts District has a new gem in Bad Beat Brewing. It recently moved from Henderson to this location and we just learned about it. We parked right in front of BBB because it was near another lounge we planned to go to. Well, long story short--we never made it to the other bar because Bad Beat was so much fun (the creepy black cat over the door drew us in--along with the cocktail sign). The decorations inside are Halloween meets Xmas. So there are skeletons of humans and mermaids dressed in Santa Claus garb. It works! We sat at the bar and were helped by the co-owner. She gave us insights into all their special holiday concoctions and let us be guinea pigs as she was testing-out some new drinks. She has some mad scientist skills and clearly understands the hospitality part of the hospitality industry. My husband had the "Sweater Weather" cocktail with Lagavulin in it that tasted like Autumn in a glass. Since it was a Friday, they had a special release of two interesting beers. We really liked the one that tasted like an Oktoberfest and had spice in it. Sometimes breweries focus solely on beer and treat cocktails like an afterthought. But Bad Beat Brewing has figured out a really nice balance.

Is there any pup friendly seating for here?

    THERE IS OUT DOOR SEATING

Do they serve food or small bites?

They sell potato chips. You can order food and have it delivered.

    Do they have cider?

They do not unfortunately. I really want them to brew one but maybe bc it's closer to wine they won't. I hear that Grape Expectations a few shops down is working on one though.

First thing that jumped out (other that the incredible ambiance) was the excellent choice of spirits for their drinks - utilizing funky rums, mezcals etc. The drinks struck the perfect balance of creative and fun but still well executed (dilution and temperature). The drinks are tasty but still have personality and a perspective. You can tell by the drink names in conjunction with tasting them - that the Prowl team take what they do seriously without taking themselves too seriously. No pretentious mixology nonsense. On a very hot day, it was nice and cool, dark, and we had no reservation, but was able to sit down at the bar quickly. The decor matched exactly what we expected. It was a tiki bar. I don't remember the name of the chicken fingers sticky something or another, but they were delicious and the fries were great as well. They had jalapeños and curly fries. The drinks were all good, and thankfully they have non-alcoholic versions for many of their drinks. No complaints on any of them, they were exactly what we were looking for. I will say the prices are a little steep, but this isn't someplace you are likely to come to on a regular basis, so I can excuse it. (And if you do like the vibe and come often, you can always get non tiki drinks cheaper.) Overall very very fun, wish we had come a little later because their was a band that was setting up and got maybe three songs in before we left, but they sounded pretty good!

The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
