Hey Yelpers!!! So we came in to watch Game 4 of the Stanley Cup. The food here is good. Make sure if you wanna do the 2-for-1 wings, you have to have the app registered and give them your phone number when you order. Sitting in the bar area was a mistake. The bartender was expected to take care of all the tables AND the bar. We never saw her after about 10 minutes into the game. We had to keep going to the bar to order drinks and food. Not like they had a shortage of staff. I also had to ask like 4 times to get the free set of wings with our order. My buddy made the mistake of saying "6 wings" and the didn't offer him the 2fer even though I had already set that up when we first got there. They should be able to anticipate being really busy when your home team is in the finals. Also, they had this strange issue where music would randomly play REALLY loud during the game. It would play for like 2 minutes, then stop, then start up again. Management said they were not able to identify the problem or stop it. Really? Shouldn't be that hard to determine or call in someone who can. I like this place but I won't be back when I really wanna get into the game with people that also wanna get into the game... for the food on an off game night. Sure! read more

Came in sat at the bar. The bartender passed by 2x without eye contact or even a I'll be right with you. Finally ordered a beer and I ordered the 15 piece bone in with 2 flavors and a side of tots. Tots came out room temp I sent them back- she didn't apologize for food delivery that never should've been put out-she just reordered them. Ordered another beer- I was gambling all of this time so I assumed they'd be comped- as a Vegas local that is USUALLY a safe assumption! Hot tots came out they were great! There was a game on and both bartenders only paid attention to the guys sitting on the south side of the bar-clearly not interested in anyone else or helping their potential tip. I had to flag them for everything I needed -they did not voluntarily check on me even once-too busy with their friends or watching the game to do their jobs! When I got the bill I asked why I was charged for both beers. Did you gamble, well of course you wouldn't know that cause you never paid me any attention or did your job! I told them I had indeed been gambling and told them how much he said I gotta get my manager the manager then came over and said they can't comp that particular beer but he is going to take one off of my Bill as a courtesy! There are zero signs saying what they comp or what they don't comp so how is a customer supposed to know what to order? The good is the slammin flavor Jammin Jalepeno! I ordered 20 bone in wings and the skin was so very tough and hard. I found it very odd almost inedible. FAIL! And the ranch they charge you .99 ea for were only half filled! I ordered cheese curds which I love, to be given 4 mozzarella sticks... FAIL! Every other experience has been somewhat decent. This time around my waiter Herm decided that majority of his tables were not of importance to him. Since the beginning his body language spoke loudly on how he didn't want to do his job. I for one ordered the 6 bone in and 6 boneless combo that comes with fries. When the food came I did not receive my fries and waited around for him to come back and check in on the table. When I finally got the chance to wave him down he not only took his time but when he came and I asked about the fries they still never arrived. I finished all my food without my side dish. I'm pissed off because why am i going to put a mobile order in & they tell me "it'll be ready at 8:30pm" i show up at 8:30 ready for my order & time passes by. Next thing you know it's 9:10 and my order is still not out. I'm waiting patiently because i'm thinking okay maybe it'll just take a few more min. I ask the girl in the front where my order is. I gave her my name and the time my pickup time was. She looked at me and said "ok" I got my food at 9:10pm already mad because it took forever. After discovering an absolutely filthy dining area at Red Robin we walked out and came to this BWW location. We were able to sit immediately in the bar area and were quickly greeted by the bartender. After initially forgetting that I had ordered an iced tea, he did a fantastic job of checking on us and keeping my tea replenished. Ordered our old standby everything pretzel knots appetizer which comes with beer cheese and amazing honey mustard. Probably my #1 ranked chain restaurant app! We took a risk and ventured away from our usual wing orders to get burgers. The triple bacon cheeseburger really hit the spot. Not a huge fan of the skinny fry accompaniment. read more

Review #12 of 2025 Dropped in around 7:50 pm on Monday June 2nd. Let me tell you, a one star is giving these people too much credit. This place has horrible service. We stopped in, to enjoy some wings, there is a young woman hosting, she gets some menus, but doesn't attend to us, she just walks away. No asking us how many people are in our group, no greeting, just a dumbfounded look. We step outside as My Wife forgot something in our vehicle, come back in, and there are a few more people waiting. There are maybe about three groups of four sitting in the dining area, but still no host or hostess to attend to any of us. There was also a man there flipping the chairs upside down onto the tables, as if they were getting ready to close for the night, not even 8 o'clock yet, and they still have a ways to go before they shut down for the evening. A few more people walk in and now there are about 12 to 15 people waiting to get seated, and still no employees in sight to help any of us out. This place is very inconsistent. I feel like anytime this place slightly busy for a basketball game or UFC event. Prepared to receive below quality food and mediocre service. They could do a better job of having a cleaner environment. Very disappointing experience on Christmas Eve due to the manager, Amanda. We had a table of 9 people and were trying to use the Golden Knights promotion for 5 guests, all of whom were spending well over the $10 minimum per person. The promotion states one per customer per visit, and there is no fine print saying it's limited to one per table. Two weeks earlier at this same location, our family of five was allowed to use the promotion without issue. The bigger problem wasn't even the policy -- it was the manager's behavior. Amanda was combative and unprofessional, and she stated out loud which server had honored the promotion for us previously and said she would "go fire them right now." This was said in front of our table and other guests and was completely inappropriate, especially on Christmas Eve. Had we stayed, our bill would have been well over $200, not including the free wings. Instead, we left due to how uncomfortable the situation became. First they said they had no potato wedges and so I told them I would get regular fries and then it took another 10 min for manager to come and tell me that they were having issues with the fryers and that they ran out of traditional wings and so they had just gotten some more so I had to wait for them to cook. Amanda, our server, manager, bartender, and food maker was incredible! Buffalo really needs to hire more staff. That's a lot for one person, and the place was busy. I want to give credit where credit is due.. Sylvia was our server today and she was amazing from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and she even got us extra sauces. She filled our waters up whenever needed without us having to ask and she was very attentive. I love getting mild buffalo wild wings, it's pretty nostalgic for me. Growing up I would always get boneless wings but now as I am older I gravitate toward the traditional wings.. and all flats at that. It was also happy hour which I didn't realize (yay us) and we got chips and salsa with a side of guac, pretzel bites (omg delicious with the mustard sauce), and a strawberry lemonade. Babes got his regular 10 boneless wings with mango habanero and it was our first time getting potato wedges... highly recommend as they are fried to perfection with some yummy seasoning (better than regular fries imo). Me and my husband went to this BWW and when we waked in it wasn't busy at all. There were maybe 5 tables including us. We sit and are greeted by the waiter, Elijah, who said he would be right with us. After deciding what we wanted, he came over to the table to take our order, my husband ordered first and me. The waiter did not read back the order, or clarify anything about the order. As we waited for our food, it got busier. Then the food runner, who desperately needs to get her hair done, comes to bring what we think is OUR food, but no. Just my husbands. I sat there and waited for my food for 15 minutes. By that time, my husband had already finished his food. Along with my food coming out, also came our appetizer. Disappointed in our pick up order at this location. Put in our online order at 6:26pm with an estimated pick up time at 6:50pm. Arrived 6:45pm. Order did not come out till 7:10pm. Had to wait a little longer because they had our order wrong. Sauce supposed to be on the side. Wings wasn't warm anymore by the time we arrive home which is about 10 minutes away. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. From the moment we sat down, we were rushed to order and constantly pushed to add on extra things we didn't want. Our waitress was incredibly rude -- she kept interrupting us while we tried to order, argued with us about what we wanted, and even brought more drinks to our table when all of ours were still full. I ordered 10 traditional wings, and what I received was completely unacceptable. One of the wings had several bones sticking out of it (photo attached). I'm pregnant, and the sight of that completely killed my appetite. On top of that, there was even a small black bug inside one of our kids' drinks -- absolutely disgusting. I asked to speak with a manager, who was just as dismissive and rude. I explained that I wouldn't be eating any of the wings, and his only response was, "I won't charge you for it," before walking away. Since it was Tuesday (BOGO half-off wings), the only thing they took off our bill was $5 -- the half-off discount -- not the full order. To make it worse, the waitress came back and argued with me again, insisting nothing was wrong, and then pushed for me to have them remade even after I said I didn't want anything else. I've never had great service at this location, but this was beyond insane. The service was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and the food was handled carelessly. Finding a bug in a child's drink and being served unsafe food should never happen anywhere. I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel like people need to know what to expect here. Been coming to this location weekly for the last 9 years and really enjoyed it until a couple of weeks ago. The food started to look a little dark. Wings without sauce which I prefer and mozzarella sticks started tasting nasty. So I called my friend who is a cook at another location to ask him what changed. I was really confused why after all this time why everything looked and tasted bad. Here is what my friend said that cooks at another location told me. Corporate Greed... To save money they are only changing their deep fry oil every 10 days now to save money. This is really insane. I checked Nevada health laws and there is nothing preventing them from doing this. However you lost my business until you start changing your oil a little more often. Keep your 2 for 20.00 deals which I never personally order and put out food that actually doesn't look all dark and brown and taste the way it used to be. I had called early to find out if they were going to be showing a specific football game, and the guy who answered the phone, Tony, was very polite. Upon entering the store, I noticed that it was very clean and most of the staff had smiles on their faces. I sat in the bar alone, and was greeted right away. I informed my server that I would order everything all together because I just wanted to focus on watching the game. She understood and made sure I was taken care of the entire game. I ordered a 6 traditional wings, extra crispy, with a side of medium, regular order of fries and a beer that was on the featured beer list. My wings were perfect, just enough lemon pepper and were cooked to my satisfaction!! My fries were a little too salty, but I know next time to say light seasoning on the fries. My beer was great, no complaints. My server was awesome, I just wish I remembered her name. My only complaint is that my team didn't win LoL. Other than carrots and ranch that was all we ordered. I called and had to wait for a manager. Then had to wait for someone to print him my receipt. Finally he told me he would have it delivered asap. When I mentioned missing one of two items, he stated there were a lot of orders and things were very messed up. We had never eaten here before and it was a terrible experience. Also I asked for audio on the football game since most the people here are watching the same game instead of listening to baseball game no one is here to watch. Server Danielle was horrible. She ran my card for a separate Tabel so she charged me an additional $100 on top of my order, she never mentioned her error. The next day I seen the charge on my card, I called and spoke with a manger Randy after 6 phone calls he finally assured me I would be refunded within 5 business days.. 2 weeks later I still didn't receive my refund so I went in and spoke with the manager on duty Shawna and requested my refund. So I asked her did Randy ever run refund and she said no.. On top of that, Randy is her boss and he can't Even do his damn job right!! Never checked on me or my food. I could see my food sitting in the window from where I was sitting. Ask for 15 wings WELL DONE with spicy garlic and mango habanero. They were in the window so long that when the bartender went to go get them finally she had the cook mask them with more sauce due to them sitting so long! She then decided to bring them to me. Horrible service, had 4 delivery drivers literally stand at the counter for 20 minutes and none of the employees even cared to come assist them. Had them all wait there. Buffalo Wild Wings on a Thursday evening @8:00 pm absolutely packed! Walking in we were surprised by the 20+ people waiting on to-go orders and the restaurant 95% full! Then I find out boneless wings are buy one get one on Thursdays (buy 12 get 12 free). Our server had numerous tables, but never left us unattended.
