    Drinks on the outside tables

We enjoyed this bar on a Saturday night. I loved the Lavender Lush. Just sweet enough for me. We ordered a round of green tea shots. The bartender tried to sell me on a canned drink to split into 3. She seemed a little bugged when I asked her to make them all fresh and separate with Jameson. She did end up making them and they were delicious and hit good. The popcorn is a nice touch. The restrooms were clean and we sat out front so we could people watch. Will be back again.

Amazing spot in the Arts District. The music and decor make for a great vibe! We booked a 50th Birthday party for the hubby in their game room area and had a blast. Chantel did an amazing job keeping 25 people with full drinks and was so kind and friendly! Big thanks to Rachel for all the help!

Whoever came up with the idea to turn a horse trailer into a bar is a genius. this is a fun place in the arts district. Staff is very friendly and they have some good beers. Comfy down home ambience with a nice outdoor patio.

Here's a little local spot that packs some punch! This is a great place to kick off the weekend or finish the night after a time in the arts district! Not first class but not trashy either! Fun to be had they got games and great music too! We didn't get any food but there is some available. Drinks are good and the specialty cocktails are dang good!

Semi-annually, my boyfriend and I come down to the Arts District to do a little barhopping and visit new bars that we've never been to before, on top of revisiting others. Horse Trailer Hideout ended up being one of them. Hence the name, this is a rodeo themed bar, with their bartender making people's drinks inside of an actual horse trailer that can be found right smack dab in the middle of the bar, several license plates from all different states covering nearly every portion of every wall inside, and country music being played in the background. They have lots of patio seating, a few cozy couches in the front, and additional seating in the back. Above us looked like a huge piñata that was shaped like a Modelo beer can. We looked over their specialty cocktail menu and we both got a Let That Mango cocktail, which contained Que Ri Do mango tequila, grapefruit juice, orange juice, agave syrup, and a tajin rim. The tajin rim had a bit of spice to it, where it kinda tasted like little chili peppers. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the taste of the cocktail alone. I like anything that has mango in it, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. This is a cocktail that we will have again next time we come around here anytime we're back in the Arts District. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. Usually when we pass by this place, there's always live music being played, but this wasn't happening this time around. They also have happy hour Monday-Friday from 2pm-6pm and again from 10pm-closing. This is a bar definitely worth checking out if you haven't been here before.

Such a cute place! I'm new to the neighborhood and d wanted to try a new spot for happy hour. It's drinks only but you can order food from next door which was cool. I tried the lavender haze. Great taste but sweet for me, I prefer a harder pour but good for the people who prefer sweeter cocktails. The service was awesome!

Finally stopped in for a drink one night. They have an interesting cocktail menu. The cowboy cider was delicious. The bar had nice decor with a small Outdoor patio, large garage door and long narrow interior portion. The bar in front was in an old horse trailer and the place had a western vibe. The music was country. The middle portion inside had games and at least on the weeknights they had free popcorn. The staff was nice and efficient. I really enjoyed the place.

This is a great place to have drinks off the strip. Definitely coming back for more late night shenanigans. The vibe is cool, drinks are cold and the bartenders are friendly. The arts district is definitely the place to be.

We were meeting a group of friends on Industrial about an hour after work. We work about 5 min away but our house is 30 min away. We didn't want to go home to just turn right around and come back to the area we work so we decided to find a place to have happy hour at before meeting up. We decided to try Horse Trailer Hideout and we were not disappointed. I'm thinking that if we ever have to be in the area again for HH, we make this our spot. Walking in, it's clear you order at the podium and someone will make the drinks in the cute little trailer. We walked around the space first before ordering just to check it out and decide where we wanted to sit. We ended up on one of the couches that line the wall facing the podium/trailer, right next to the popcorn machine. The person working was extremely nice and hospitable, even when I changed my drink like 3 times. She came by every so often to make sure we were ok and she was doing a lot of side work, even though I think she may have been alone at the time. The drinks were absolutely delicious and I was impressed that the garnish was the garnish I saw other people have in photos. I can't tell you how disappointing it is to expect this gorgeous drink to only be handed a boring meh one. Can't wait to come back in and try some more great cocktails (and have some of that freshly popped popcorn)!

We love coming to this place! As well as my friends and neighbors from Turnberry towers love and frequent this place as it's close by for us and fun. We came again on a Sunday afternoon and the drinks were once again out of this world. They have a waterdog cocktail on the menu which is an award winning drink! They had a fundraiser going on which made it more fun as there was entertainment even they always have an artist up front too. It was busy so this time we didn't play games but definitely had a good time. The owner is the sweetest lady, you can tell her heart is in the place and it pays off, this place is unique and great. Another great visit! Can't wait to go back!!

We stopped in after a day down at Fremont Street for St. Patricks's day. They have a Yelp Check in special for the month of March for their specialty cocktails, and we decided to give them a go. The location is absolutely adorable. Kind of a dive-bar feel without being too overly divey, if that makes any sense at all. They have a really cute outdoor area with seating, and cornhole, and apparently they have live music sometimes too. They also have video games and a big Jenga set inside. Service was friendly. We had a good conversation with the bartender, and she made really tasty drinks. We ordered the smoked Old Fashioned (Farmhouse Fashioned) and the Lavender Lush (vodka, lavender syrup, lemon, soda water). The drinks were very well made. Can I ask though...am I that out of touch that its normal to charge $17 for an old fashioned? We don't come downtown often anymore, and if that's the norm...we probably won't be back any time soon. I definitely appreciated the opportunity to try out a couple cocktails at a more affordable price due to the check in deal. I won't go out of my way to come back, but if I find myself down here again, at least I know that the money I'm spending will get me a GOOD drink.

You guys have to come here for the cocktails they are super amazing!!! Not only that but it's a super chill and cool vibe with some interesting decor (so look closely!) and in the back they have a gaming area! Super fun! You can also sit out on the patio as well. You can order food from next door plus they have free popcorn! Who wouldn't love that?!?! Service was super nice and her suggestion for me was brilliant because I loved the "What happens in Vegas!" Very tasty and very cute drink! So much fun and can't wait to go back!

    Melinda E.

This is such a cute random spot I found on a Tuesday . The outside caught my eyes and the inside didn't disappoint. It's a vibe! The drinks are delicious and the service was great! I really enjoyed the unique cocktails & I will definitely be back to try something new.

The only hint I'll give is that it's located on the casino floor. When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. She asked us if we had reservations or were walking in. I really appreciated this because the way she phrased her question told me they had availability and we would be granted entry. The bar is very small and seats about 30. Reservations are strongly encouraged, however we went on a Monday in February. If you're going on a weeknight during off peak season, you should be okay without a reservation. The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
