He was letting the active leak continue probably to create more damage. The more water damage, the bigger the restoration and the bigger the kickback. Then he realizes that he made things worse by opening up the valves and looks at the ceiling and says your landlord has to put you in a hotel, this is inhabitable & just left leaving the water flowing. I wanted to write this review to warn others about this company and to encourage others to read multiple reviews both good and bad I it's entirely before deciding to hire. I'm so disappointed in this company and must warn others to beware of this company. In desperation I ended up calling a friend of mine whose roommate was an actual master plumber that actually stopped the water flow & fixed the plumbing. Why didn't I call him in the 1st place?
