    When you have a flooded garage at 5am on a Sunday it's never fun. Grateful for the quick response of 702 PlumbAir to fix our water softener and failed pressure regulator. Mike was helpful and kind in a very stressful situation.

    I can't say enough good things about Mike with 702 Plumair. After a really sketchy experience with another plumber who quoted me $1200 to unclog a bathroom faucet (after barely looking at the issue), I called this company for a second opinion--and I'm so glad I did. Mike showed up on time, was professional, and fully equipped. He actually took the time to assess the situation properly, explained everything clearly, and had the issue fixed in under an hour--for under $200! Total lifesavers. They were honest, efficient, and didn't try to upsell or take advantage.     This company did for me in 2 days what another company dragged its feet for 3 weeks getting started. Above and beyond from beginning to end. They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out SAME DAY to assess the problem, and took no time in getting my main waterline pipe fixed in less than 6 hours the very next day after the assessment. They even came back the next day after that and filled in the trenches for me, which was not at all expected. Might sound silly but these guys quite literally saved my soul from extra stress that other companies were trying to put me through. Thank you Trey, Jaime/Gordo, and the other 2 lovely gentlemen that came to fill my trenches today (I didn't get their names but they were very kind). Absolutely worth the cost 100% I cannot recommend this company enough.

    We've had a few emergencies and the communication and response times have always been great. Every time we've used Plumbair, they've gone above and beyond to get things sorted quickly. The team is really professional and always takes the time to explain what's going on and how they're fixing it. A big thanks to George and Don for helping us out with a recent ceiling leak -- we were definitely expecting the worst, so we were very relieved when they were able to find and fix the issue so quickly. We'll definitely be sticking with Plumbair in the future and highly recommend the company and the team working there.

    Water heater broke. Called and Chris arrived within 30 mins. I had already had turned off gas and water supply. Chris took pictures looked over everything explained what needed to be done and gave us a price. He drained the tank did a moisture check. Since it was after hours we decided to wait until morning to replace the heater. Tyler arrived the next day at 9:30 and replaced the tank. Both Chris and Tyler we very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my 2nd time us I ng 702 and will continue to use them. The value and quality of work is excellent. I highly reccomend them.

    Wall mounted cartridge replacement

    Response was fast, the technicians were great, but the price was extremely expensive. I needed to replace two bathroom sink cartridges on my wall mounted sink to stop a slow leak. I purchased the cartridges from the sink manufacturer but was having trouble getting the old ones out. I just didn't have the right tools. Cost was $295 (before 10% coupon) to unscrew the old cartridges and screw in the new ones I purchased - 5 minutes worth of work. That's a big tool tax. Again - I appreciate the professional and knowledgeable techs, but I can't recommend this company for small jobs based on their pricing for this job.

Called up Bob for a service call to diagnose and the price was decent probably somewhere in the middle from the other quotes I received. Not cheap but not too expensive either. After the service call I scheduled for the next week for the repair and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted the repair to be done correctly and they did just that. Plus they have a 5 year warranty on parts and 10 on labor! Will definitely go with them again for any of my solar needs and hvac issues in the future!

Save yourself the money time and headache!!! I spent $12,000 cash for what is supposed to be top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which is called the train. I wish I would've just stuck with the Lennox and whatever else extra I had to get to get the same air-conditioning unit that I've had in my house for 23 years without a problem! The 24th year of me living in my house, my air conditioner takes a dump and I call Bob's air conditioning and heating. Not even one year later after they install the train that's supposed to be a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit with a price tag of $12,000 cash ( $15,000 if you had to finance through them ) that was spent. The coil wall is separating in a vertical line in multiple places, seven places to be exact! The separating is wide enough that you could almost stick your hand through each separation point of the coil. I communicated this to Bob's air-conditioning. They sent a tech out. The tech said that somebody may be have opened up the unit and got in there and separated it as if. Someone had some type of benefit to open up the air-conditioning unit panels take off the top of the roof and everything else what he had to do to access the unit and his so called professional diagnostic conclusion is that. Somebody probably did this to sabotage the unit in so many words. I finally get a call from whoever Frederick is at Bob's AC unit air-conditioning and the conversation didn't go so professionally. Voices was raised as if I'm the bad guy, unprofessional tone, unprofessional delivery, unprofessional comments on him, saying he'll be letting the manufacturer know that he had a customer that was complaining about a coil, which I stopped him in his tracks and let him know when you write that make sure you put a paying customer that paid $12,000 cash in your message of the complaining customer. I was told that he's looking at brand new units that has the same issue right in front of him this separation on multiple different units. I immediately told him you shouldn't be putting your name on that unit if the manufacturer is starting out with that kind of a product and have issues with it. He advised me that this is a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which I beg to differ cause it ain't even last a year without me having any issues but it's supposed to be the top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit for $12,000 and not even a year later, separation in a coils in a vertical line that is beyond deterioration and I'm pretty sure it's gonna get worse rapidly. So now I'm just AOL of $12,000 because it's not not working and it's past 90 days I was told. So I guess I need to figure out where I'm gonna come up with the next $12,000 to get the original air-conditioning unit that I had in my home prior again because this unit is trash!!! Morale of the story, is that I wouldn't recommend Bob's air-conditioning or unit along with their materials that they're selling as in top-of-the-line product because it didn't last a year! Stay away from the train if you don't have money to buy an air-conditioning unit or fix your air-conditioning unit yearly! Lennox is the unit that I had prior that I will buy again even with this unit working still. To be honest I really don't even want it anymore so good luck with finding a good air-conditioning guy company that is gonna honor a one year warranty because I was told that to one year warranty was that the unit had to fail for the warranty to kick for labor and I'm past my 90 install so in so many words. I'm just AOL! Welcome to America!!!

He…read moreperformed a flush of the water heater for me, part of an annual servicing I learned i needed to do after my water heater died last year and a new one was installed. He did advise me that an Anode Rod needed replacing. Although the home warranty replaced the water heater last year and wrote on it to replace every 2-3 years, Tim said after one year, it looks like it might be failing. After thinking about it and working with my water osmosis filter company and them having to replace my water softener, they also confirm replacing the anode rod is probably the best thing for me, so now I will look into this company replacing the anode rod as suggested. I just have to do research enough to learn more to make these better decisions. Thank you to Legacy for their services and how they handled my account.

I called to make an appointment to assess the problem with the HVAC and Jared came. Jared was a professional and provided me the situation and didn't lie to me at all. Jared provided me with all details of his assessment so that I could "possibly" compare with other HVAC companies. Jared never once tried to upsell me only anything and he said the assessment was free. I did call 2 other companies to make an assessment. Both companies provided me with a list of "things" that is wrong with the unit. One of them tried to upsell me a brand new HVAC UNIT and they offer financing. Per my calculation I would be paying $18K for an HVAC unit if I financed with them ($12k for the unit & $6K for interest). I called Jared and asked him to write me an invoice to purchase a new unit, which he did and I was surprised by how much different the cost was (way lower) from the other company. I asked Jared what is the actual total with tax, labor and dumping the old unit....he said "that's the whole total...with delivery, pick-up, removal and installation ". I agreed to the terms and scheduled the replacement. A-Tech team showed up at 8am on the scheduled date and immediately went to work. Jared explained to me the whole process and he even invited me to watch their work. 3 hours later the guys are done, cleaned up and ready for payment - which I was glad to pay in full. The warranty was great! I highly recommended A-Tech to ANYONE needing repair, replacement or even an assessment done to their HVAC system. I received an automated booking verification via the email and phone number I had provided. I received an email and text informing me of the name of the tech along with a photo of him, and verification of appointment day and time frame. I received email and text reminders the night before and the morning of the scheduled appointment. Yannick was on time, personable, and professional. He answered questions I had and then performed the tune up service. Payment for services rendered was handled upon completion of the service using a credit card reader. He emailed me the invoice and receipts at the time of the transaction. Again, I'm very pleased with services rendered.

When NRS offered to inspect our water system, we jumped at the offer. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional. Many THANKS to Arturo and the NRS Team for spotting a potential plumbing issue and providing a great solution. That's what every homeowner expects.
