They arrived on the correct date but almost every single flower was wilting and covered in brown spots. DO NOT GET YOUR FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE. How the flowers arrived were absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The bad delivery started off a bad experience. We have a small gate into our courtyard and instead of opening and coming to the door, they set the vase down on the ground just over the gate. Because I didn't know they were there, when I found them the vase had tipped over and the water was gone. I have no idea how long that was. My son and daughter in law ordered flowers for me for Mother's Day (they live in Riverside CA) and when I got them, 2 days before M's Day at almost 9 pm, they were pretty BUT the next morning when I really got a good look at them they were not as pretty as I thought!! The vase they ordered was beautiful, but the flowers were not fresh. I had to take the whole arrangement apart and wound up throwing away 3 flowers and lots of foliage that was stuffed in the vase. One of the roses looked like it was diseased with some kind of rot, and the others were wilted beyond saving. When I sent pics and told my son and daughter-in-law, they called and complained. I told them to get a refund, but they were talked into getting a replacement. When it came the next day, the flowers were in better shape. The name of the place is "1-800-Flowers French Bouquet" but doesn't have the same prices as 1-800-Flowers.com, aside from that they have a book that they show you that DOES NOT have the same prices as their "website" does (Vegasflowers.com)! Employees were rude & have no care for what the customer needs, it seems as if they are focused on LOSING business instead of gaining clientele. In the mix of waiting for 35 minutes in the store I walked out of this place with NO FLOWERS because they couldn't make up their mind on their 3 price points (Online, the book & 1-800-Flowers website). A true MESS & UNORGANIZED business. Also, employees were EATING while "assisting" me. The manager did step in at some point but wasn't able to help. I wish I could attach the pictures I have. The bouquet was called Mother's Embrace. It is a collection of pastel pink flowers with a pink vase. The first arrangement that came had 3 pink carnations. The rest were daisy's. I called the company and they said they would send the correct arrangement. Today when we got the mail, flowers were left on the doorstep in 90 degree heat for God knows how long. They never rang the bell or knocked on the door. Again they did not send the correct flowers. Look up what is in the arrangement. There are roses, stargazer lilies, snapdragons, daisy's and Peruvian Lilies. I could have done better at the grocery store. My only regret is not being able to put the pictures in this review. I was given back half of my money. Where I realize that sometimes flowers are substituted but not 80% of the bouquet. The representative said that a picture was attached to the information she had. She could see what was delivered. She even said, that is not what you ordered. I will NEVER use 1800flowers again. I asked for my money back and was willing to return both bouquets but I was told I could only receive half. I understand that it was all she was permitted to do. I do plan on putting this review out there on lots of social media and Yelp. If someone else can be spared then I will be happy. What I received was a plant with flowers shoved into it. Please see photo. I called 1800Flowers immediately and after about 30 minutes they went from a 50% refund to a 100%refund. But the floral wreath that was delivered to the funeral and the arrangement looked nothing like what my friend ordered. The floral wreath did not have any ribbon (which was supposed to be included) and the banner did not have a professional look with a letter missing. My girlfriend delivered flowers on Valentines Day, today, for this company, and I drove with her for many of them. This company is one of the most disorganized and unprofessional companies I have ever seen. The route she was given had her jumping back and forth across town, making what could have taken 6 or 7 hours a 11-hour shift. Orders were missing huge parts such as chocolates or stuffed animals, and time sensitive orders were put at the bottom of the route, leaving people without flowers. To make matters even worse, her contact with the company refused to answer her calls, and it wasn't missed, they hung up on her 5 times. When she returned to her dispatching building, they closed without giving notice even though she was still active on her route. She now has to go out of her way to return tomorrow to turn in her documents and non deliverable merchandise if she wants to get paid. This company has a lot of nerve to think they can treat not only employees like this but also their customers. Many people had a disappointing Valentines Day because of this place, and I would never give my business to them.
