Our guide was Luis, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable - he really attributed to a wonderful experience. We were accompanied by 8 other people that we didn't know, all of whom were very nice. After an early morning pickup at our hotel in Luis' van, we went to three other hotels to pick up the other people for the tour. First stop was the Fabulous Las Vegas sign for photos, and then a group breakfast at McDonalds. We then went on a very picturesque drive out to the Hoover Dam, and we spent over an hour there, enjoying the sights and learning about the structure and its construction. Lastly, we drove out to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed the glass bottomed Skywalk, and then took more photos around Eagle Point. There was plenty of time to check out the gift shops. We saw some replica Native American structures, and enjoyed watching some dancing. We then drove to Guano Point for a picnic lunch, a hike, and plenty more photos. Before the drive back to Vegas, our guide stopped by the Joshua Tree forest, and we snapped a few photos. It was such a wonderful day! FIVE STARS.

The communication leading up to the tour was clear, detailed, and thoughtful, and it was obvious that every part of the experience had been carefully planned. I can't say enough wonderful things about our guide, Chad. He was absolutely fantastic and made the entire day both fun and informative. At every stop, he shared just the right amount of history and context without ever making it feel overwhelming, and he sprinkled in great local tips and recommendations along the way. The day flowed seamlessly, with perfect timing at each stop, and Chad always kept us informed about what was coming next. His energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion made the experience even more enjoyable, and by the end of the day, it felt like we were spending time with an old friend. The only downside? Chad has set the bar so high that I don't think I'll ever want to take a tour with anyone else! Thank you for making this tour the highlight of our trip, Chad!

I sat on the top for some fresh air, but it was a bit breezy and chilly. It was honestly just OK. Not as interesting or enjoyable as other bus tours I have been on. Maybe that was partly due to the fact that it was just a recording, and wasn't incredibly current. It talked about restaurants and shows that were no longer there. If it's going to be a recording, you might as well keep it updated. I learned a few new interesting facts, but ended up getting off the bus early.

It does take you all the way to the Strat and Fremont street. But LV also has a transit bus that runs more frequently and is cheaper, just FYI. I downloaded the app but the bus times were still off. Busses come once every 40 min or so so if you miss it you have a while to wait. First stop is in an alley behind the MGM Grand so it took us a bit to find it. More space up top, but if it rains (like it did with us!) or is super cold, the bottom gets pretty crowded. Still a good way to see the sites. Night bus tour is separate and doesn't make stops.

This was no mall train, and that made me feel much better about driving down the strip in this thing. Once I boarded, the experience was AMAZING. I felt like a celebrity! Not only because the tour guide was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome; but other people walking down the strip were waving and pointing at us. I mean, how often do you see a train driving down Las Vegas Blvd? Our Tour Guide, Chris, was also incredibly knowledgeable about all things Vegas. He had interesting facts about previous resorts and properties, the first building and wedding chapel in Las Vegas, and of course why we were riding in a train to begin with (Hint: Las Vegas started as a train station between California and Utah). We drove by Allegiant Stadium, The Welcome to Las Vegas Sign, Down the entire length of the Strip, The Arts District, and had a little time to walk around the Fremont Street experience in Downtown. This tour is great for kids and families, or if you have a large group looking to have some fun in Las Vegas

They have no customer service skills at all. The customer is a liar apparently when it comes to this company. On our way to the Pawn shop everyone on the bus was informed that all of us did not pay for meet and greet with Rick Harris. When we booked the tour we were informed that we were going to meet Rick. The majority of the people on the tour bus mentioned that they were told the same. Christian kicked myself and my wife off the tour bus because we spoke up about being lied to about meet in greet with Rick Harris being included in the VIP tour that we booked for your today. I really wanted to meet Rick Harris. This is so unfair. I'm a huge fan of the show Pawn Stars. I have been watching this show since it came on.

The cost is known up front. A few of the other tours do not include the fee charged by the Navajo. Booking was simple on the website. I actually wanted another date that wasn't available. I emailed GC, and received a quick reply as to potential date changes. From Las Vegas to Antelope Canyon, it's an early call. We had to be ready by 6:30am. Our tour guide kept us informed about what we were doing, -- going to the other hotels for the pickups and how many more stops before we actually get on the road. He gave us information about the area as we were driving out of town. He seemed to know the right amount of talking to do on the trip. Since it was early, some wanted to do a little napping. Our tour guide was very conscientious to make sure we made our appointment to the Navajo tour. He said if we were late, our tickets would be sold to walkups. Going to and from, there were enough bathroom stops and our tour guide made sure to tell us how many hours it would be before our next bathroom break. I felt the driving was safe and responsible but not meek. He had to pass cars or else we probably wouldn't get back until the next day. When he passed, it wasn't reckless. It is a long drive, and it was great leaving the driving to GC Tours. We didn't return to Las Vegas until about 9:00pm. The only disappointment was that GC was very busy and they had to use a rental van so there weren't the captain's chair seats in the van. It was a great tour. Antelope Canyon is beautiful.
