I was going to give this a five star review but I feel like some of the customer service ended…read moreafter I purchased the vehicle. I came to this location specifically as the had the model of vehicle I wanted. My sales person was Chris Berry. I found him to be helpful and overall easy to work with. I ended up walking away with the car I wanted, satisfied with the experience, and happy with the deal I got. We also bonded over both being from the Midwest area and he generously included all-weather floor mats since I was to be returning to that area. I ended up accidentally leaving my drivers license at the dealership. I was leaving town the next morning and at the airport I couldn't find my license. I knew it was either at home or I may have left it at the dealership since there were a lot of times I needed my license out. I did not hear anything from them immediately or the next few days and assumed it was at home. The moment I returned four days later I looked around and could not find my license. I ended up calling to check and the dealership said they had my license. When I asked why no one had called me the response was that it wasn't their responsibility to let me know. I understand that the onus is on me to keep track of my license but I felt like there was no interest or care to help out a customer who just spend several tens of thousands of dollars to purchase a vehicle from their location. The person who answered the phone seemed unsympathetic and had very poor customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred but went to voicemail. I left a voicemail asking for a call back but did not receive any call. I ended up going in person to get my license and to pick up the floor mats the following day. Chris was there and he was able to assist me and was apologetic. I also had discovered that one of the windows had tint peeling and he said he would arrange for it to be replaced at my convenience. I am happy with my experience with Chris and would give him 5 stars. However, I am dissatisfied with the remainder of my sales experience, hence the 3 stars. I've been driving Toyota since I've been able to drive and this is my third Toyota now. While their vehicle quality remains stellar, their customer service has overall deteriorated.

I found a 2019 Honda CR-V, Stock #26287202, advertised on Toyota of Hollywood's website for $5,501,…read morewith fees bringing it over $7,029 before taxes and government fees. I called before driving almost an hour to confirm the vehicle was available. Andrea Santos confirmed that the car was there and available for $5,501 and told me I would meet with her when I arrived. When I got there, I asked for Andrea, but Jose eventually told me they couldn't find the car. Then suddenly, I was told the car had been sold a while ago. This makes no sense when Andrea had just confirmed it was there. This is actually my second bad experience with Toyota of Hollywood involving the same issue--being told a vehicle is available, driving a long distance, and then finding out it isn't. The dealership also smelled like smoke. Very disappointing experience. The way these vehicles and prices are advertised feels extremely misleading and wastes customers' time.

!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I never imagined I'd be writing a…read morereview like this, but if sharing our experience prevents even one family from going through this, it's worth it. About a month ago, my husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, working directly with Facundo. During the sales process, we were verbally told we were agreeing to a 24-month loan, payments of approximately $500/month, and financing around 4.99% interest. We put down $9,000 in cash, which completely disappeared. Our automatic payment was withdrawn from our bank account, and it was $587, not the amount we believed we had agreed and signed to.That immediately sent us into panic mode, so we started digging. What we discovered was HORRIFYING. The financing paperwork reflected a 70-MONTH loan, not 24 months, and an interest rate closer to 10%, not 4.99%. But it gets worse. When the lender later sent over documentation, we discovered signatures were completely forged, and the email address associated with the electronic documents was not my husbands email - this was done to prevent him from receiving the copies of the DocuSign directly. Let that sink in. When we contacted the dealership expecting someone to explain or help correct what appeared to be serious discrepancies, we were met with arrogance, zero accountability, and complete dismissal. Instead of helping, we were told that if we wanted certain add-ons canceled, we had to do it ourselves--even though those products were sold to us during the deal. And Thomas (the supposed manager's) response? "See you in court." So that is exactly the route we are now taking. We are actively retaining a consumer attorney and filing formal complaints with the state. Their SunBiz corporation is INACTIVE! This has been financially devastating, emotionally exhausting, and one of the most disturbing consumer experiences we've ever had. Absolutely disgraceful.

Formal Complaint: Unresolved Safety Issues and Missed Diagnostics - 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited…read more But . I am in your shop sitting down .I am writing to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding the catastrophic lack of service, communication, and basic quality control during my recent visit to your service department. Prior to bringing my Jeep Wrangler Sahara in, I made numerous attempts to communicate with your staff, speaking to multiple team members and sending explicit confirmation emails to ensure everyone was fully aligned on the required scope of work. Specifically, I requested that your team check the tires, AC, axle, and perform a full Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) and comprehensive vehicle investigation. The purpose of these extensive prior communications was precisely to avoid wasted time and undue physical strain on my foot. Instead, the service delivered was entirely negligent and unsafe:  Safety Hazard (Tire Damage): After the tire was supposedly serviced/changed, I discovered a nail screwed directly into the tire. This is a severe safety risk.  Undisclosed Damage: During your so-called "full investigation," your team failed to notice--or failed to disclose--that my soft top was broken. Because of this negligence, I had to find out at pickup while it was actively raining, leaving me completely unprepared and unprotected from the elements.  Ignored Maintenance & Detailing: None of the requested checks appear to have been performed properly. Furthermore, the promised courtesy vacuum and wash were completely ignored. My vehicle looks and feels as though it was never even touched.  Incomplete MPI: It is abundantly clear that your service workers are either completing jobs halfway or doing nothing at all. Your agency gave me an empty form showing nothing reflecting that my vehicle was at its best care or catered to the way a jeep dealership should . This is completely unacceptable and unpleasant . It's raining and now my car has to be zip locked because that's all your staff could've done to assist me because the negligence  How did your technicians miss all of this while the vehicle was in your care from August 27 to September 1, 2026? This level of oversight is completely unacceptable for vehicle safety I am writing to formally address the severe lack of thoroughness and oversight during the recent service of my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, which was at your facility from August 27 to September 1, 2026. When I brought the vehicle in, I specifically requested a multi-point inspection (MPI) and raised multiple critical safety and operational concerns. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was told that none of these issues were present or wrong. However, multiple active warning lights, comfort failures, and mechanical problems were completely ignored or missed. To demonstrate the extent of what was overlooked, I had to independently scan the vehicle at Advance Auto Parts on September 1, 2026. 1. Active Dashboard Warning Lights Completely Dismissed During the time your facility had my car, the following prominent dashboard indicators were lit up, yet I was told nothing was wrong:  ABS Light: Orange ABS letters indicating an Anti-lock Braking System issue.  Brake Warning Light: Red BRAKE text signaling a hydraulic fault or low fluid.  ESP/BAS Light: Orange indicator signaling a fault or deactivation in the Electronic Stability Program and Brake Assist System.  Check Engine Light: Yellow engine outline pointing to a powertrain/emissions issue.  Seatbelt Reminder: Illuminated passenger icon. 2. Comfort and Steering Failures Ignored  Air Conditioning: The AC system continues to blow hot air and was never properly diagnosed or repaired.  Vehicle Alignment/Pulling: The vehicle continuously pulls sharply to the right while driving. Despite my explicit request to thoroughly inspect the brakes, axles, and tie rods to resolve this, nothing was addressed. 3. Independent Diagnostic Proof (Advance Auto Parts Scan) Because your team claimed nothing was wrong, I scanned the vehicle myself. The official diagnostic report (Odometer: 125,243 mi) directly contradicts your facility's claims:  Emissions & Check Engine Status: Failed status; the vehicle is "NOT READY" and will fail an OBD-based emissions test.  Primary Trouble Code: Confirmed Code P0306 (Cylinder 6 misfire).  Recommended Repair: Explicitly requires replacing ignition coil(s).  Secondary Codes: Confirmed code P0058, alongside pending codes P0306, P0058, and P0151. . This is a huge concern and red flag because it clearly shows the following   Breach of Contract / Failure of Service (Workmanship): You entered into an agreement for them to perform a multi-point inspection and diagnose specific vehicle concerns while it was in their care from August 27 to September 1. Failing to perform a competent inspection, missing obvious warning lights, and returning a vehic with unaddressed safety issues constitutes a breach of the service agreement.  Unfair

When I arrived, the salesman I made the appointment with (Ken) was not there, and I had learned that he is rarely present. Another salesman (Brandon) who works with Ken seemed annoyed because he was already swamped with work. I told him what Ken instructed me to do, and he was taken aback by what I had told him. He pointed out an Infinti QX60 2015 and said it should be ready to drive (I had already been there for about an hour) Fast forward 10 days, and the vehicles transmission blew on me. I had to tow it back to the lot ($95) and it took them 2 months to repair. No one called to say the car was ready. I drove by and saw it parked in a lot across the street, and I called Brandon to ask. Ten days after picking the car up, I sped back to that lot to drop off the vehicle again because the transmission was about to burn out a second time (Nov 2024). I repeatedly went back to get updates on the repairs, trying to work with the gentlemen and not get too worked up. The large gentleman that's always at the front desk would always inform me that it was simply not ready yet. To end this long, annoying saga, TODAY (Nov 2025) marks the one 1-year anniversary of me dropping of that truck to be repaired and it is still on that lift in their garage.
