He is genuinely pleasant and very detailed in his communication with me as a patient. I felt a trust from the beginning. Dr. Neil Floch always made me feel safe and sound about having the surgery. The doctors, as well as the nurses/staff, are a gifted team of individuals who exude positivity and dedication. My interaction with them has been so positive and impressive since day 1. The doctors are very communicative and they really invested a great deal into educating me on the various options, the benefits and risks of each, and for what life would be like after surgery. They prepared me exceptionally well for this major change. Throughout this journey, I've been so well taken care of, so well supported, and I felt very confident that I made a very well-informed decision. When the day of my surgery came I knew I was in capable hands and they were so very mindful and considerate of me being a little nervous and were great at making me feel comfortable and ready to go! They truly set the bar high-- I really think it's hard to find good doctors who go above and beyond like they do. Never once did I ever feel alone in this. I've been able to call/email my case-nurse anytime I had a question and she always gets back to me very quickly- she's a rockstar! At this place, they get to know you and they cheer you on--it's a really nice feeling. The founding doctors (The Flochs) are really wonderful and so passionate about what they do, you can tell they really love their patients- and the same goes for my awesome doctor, Dr. Fridman, who has been outstanding and did such an amazing job! I was pleased with the abdominoplasty the most. I wish we had done a different procedure to the inner thighs since they didn't get any better (they are saggy) but there's no way either of us could have known or predicted that. As for my tush, it sags tremendously so I am really bummed about that, pardon the pun! I have had such wonderful compliments in regard to my abdominoplasty, so that's terrific. Just wish the other areas were more of what I had hoped for. Either way, I wouldn't go to any other surgeon - not ever! Dr Reilly is top notch! He takes time and is very knowledgeable and caring. My surgery was on a Friday and he called me from his cell phone Saturday and gave me permission to call him day or night if something came up. What dr. does that i ask? None that I have ever had....

PT is great for many injuries but not for all. PT usually won't make things worse and this company…read moreuses that to their advantage. The seemingly underlying goal of this company is to get patients to keep coming and fill the appt book. For me, they were light on dealing the root cause and just kept me you doing their exercises. This was never going to eliminate my problem. So I found a medical massage company in the same complex and in 3 sessions my problem was remarkably better. (They said that they get people from PT all the time). If PT works for you keep doing it. But if it's like filling a swimming pool one drop at a time, look elsewhere. This PT facility is run by mostly very young, new therapists. They execute well, but experienced medical oversight is lacking. The paperwork is typical of a big outfit like HSS - took over 30 minutes of my time to answer their overly complex medical assessment. Then when I saw the therapist, he hadn't even looked at it, based on the questions he asked me. Totally disrespectful of patients' time. I hate it when companies abuse you for their own benefit and care more about their needs and time than yours. And we are the customer! They aggressively try to book appts before you walk out the door. I have been to better PT operations.
