I had called ahead of time for a pedicure and ask for the price the guy said 20$ when I had gotten there she handed me that price book and told me what I wanted. I answered I called and wanted the 20$ she immediately got an attitude and said there no 20$ and started talking to the guy in their language pretty mad. she told me not it's 30 and up and I had already make an appointment for 20$ so she basically keeped me out of the chair and told me to leave . So rude and unorganized! read more

Do not both bother making an appointment. Every time, I make an appointment and show up they are busy. It's easy for them to say wait. If we make an appointment it's because we have other things to do. I when in today, had an appointment at 5:30. I even showed up 8 mins late hoping they wouldn't have to wait. I get there my nail tech is busy, he simply says wait. Excuse me...... I made an appointment for a reason. Not to mention how long they take just to do a fill. Instead of saying something rude I decided to just leave.Needless to say, I will not be going back. Please work this. It's really sad that your place cannot honor appointment times! read more

Pauline did my nails extremely exquisite like. It was a quick, yet accurate manicure! I loved the work and the pretty gems and accessories they added on my nails. It had a pretty gradient touch and a nice shine. I've been to a lot of nail salons and this is by far my favorite. The workers are also talkative and very fun to talk to. The salon itself is very clean and has a nice, modern touch of design and furniture. Would recommend everyone who's interested to come here immediately! read more

Recently found this place! The girl working at Sallys next door recommended Pauline when I complimented her nails and asked where she got them done! I got the sns nails. The wear is better than gel. She is super fast and so detailed. I loved my winter nails. Pauline likes her job she came in to work early for me on Christmas eve. read more

A little disappointed that they're charging so much for acrylics now. I paid like $60 for short gel almond acrylics with a design. I wouldn't mind before because they lasted so long and they charged less before, but at 3 weeks I already had two nails fall off. Will probably only go back for their pedicures. read more

I absolutely love coming to Top Service Nails & Lashes in Covina (same shopping center as Waba & Pollo Loco sand right next door to Sally's Beauty Supply). I have been coming here for years and they never seem to disappoint!! I get their amazing lavender jelly pedicure and manicure and I am always extremely pleased with the service and product!! Super awesome nail shop that I will continue to come to for a very long time!!! Ask for Pauline and she'll take good care of you!!! read more

This place is really nice except for the fact that they tell you one price when you go to get your nails and then when you're done, they change it up and charge him more. Not OK in my book. They told me 35 for a fill and five dollars for French tip and when I walked out of there, she was charging me $50. And my nails are completely normal. Just a white French tip. Way overpriced, and not well painted. read more

I try to give places a chance. My first time was excellent therefore I returned for a pedi and mani. As I came in, I felt judged because I refused to get acrylics or gel. They kept insisting and continued speaking in their language. I felt uncomfortable to which I almost walked out. This time around, I did not see them bring out clean tools. For the leg massage, which is usually done towards the end, was conducted with the scrub for five minutes. It was very painful. An older lady was annoyed at Everything and stood around me as if I was not going to tip or pay. She was extremely rude. If you have to get your nails done here ask for Mae, she's great. There are plenty of nicer salons with better hygiene and customer service. read more

Firstly, I was there before another girl. The other girl was assisted before me. My nail tech rushed the whole process. She forgot to soak my other hand, didn't file or trim, and brushed on the nail polish so quickly. She charged by $20 when she mentioned $18 at first. I feel like it was not worth paying to get my nails done since I'm left with bubbles and uneven nail polish... I'm very unsatisfied. read more

I went here to get my nails and toes done. It was an amazing experience. Massage was the best. They have a foot scrub that smells so good. I did my toes with gel for 38. Normal pricing for gel in my opinion. I also, got my hands done acrylic. Beautiful color Pay off. They have so many colors it was hard to choose. I would go back to try and get my eyelashes done. This place truly deserves negative stars. How dare you, racist assholes. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever went to. Basically I walked in, asked for a service and they were looking at me like I smelled or something. Then started speaking in their language and laughing. Your a man working in a nail salon, how dare you make me feel uncomfortable in a nail salon! And the females remember what you get paid for. I went for Cindy and got pushed off on to someone else. I don't need the dirty looks or the laughter. I can take my hard earned money elsewhere. read more

I knew I had to check this place out. I reached out to her through Yelp and was not expecting her to reply because it was really late, past 12 am. I asked if she had a late appointment available for that day. Super LAST MINUTE appointment and she responded right away. She said she would get back to me in the morning because she had to check. Of course, it's okay! It was so late, I really didn't think I would hear from her until later. When I woke up I had a message from her already with the times she had available. I booked it!! I got there and you have to wait in your car so you text her once you're in the parking. She replied saying I could come in and omg....her place is so nice, cute and classy. She was very welcoming and sweet. I felt comfortable and had a good conversation with her. She offered me a Perrier and also handed me stress balls. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. I will be going back because customer service is very important to me. She definitely makes you feel welcome and treats you as if she were your friend. Thank you, Beata! My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were.
