My car died and the battery would only hold a 39 percent charge. I didn't know you never put my battery back into my car ( the one you said the auto parts store had over night to charge) and I had to purchase a new battery rather than have my battery which was less than 9 months old in the car and if it was defective it would have been replaced under warranty which is why I called and texted many times during the after noon but could not wait any longer and had to spend 300 dollars. You owe me at least 300 dollars plus a list of items..... Such as agreement to repair at my house: only to be asked to have it towed to yours- 150.00 Broken fax clutch and fax- 300 or so Over a week without a car for a job that has an 8 hour estimated time. Uber and rental car 550.00 Overcharging me for parts 300.00 And yes it was the crankshaft sensor that we texted you may be the issue ( while trying to help you figure out the reason it would not start) By the way it started prior to you working on it and had to be driven onto the tow truck

I had the vehicle sit for a week just to notice under the vehicle that bolts were missing and the flywheel cover was touching the ground along with a bar. My brother and I took the vehicle back to Brent the next day after calling him the day before. As I arrived, I gave Brent a heads up that the gas line was leaking to be careful because stuff like that can catch fire but he misunderstood and right off the back, Brent started getting defensive and disrespectful saying "I already know how this game goes." My brother was talking to him and questioning him about the cover falling off saying that it should be bolted down because the day before Brent told us to get a hammer and push it back in then I heard Brent say "Oh now you're a mechanic?" "All of a sudden everyone wants to be a mechanic, maybe you should work on your own car." I don't care if you made a mistake everyone makes a mistake but to start acting like a drama queen and saying stupid remarks. Just fix your mistake and move on. Just know if you take your vehicle here and there's a problem that needs to be resolved expect this kind of outcome. Brent take lessons from your pops on how to talk to your customers who pay for a service
