COMPLETE RIP OFF. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I had them change out my flex pipe. It started leaking again 1 month later. Repair was still under their waranty but shop manager refused to repair it. He insisted flex pipe was new. I showed him the black exhaust soot on the flex pipe and he still wouldn't admit it was leaking. I also showed it to his employee standing next to him but seemed like he was afraid to say anything. Shop manager was saying it was leaking from exhaust gasket at flange. The flange had muffler cement that wasn't there before but he also denied applying it. Shop manager was rude, unprofessional and thinks everyone is an idiot. He refused to return my money. I ended up going to a different shop for professional quality repairs. read more

Well, after reading some of these reviews posted here I must say I experienced a totally a different visit with my vehicle. The tech was honest and very explanatory about what was needed to correct my wheel alignment. I have been a faithful customer over the years and still no change in customer support and services. This review has nothing to do with COVID-19 and the company doing their best doing the pandemic. This has everything to do with customer service. I called and asked what time they would be taking in their last vehicle and was given the time of 4:00 p.m. Due to me currently having brake issues, I took my time to drive out to their shop. I arrived 5 minutes before 4:00 p.m. and requested an inspection with the young lady they had at the front register. She told me I could not be seen. When I mentioned I called ahead of my departure and was informed that the would take the last car at 4:00 p.m. and it was not yet 4:00 p.m., this woman was still insistent that I could not be seen. There were literally only 2 customers inside and only 1 car being worked on at the time of this review. My issue is their lack of accountability. Say what you mean and mean what you say. If you claim the last car will be taken at 4:00 p.m. then HONOR your time. I wasted my time and gas traveling to a place that was deemed reputable by others. This is really simple customer service and good business sense. read more

Afro Americans DONOT I REPEAT DONOT spend your hard earned money with these Prejudice People that beat you out of your money....I should have followed my first mind and walked out the door....but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I had brakes done at that location a few years ago and had no problems....Clearly these are new people at this old location....When I approached the desk no one was there....I waited at least 5 minutes before this lil girl named "Andrea" finally came to the desk I say lil girl because she appeared to have the attention span of a kid....she was very non Chalant not friendly at all, very unprofessional with these long gross nails.....I explained what was going on with my car.....(I should have left then)....Mechanic test drove it and said I needed 2 wheel bearings and a ball joint totaling $900 bucks....My car is not right I'm having the same issue....I picked my car up Today even though I went to pick my car up yesterday because they called and said my car was ready.....I explained to "Andrea" that I couldn't get there until 6:10pm ...She Said they would wait....I get there at 5:58 pm and they were gone....I asked the manager if I could be reimbursed for my $50 Uber that I had to get two days in a row....So called manager said NO....I don't trust these people working on my vehicle ever again.....THEY DON'T DESERVE THE ONE STAR THAT I GAVE THEM...,I HOPE THEY SHUT THESE PREJUDICE SCAMMERS DOWN......VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER ... read more

Awesome place to get your car maintenance done. Honest pricing and quick service puts them blocks above the rest. If they tell you $75.00 to make the repair, they mean $75.00. They don't play "Well, we estimated $75.00, but with taxes, shop fees, and doohickey surcharges it'll be $102.65" like other places. If they tell you $75.00, write a check for that amount while your car is being expertedly repaired because that is all you're going to pay. I can see why this place only has one review. I took my car here today to have a hood release fixed. They were unable to fix the issue AND whatever they attempted to do has made it even more difficult to open the hood. Hopefully I can find a shop that can fix this issue soon. This place may be okay for simple tasks like oil changes or muffler replacements. However, if you have a more detailed issue, don't take it here. read more

I'm a mechanical engineer specializing in building automobiles and repairing them. I barely use shops, for me the only services I need are tire replacement front end alignments and exhaust repair. Mainly because I don't have the machines that specialize in those categories. So after I replaced the steering and suspension components on the front of my FORD van I needed an alignment. I used this shop previously to weld a new muffler on and the price was reasonable with a warranty. So I came back. They did the alignment and got it close. But for me close isn't good enough so I returned to tell them that and have them re-align my front end. It's an easy job, probably the easiest job to perform in a shop. The guy responds to me saying I'm not going to realign your van because I won't warranty your van because the wheels are chrome. They screw up my alignment and REFUSE to re do it. Won't even discount charge. NOPE THEY WANT FULL PRICE TO RE-DO A REPAIR THEY SCREWED UP. Bottom line. And the weld job they did on my shocks is sub par big time. They didn't even weld what I told them to weld. Even though I had it set up the way I wanted. All they had to do was weld a spot. The muffler job they did was just ok. It started getting loud and I brought it in for the 3rd visit. He tells me my Cadillacic converter is leaking because of rust and I'd need a new clamp hardware set. Charge?? He wanted to replace the cat and hardware 400$ he says. I said no. Then I repaired it myself with two nuts that costed 3$. And there's no leak in the converter. BUYER BEWARE. read more

My experience was awful. I had my car towed to their location. I received a phone call with the diagnostic and the price. I agreed to having the work done. The next day I received a phone call stating my car was done. Got to the shop 20 minutes later to pay for the services and pick up my vehicle. When I went to give the lady at the front desk my card she told me that the machine was not working and would not be able to take the card. She repeatedly asked me to go to an ATM and since I was paying with a credit card I informed her that I could not do it. I asked her kindly to please notify me when the machine was back up. Her attitude completely changed. She became very rude and went on to tell me that it could be a couple of days before their machine would be back up. I then told her that I need my vehicle that I could not be without my vehicle for a couple of days. I then asked her kindly if she would be able to at least attempt to see if the machine was working. After wasting a half an hour of my time and dealing with her rude attitude and poor customer service. She went in the garage and came back out plugged in a cord and swiped my card. Gratefully the machine magically worked!!! I truly believe she just wanted cash and nothing but cash. This would not had been a problem if this was discussed before agreeing to services. Wasn't even mentioned that the machine was down when telling me I could pick up my vehicle. Her famous line she repeated if it doesn't go through there's nothing I can do. Basically if you don't have cash I can't give you your car for a couple of days. I repeatedly explain to her that I was trying to pay for the services and I needed my vehicle. Well I previously...yesterday in fact had rated them 5 stars. This place previoulsy had done a good job on replacing my breaks and I went back yesterday because my brakes had again gotten to the point where they needed to be replaced...I really hate to give them one star now but they COULD OF KILLED ME AND SOMEONE ELSE. The MECHANIC DID A FRONT BRAKE JOB ON MY CAR AND HE FORGOT TO TIGHTEN UP THE LUG NUTS AND HE SENT ME ON MY WAY..I WAS TOTALLY DOING 70MPH WITH LOOSE LUG NUTS! I COULD OF ENDED UP DEAD..LUCKY FOR ME THE WHEEL DIDNT FALL OFF...IT ALMOST DID...THREE LUG NUTS GONE AND SOME SERIOUS WOBBELING IN THE STEERING WHEEL FORCED ME TO PULL OVER LUCKY IT WAS IN FRONT OF A TIRE AND MUFFLER SHOP....THAT PLACE TIGHTEN MY LUG NUTS FOR FREE! I WENT BACK TO THE BRAKE SHOP I PREVIOUSLY WENT TO LET THEM KNOW THEY COULD OF BLOODY KILLED SOMEONE! THEY REPLACED MY LUG NUTS AND I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE...THEY HAD MY CAR BEING EXAMINED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR....AND HE TRIED TO LIE AND SAY HE TORQUED THEM..I SAID NO YOU DIDNT IF YOU HAD TORQUED THEM WHERE ARE MY THREE MISSING LUG NUTS...WHY DID MY TIRE ALMOST FALL OFF? HE SAID NOTHING...HE REPLACED MY LUG NUTS...ANYONE CAN MAKE A MISTAKE BUT IT COST SOMEONE THERE LIFE...THATS A HELL OF A MISTAKE. read more

I give the shop one star on wheel alignments, honestly it was a horrible job Im out $50 because I was referred here by a friend. At first my car would drift to the left before the alignment and afterwards it now drifts to the right. I'm not handy with cars or know much but they obviously don't take their time with alignments just do enough to make it seem like they aligned it right. I'd avoid this place if you're in need of wheel alignment and try another shop. read more

I went here for a muffler repair and am very pleased with the service I received. The gentleman at the counter was polite and very helpful. I was afraid I would have to have the whole exhaust system replaced but after checking it out, they informed me it would be a much easier and less costly repair...less than a hundred dollars...good news there. Believe me, I know little to nothing about cars so they could have told me anything and charged me much more than they did. They also helped me out with a small panel on the interior that had come loose...all of this within a couple of hours time. I will definitely come back here again and would recommend them to others. read more
