After taking the bike out on my first ride I still had the same issues I was having: Bad shifting Bad brakes (still needed to be bled and I needed to replace pads) The second ride after their tune up: my chain snapped. Paid for a new chain, went on a third ride: derailleur cable snapped. Took bike in to see why these issues weren't addressed during "tune up." I was charged $25 to put in a new cable and after that was installed, my bike still didn't shift properly. I ended up bleeding my brakes, changing my own pads, installing my own chain and adjusting my own derailleur after spending $150 on a $100 tune up that was basically just a bike wash. I can service my own bike, but I took it to a shop because I thought it'd be a better use of my time and money (I work 50+ hours a week). That was a mistake. I would give them 1 star based on my experience, but they are veteran owned and nice enough people.

This is a tight alley way, with no real thru traffic. A man knocks on my window. As a woman with an infant in the car I think it's standard to not roll down the window. Apparently I had nearly hit this biker when I moved around the car. I admit I have a sunshade on my child's window and did not see that this almost happened. My husband rides a bike to and from work in Trinidad 8 miles a day- I absolutely care about biker safety. I would have apologized profusely, and still feel awful for my part in this, had you not been aggressive and explained I almost hit you. I would have even understood frustration because that's scary. However- BEATING on a woman's window, and calling her expletives making her feel threatened is NOT the way to go about literally anything. Can't think of one thing that warrants that behavior. Ever. No matter how mad you are. My 2 year old profoundly autistic son was in the back directly next to the window you punched on, and he still has not calmed down almost half an hour after the incident because he is terrified. To the individual : Do better, seriously. Maybe get some anger management cause what the actual heck man. I watched you unlock the store so I know you're there in some capacity.
