The nail that needed to be fixed was put superglue and then with all builder job, you basically take all of that off anyway so nothing new was added but the superglue and I was charged five dollars for that was fine but then itself I really just wanted a different color pink which that party nailed but I was charged like an additional $10 for design which I don't even like that's a design an additional five dollars for the nails being almond shaped which they were already previously almond shaped and I just feel like my nails weren't done properly like even on the thumb you can kind of see the ripples and I feel like my cuticles are a little flooded. I definitely will not be back for this set for a refill on builder. It came out to $81 and I kind of feel like that's a little bit much. The place was decent and they do have a large selection of colors but the chairs are old and decor has a lot of neon lights so not really my style I did think it was nice that they had the mani and pedi station separated but I didn't try that due to not needing yet.

Right from the leaf to my feet. It was lovely and relaxing. My husband came with me and did the mani pedi for men that they have -- he also really enjoyed it. I asked to get the exact same style done for my nails. She was fluent in English and really helpful! These are called blush nails and I used powder #10 and a pink blush color #142 named Vanity Pink. I loved how it came out. Highly recommend! It was about $85 with tip. I definitely think I will come back to get this style again. It is so pretty!!

If my hand wasn't positioned exactly how she wanted, SMACK. If my fingers didn't move fast enough, SMACK. If I blinked wrong? Honestly, I'm surprised I didn't get smacked for that too. It felt more like dealing with a correctional officer than a nail tech. I was genuinely afraid to move my fingers because every tiny adjustment was met with a disciplinary tap, as if I was being punished just for existing. (There were other men there who actually took responsibility, such as the ones who asked for a refund after she added gel when we didn't request it -- and she charged us for a spa treatment instead of the usual $20 fee.) At that point, I was just expecting to be charged extra for breathing or emotional distress. If you enjoy being treated like an inmate instead of a client, this is the place for you. If not, run. Protect your hands.

They do a great job HOWEVER, they do NOT clean their instruments. When they bring the nail clipper…read moreand what not, the pouch is already opened, but on the wrong side, as if it was never sealed to be sterilized. When they finished with our pedicures they put it back in the same pouch and put it back in their mini sterilizer. Everything needs to be cleaned before sterilization otherwise whatever gets left in there blocks the actual sterilization of the nail clipper and the other instruments. Like if you don't scrape the cheese off the plate before you put it in the dishwasher, and when it comes out, it still has cheese on it... is it really clean?

This place was quite huge and they have an enormous wall dedicated to an array of nail color choices, it actually was kinda overwhelming : D My friend and I both opted for the general pedicure $39. I observed her sanitize and line the foot bowl. We enjoyed our pedicures they took their time and did a great job cleaning, massaging, and painting our toe nails. My only 2 disappointments were that, although they stated in their menu, drinks (nonalcoholic or alcoholic) are complimentary, my friend had to remind our pedicurists at least 2-3 times about getting drinks! And second, my gal, had ear pods and was talking ever so softly on the phone while doing my nails. She was responsive to me when I said something, but it doesn't exude professionalism talking on the phone while working. I will give y'all another chance....
