He made sure the grading he was doing on his Skid Steer would direct the water away from all homes not just the address who hired him. He was aware of the neighborhood drainage issues and said he had made special trips during rain storms to further educate himself as to how the water runs in our neighborhood. Shamrock cleaned up the site and did a great job!! By far the best landscape contractor I have seen in our neighborhood in the last 10 years. Unlike other companies I have used in the past that consistently broke planters, solar lights, shredded grill covers, etc. with the weed cutter/edger, Aguirre's takes great care, and their time, during each visit to my home. Not a thing broken and all clippings are cleaned up. Also, and perhaps for me most importantly, they are always very mindful about the days and times they spray or spread any chemicals or treatments on my lawn as they know how particular I am about my dog's well-being. :) They treat my home the same way I do. I did a lot of research on artificial turf companies servicing the Brushy Creek area and after some shopping around, came across Umesh and KG Lawn Care. After receiving some ridiculous quotes from some of the "bigger" artificial turf companies, offering a lower grade of turf for a substantially higher price, I went forward with the project with Umesh and KG Lawn Care. Umesh took on my project of installing approximately 1000 sqft of artificial turf, metal edging, and black star gravel around some cypress trees. Roughly a month before starting, I expressed to Umesh my desire to have the project completed in time for our family's annual crawfish boil, which he assured me he would fulfill. I can't say enough positive things about Umesh, Lucas, and their crew. As we neared the date of my family's party, Umesh assured me that he would push to make the deadline, even with unpredictable central Texas weather. Umesh not only kept to his promise in finishing the project in time for our party, but also knocked it out of the park! The artificial turf looks incredible and instantly became my daughter's favorite place to play. Umesh and his crew put a level of detail into the project in ensuring every aspect was perfect for my family. As pleased as I am with the project itself, the most noteworthy aspect I want to highlight in this review is how Umesh does business. In a world where so many are looking to cut corners, charge more, and provide less, I found that Umesh is a man of immense integrity who keeps to his word. Umesh delivered on his promise to ensure my yard was immaculate for my family's party, but most notably, his promise on pricing. A day before our turf was set to be installed, Umesh was notified by the turf company that the turf we picked out was no longer available (with zero warning). Umesh was forced to upgrade the turf at a difference of nearly $800. I offered to split the difference with Umesh but was told: "Nah man, it's all good. I like to keep my word and pricing. It's not your fault." This really struck me that Umesh was willing to eat $800 in order to keep his word with me on pricing.
