Manager didn't offer to track it- Only excuse was "ONCE BUSINESS RECEIVES IT TAKES THEM 30DAYS" to NOTICE.. This is unacceptable for this line of business. When customers entrust them to mail an item of importance, this is the worse outcome for anyone to experience. NO REFUND OR APOLOGY can compensate for the sentimental value these gifts held NEVER AGAIN. Use an original UPS location. Not an "authorized " seller post office location. Not worth the trouble. Sadly the other customer will be charged for his equipment since I received a ROUTER ... instead since the cameras showed the UPS employees mixing up the label & didnt bother to see a BDAY BOX was going to FRONTIER instead of a Residence..
