This this place is horrible. I go in to drop off a box with the shipping label and this guy says I have to tape it up and box it myself add a shipping store that is your job. I will pay for the damn box in for you to do your job and this guy refused to do his job so don't ever go to the location on Frankfurt. This guy was so lazy and then the other lady was complaining about. She had so much stuff to do that she couldn't help customers. It was the worst experience I've ever had at shipping something out and I'm 44 years old. I can't believe this guy and this woman didn't want to do their job. They literally told me I had to go home, print the label box it up myself and then I could do it and I could drop it off in the Regular box instead of them boxing it up and doing their job and I would've paid them for it. He just looked at me like he didn't know what to do. Please hire people that are capable of doing their job. This should be an easy job however, this guy in this woman just decide not to do their job. Please do something immediately do not ever visit the store. read more

At least I have told you to print on both sides, and you have understood my intention. Printing 178 twice is equivalent to printing 356 pages. Will you promise to be so happy if you only pay 178 pages? Do I need to emphasize one-sided printing with you? It is not without reason that there are so many bad reviews in your store. We shipped a package from this location with wedding dresses. They gave us a tracking number but failed to actually hand over the package to UPS. When inquired, there was no response and nobody seem to be interested in helping. We would definitely go to court to recover the stolen package and or seek damages. I would not recommend anyone to do any sort of business with this store, where there seems to be no responsibility and very unprofessional customer service. read more

Every time they say they don't do that here and are quick to tell you I will have to pay for shipping and packaging . They try to nickel and dime you for everything. This may sound like sour grapes, but please take this as information for your use. I went to this store to return a package from Amazon. In a rush I did not print out the package label. I was hoping they would print it out with the bar code provided with the digital packing label provided by Amazon. They said they could not do this, but if I emailed them the packing label they would print it out for $2.50. In the grand scheme of things this is not a lot of money, but it just seemed like this could be a nice courtesy for them to print out one piece of paper for me instead of charging $2.50. I ended up paying the fee as it would not be worth the time to go home and print the packing label. Again, it's really not the money but about being treated as an appreciated customer. I wish I had gone to the UPS Store at Park and Midway. They always treat me well there. read more

Terrible customer service! There's a gentlemen here that wouldn't give me the managers name, didn't have business cards for the store manager and lied about being the store manager, all while being incredibly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I highly recommend this UPS look into observing the staff, especially the store manager who apparently is Seth or Jeff. Again, he refused to tell me his name. Store needs to re-evaluate staff and train staff on customer service 101 as they have no knowledge or training it seems like. Again, choose a different UPS store. I have used this UPS store multiple times and have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff have been helpful, efficient and professional. I'm having trouble understanding the 1 star reviews, but everyone is entitled to their opinion. This last time I was their to have an envelope mailed, the man and woman helping me were very efficient and got my envelope ready and paid for quickly. I would not recommend this store. The customer service is terrible and your package will arrive late (I have shipped from this location 3 times and all were late). Always an excuse as to why "not their issue". I would suggest going across Old Denton to the FedEx store, they have excellent service and I have never had an issue with them! read more

Bad service, and made me pay to print a shipping label that was already paid for. I told him that didn't make sense- if I came in and purchased a label directly from that location he'd have to print it anyway, but he told me that because the shipping was previously paid for that that location didn't make any money from it. UPS not paying them to ship my stuff doesn't mean I should have to pay twice. Worse that the dollar I had to spend was his attitude about it. Walked in one day and ask them if they just did UPS or if they also took US PS. Guy behind the counter said both. I went out to get my prepaid package from the car. When I came back in, they told me it would be a dollar charge to send US PS. I said OK and pulled out my credit card. They said they could not take my credit card for a dollar, that two dollars was the minimum charge that they could make on a credit card. I showed my text message..."Nope" they said, "No package." The woman there kept insisting that just because I had received that message, it DID NOT mean my package was there. I kept insisting...Finally, they found the package. What woeful incompetence. Had I taken their word for it, I would have had to go back...at what point? And who would have notified me? Receipt doesn't show that insurance was purchased. Tracking # doesn't show that it is in their system. Super NOT Happy! Was told if there was a problem just to come back. Had a good experience with this UPS store. The people there were very nice and accommodating. Had a special Next Day Air shipment with specific instructions to keep the package facing up. The package was a framed charcoal art piece that can flake off onto the glass so keeping it up flat was best. The store did everything I asked to try to keep package marked with stickers stating "This Side Up" and "Fragile", but when it was delivered (as shown with a picture the receiver sent me) it was delivered standing on its side and not facing up even though you can clearly see the stickers and the sides of the box with arrrows pointing to the top of the box that say "This Side Up". Disappointed, but at least the box wasn't laying upside down. (NOTE: The store did let me know that they couldn't guarantee my special delivery request but would do their best.) read more

This place is the worst. I will drive out of my way to use a different UPS store. They charge $2 for FREE UPS envelopes when shipping a document. Fedex doesn't charge for their priority envelopes... I even checked UPS' website and sure enough they are free. But nope.. they insist on $2 cash for the envelope on top of my $40 overnight charge. They charge $2 to print FREE labels from Amazon. They charge $2 to mail a USPS prepaid (regular envelope with a stamp on it). If they could get away with charging you a $2 fee to walk in the door I think they may try it. Don't expect them to stop their personal conversations to help customers. The only person I've ever received decent help from is the children they have working here. Unreal. read more

I took a Mac air to be shipped from this location to my daughters pastor/employer who lives in London where my daughter is located, but happened to be in Colorado Springs CO for a wedding. I specifically stated twice that I did not want/require a signature. They did not bother telling me because of the high dollar it automatically required a signature. As a result my daughters brand new laptop was not dropped off and more than likely will not get to London until much later than expected and will cost me $200+ dollars to send plus the additional $80 I have already spent. And now it's in transit and they don't know when it will be at a ups office in Colorado Springs. read more
