I needed someone to remodel my house before I put it in the market for sale. I got a referral from my neighbor to talk to Venetian kitchen and bath. It looked like his sister had used them before and they were very happy with them, so I called and made an appointment. They arrived in a big white van with the name of their company on it very professional and I was impressed. This was an old house and needed to do a lot of work. 2 1/2 Showers & kitchen cabinets and countertops & floors and baseboards and paint. Victor and Ramin are the main guys and they are both very nice and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They helped us to choose all our products from their show room. They have everything there. This company can do everything. We found out they are both general contractors and one of them is also an electrical contractor. So they did all of our bathrooms completely with cabinets floors and shower doors. We also did wood and tile floors in the entire home. And a complete kitchen remodel and recess lights and painting. All of that work was completed on time and the house is practically new now. We are very happy they did great job and thanks to my neighbor to let me know about this company. I hired Venetian Kitchen & Bath because I got a real good vibe from the owners Ramin and Vahid. They were both very knowledgeable, sincere, with very fair prices. I found them randomly while driving around Mission Viejo. Usually I go with outfits that are referred to me, so this was a bit of a gamble. Boy, am I glad I rolled the dice with this group. We shopped around and interviewed 5 contractors. Venetian was the only one that provided a detailed quote based on our needs and requests with pricing down to each material. Of course, if you change the materials in the middle of the project or later chose a product that requires extra labor, the price may go up, but even when we changed from a vinyl floor to engineered wood (which involves a lot more labor), they did their best to stay within the original budget. Another great thing was the amount of materials they had in their show room to chose from. I didn't even have to bother with a third party for purchasing flooring, countertops, or tile. These guys have it all. Amazing! What I loved most about them is that they don't frown or raise their eyebrows when you ask questions or submit a change order. The owners are patient, and I always felt that they cared more about providing me with a clean and perfect result rather than hammering it out, just to get paid, so that they can run to the next project. This a group of perfectionists and they are extremely timely. Most contractors do not take pride in their work and are very sloppy. Not Venetian. Venetian is on point every step of the way. We had them completely gut our 40 year old house, new flooring, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new dry wall, new cabinets, appliances, you name it.
