If you are looking for a basic mani and pedi, this will work. If you want long nails, good shape and designs. Do not go! My nail shape was horrible, my design was crooked and the overall powder lay was thick and uneven. I felt Bad because the lady tried her "best" so I paid and still left a good tip. read more

She showed me so many color/glitter options and even tried color combos on my nails to show me how they would look. It was my first time here and I was amazed! Tammy did such a good job on my nails. She made sure I chose the perfect color. She was patient and kind. The shape and length was perfect and she took her time to make sure they looked great. I also got an eyebrow wax and for only $8 it was well worth it. I recommend this place 10/10. I suggest you make an appointment prior to visiting though because they seem to always be busy. I made an apt for 1p but it didn't start until 2:15. I chose the "Luxury" Pearl Spa Pedicure, which is 70 min and $65. The girl who did my pedicure applied the leg cream over the sugar scrub, did not do the 20 min massage, and wiped the serum off at the end so my feet were dry looking leaving the salon. I literally waited longer for my appt to start than she took to do my service. I also noticed that she did not clean the brush or grater with any type of disinfectant, rather washed them off and put them back in her cart. I won't be back and I would NOT recommend! read more

I wear them natural looking, no tips and they look perfect. While I was there, I found out their also do lashes and since I needed mine filled, I got them done. I am happy with the end result and the lash technician was nice, but I was not happy that it took 2 hours. My lashes usually take 1 hour at most. I paid for the jelly pedicure which is $55 and was supposed to include a 20 minute foot massage, that never happened. I got a manicure and I'm growing out my own nails and they are short, but Jessica, whom did both my manicure and pedicure, didn't even do anything with my cuticles, I had to ask her to push them back and after she pushed them back didn't even buff them and proceeded to paint them, which turned out disasterous, so I had to tell her to just take off the polish. Let me explain my experience. So I was a walk in- and the wait was decent. As people were finishing up they were talking about how AMAZING their nails were: asking about posting their nails to FB and just showing their excitement all over the place. It made me feel more comfortable with the environment overall. The ladies working were really talkative to their clients, and they even have complimentary drinks. Now my personal nail experience. So, I go to the lady and she sat to me down. She's real quiet, and it doesn't seem like she's planning to make conversation with me anytime soon. Which I don't mind, I'm a really quiet person anyway. She starts going in on my nails and the shaping and cutting was an OK experience. Other than the fact that she made one of my fingers bleed. When she started painting, I had picked out this really nice black color that I felt would be nice, and she switched it out for brand I really wasn't too fond of. (It got really wrinkly and didn't dry well, so it messed up the rest of my day). But I kept messing up my nail while she was working, and I appreciate her patience for me. There was a lady right next to me being worked on, and it seems like she got such a better experience than me. The nail technician was talking to her, making sure she felt comfortable, asking if she needed anything to drink, telling her what looked really nice on her, etc. While I haven't gotten the time of day. Fast forward to the end of my session, I'm looking at my nails and really not feeling them. The Jewels were put on backwards which makes them pop up out of my nail, (which now snag my onto anything) I see glue spots that drip down my nail where she applied the Jewel. I asked her to go close to my cuticle and she didn't at all. After she was finished, she just put on a fan for me to hold my nails next to. I was there for about 15 min, she didn't check if they were dry. I left with no one addressing that I did. (No good bye) Since then, two of my jewels have fallen off and two of them have worn off. Maybe I seem like a bitch or that I'm nitpicking, and I don't really care. For $40, I would expect a better experience. Especially with all of the happy customers that went in and out around me. But all of the happy ones seemed to come back from the massage chairs anyway ‍ When I think of this nail salon, I think about the money I lost- not the nails that I gained. read more

BEWARE... Don't ask for a "Dip Manicure" and expect a manicure at all. I usually get my nails done in the Katy area but decided to get them done closer to home this time. What a total waste! I went in for a Dip Manicure and Deluxe Pedicure. When the Nail Tech started my manicure she immediately went straight to dipping my nails instead of the normal filing, soaking, cuticle clean up, etc. I was a bit confused but let her continue since it was my first time there. After she finished dipping, she shaped my nails (very roughly - made me bleed twice) and then acted like she was finished. I asked why she didn't give me a manicure and she said that wasn't included and it costs $18 on top of the already $50 Dip! I have never heard of a nail salon not including a simple manicure with a Dip Polish... I then asked if she could just clean up my cuticles and she charged me $5!! So ridiculous! read more

Went here to get my prom nails done. First off, the place was amazing; great staff and a nice, clean environment. I've never gotten acrylics before so i was a bit hesitate on doing them. I will say that the price is a bit high ($50.00 for my set) for the quality (nails were not very uniform) but it was somewhat worth it for the service. I can't remember the lady who did my manicure,but she sits at the front and let me tell ya; she was fast, accurate and kept a nice convo going. She wasn't rough or rude and she also recommended a color for me since I couldn't decide. My nails look beautiful. The lady who did my pedicure was Tracy. She's so sweet and a joy to talk to. She even ASKED me if I wanted to use the brush or the foot file and that made my day bc I hate the file. The brush was just enough for my feet and they still feel soft.
