I'm not sure why this nail spa doesn't get better reviews. I came in during the lunch hour on a weekday (called a few hours in advance) and had a gel manicure done. The ambiance is great. It's clean in there. And the girl was nice enough to let me sit and work on my phone vs. have conversation. I'll definitely be back. A gel mani was $31, and I was happy to pay this amount. A check in on yelp incorrectly gives you a deal for 20% off your first visit. They said they don't accept it. read more

Luxurious spa experience. The nail spa is Upscale, and hygienic but the prices are not higher than elsewhere. They offered me tea, coffee or wine as I entered. I've recently moved here from NJ and tried a few nail places in Jupiter. I'll be going back to Venetian from Now on. read more

I called asked if they were busy, they said they could fit me in. There was one other lady getting a pedicure. Lots of chairs. They asked me to wait while they get it read for me.... never had this happen. I get seated into cold water, I asked to make it hot.. then I asked where the bubbles are. I like the water messaging my feet. He said no one like that, but he found some contraption and put it in the water... which didn't last long. Then he was taken from me because he could do nails so I got some other guy. But to top it off he did the worst job on my nails. I have photos, half the skin is still on my toes that he cut off, the polish was put on terrible. I'll do it myself like I have been doing. Wow, so incredibly surprised. I had a great experience and service. Paola was great, the place is spa-like, luxurious and serene. And to top it off they have all the latest colors. I was so disappointed with my manicure. I have been having manicures and pedicures for years at many different nail salons and so I am familiar with nail service and quality of work and I was very unhappy at Venetian Nail spa with both. First when I arrived for my appointment, there were people at the reception area and no one acknowledged me for about 10 minutes. I just stood there and waited. Finally after waiting, I just told the receptionist my name and that I had an appointment but was told, there was no nail technician available at the moment and I would be called when one became available which they did about 10 minutes later. I was then accompanied by the nail technician to a seat, which was right next to another customer (during Covid time); there were many (including a whole row of empty seats and two empty seats next to me on the other side) vacant seats available. When the technician did my nails she did not file them properly, only slightly filing a few of my ten nails. As I write this I am observing my thumb nail which is all rough and not filed. Finally my arms were given a quick massage, a quicker poor polish application, (1. had a hair in the polish which I had to tell her about several times, 2. Nails not polished in the way I requested). This is the first time I had been to this salon and it will be my last. Venetian is nicely decorated and very clean, but the nail manicure was below par. read more

I was really surprised to check in at this spa on yelp and find so many negative reviews. I visited Venetian Nail Spa today and was extremely pleased. My nail technician was very polite and sweet. She made conversation with me when she could, since I went with my mother in law and we chatted most of the time. She did a wonderful job with my pedicure. It was very enjoyable and relaxing. The young woman at front desk is very rude, does not understand customer service and how to deal with customers. Never argue with customers, a smile would be nice, no personality, not a good fit for greeting customers. Why is it so hard to find a good, consistent nail salon in Florida? I really wanted to keep going here due to location but today really helped me decide for sure. Last time I got a gel manicure and the lady apparently skipped the base coat which she realized once she went to apply it as a top coat. The polish peeled the next day. She re-did it but that still cost me time going back to the salon and sitting there when it didn't need to happen. Today I made an appointment but when I showed up no one was actually scheduled for me so they just stuck me with whoever at the last minute. The lady who did my pedicure was pleasant enough but whatever relaxation I was hoping for disappeared when the callous remover, (cheese grater), took a chunk from the outside of my left heel. The crazy part is there's no way the tool should have been that high up and you can see in the picture the callus area is still very much there! Of course it wasn't malicious but it really sucks because I'm leaving town tomorrow and was planning to wear boots, booties, heels etc which will hurt like hell now. I wouldn't have bothered with a yelp review had they been proactive and acknowledged it but they tried to charge me full price at the end. (They did offer a band aid to stop the bleeding when it happened) I mentioned the injury and they took 10% off. I just wanted to let other people know that you really need to pay attention when they're doing your nails and feet because literally anything is possible. I didn't think it would be this way considering they do the same services over and over day after day but apparently it's just not going to be a place I can count on for a relaxing experience:( read more

We decided to pamper ourselves on memorial weekend and went to try out the new Venetian Nail Spa on Jupiter Beach. The place is very plush and luxurious in every way. They have beautiful massage chairs that will massage your entire back and behind area. The nail technicians Tony and Ricky did a wonderful job and gave great hand massages at the end of the gel polish. Our guys also gave us great pedicures and foot/leg rubs as well. We also did our eyebrows which came out beautiful. I was very scared to try someone new as I am very picky, but she surpassed my expectations! Giving this place 2 Stars because the nail tech was nice enough and the location is great. That's the only good things about this place. My husband and I got pedicures and a manicure here in the middle of the week. No other customers in the shop. Polish selection was ok. I was choosing between their premium pedis and asked the difference between their $50 pedi vs $66. The nail tech vaguely said the $66 pedi offered more. I pointed out it lists the same services...THEN she says "Oh that's the old menu price". Ok. My pedi lasted 45min that's including polish time. Nothing special at all for the price. No mask or paraffin. My husband's nail tech didn't even file his nails. In the middle of our service the music loop ended and they never even bothered to music back on. I don't know how this place expects to stay open. read more

This is the third time I have been to this salon. I was greeted at 12:15 right after they opened. I was told there would be a 20 minute wait for a pedicure, but while I was waiting, I could soak my feet. No problem. I picked out my color and had a seat. 30 minutes later, two women walked in for manicures (while I was still sitting there in the chair by the checkout, not offered a pedicure chair when there were plenty available, and not offered a drink - no water) and were immediately taken back without an appointment. Very disappointed and will not be back. I ended up leaving and after explaining why I decided to leave instead of taking me back and apologizing, she just said ok and scratched my name off of the list. read more

I moved to this area a little over a year ago. Venetian salon was recommended. I've been there 5 or 6 times. Every time I thought I found my mani/pedi person, they left. On my birthday this year I was pampered by a woman named Angie. She is my girl. A week ago I set an appointment but they said she had left. I canceled my appointment. Come to find out Angie is back at the Venetian in Harborside. I set my new appointment and was wonderfully pampered by her expertise in nails. I would recommend this salon with Angie and others that care so much and bring the best results. This was my first time visiting this nail spa and the decor is fabulous. The pedi chairs were very comfortable and the salon was very tidy. I booked a same day appointment and didn't have to wait when I arrived (it wasn't busy at all...maybe three people total, including me). My nails are dipped, so I reserved time to get them done and have a pedi. I asked for a French manicure over the phone, but was disappointed when I got there and was told they didn't have anyone on staff that could do it. I said okay and searched for a color to compromise. The gal who did my pedi immediately started wrapping my finger nails so they would be ready when my pedi was finished. About halfway through the pedi, another woman (she was at the reception desk when I came in) came over and started pulling the foils off. The gal doing my pedi instructed her not to file so hard. I instantly got nervous because I don't think the lady knew what she was doing. Perhaps she just got out of nail school and that's why the pedi tech had to tell her. It was the first time that I had ever seen cotton stuck to my nails, completely dried, when soaking off my dip. She started yanking on it pretty hard, so I asked her to put some more acetone on it and wrap it again (no, I'm not a nail tech). We repeated this twice on one nail, and once on another. I had to lean over in the pedi chair so she could work on my fingers. I had black pants on and they were covered in dust because she was doing the filing over my leg. It certainly wasn't the relaxing pedi I wanted, but my toes turned out decent. I can only speculate that the lady moving me around in the chair made it hard for the girl to get my toes correct, and the polish was not smooth/pooling at the base and sides of my nails. When the pedi was over, the gal doing it said the woman who was removing my dip was going to do my fingers. Now I was nervous, but she assured me the lady was good and that she (the pedi gal) had another appointment. I looked around but didn't see a single cosmetology license from the State. I wanted to ask if she had one, but didn't want to be rude. We sat down and she told me there wasn't enough powder in the color I wanted. So again, I compromised and picked another color. I have never seen someone use a drill so slow - to the point it locked up a few times because it wasn't going fast enough. I washed my hands, but then she said she needed to buff and file some more. I let her, and washed my hands a second time when she was done. She seemed anxious to please me, but I could tell I wasn't going to be happy...and I wasn't... Towards the end of my dip, the lady doing my nails was chatting it up with another employee about closing for the day. This made me feel like I wasn't a priority. When the repeated filing and buffing was over, she asked me to put my hands under the UV light dryer, but I declined. I am a breast cancer patient, so I shy away from any kind of radiation that I can. Dip nails aren't the same as gel manicures and don't require UV to harden - that's why I don't do gel. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there so I abruptly asked for my bill which was priced pretty well, based on what I normally pay. My nails were crooked, and she filed them down so much I think I lost a quarter inch in length. I had to reshape them when I got home because it was very noticeable. I also have one nail that's completely rough and not even shiny like the others. A few others do not have a consistent shine across them. My total time for my nail dip and pedi was 2 hours and 10 minutes. Normally, it takes an hour - hour and a half tops - at other places I have gone. They did give me two glasses of wine which I totally needed because I was stressed out from the experience. My advice would be: - Make sure you get a confirmation (on the phone) that they have someone capable of doing what you want - Don't wear black pants if you're getting dipped and a pedi - Allow ample amount of time for your appointment and pad it with an extra half hour - Ask the tech to show you their license (it's suppose to be displayed in a conspicuous location by law) - Don't let the receptionist do your nails Would I return? Maybe. My nails aren't a total disaster, but do not meet my normal expectations. read more

Every time I go to Venetian nail & spa I have a great experience. The nail salon is extremely clean and very pretty inside. The people are all very friendly and very helpful. Jenny has been my nail technician for over a year now and she is fabulous. Everyone there is fabulous. I have never reviewed a nail salon before... here it is, short and sweet: sat down, no introduction, tried to start a friendly conversation, he wasn't having it, he wrapped the cotton in foil w/ the acetone and put it loosely around each finger, then sat there, head down on his Facebook timeline, then he took a few foils off as the others fell off already, started scraping my nails since the polish hadn't lifted, put the foil back on again sloppy as all get out, i told him foil kept falling off which is why polish wasn't lifting, he just ignored me, i literally swiped the foil of my fingers, got up and left. wow. bye. read more

This place looks nice but looks can be deceiving!! They cut my daughter when they were doing her nails and both of our nail polishes are peeling off and we just walked away from the place we asked them to fix it and they wouldn't very disappointed.
