I always come here for my dip nails and pedicures. Staff is so friendly and professional and the salon is very clean. The quality of my dip is unmatched. I can wait a full month before getting it redone which is great for my budget.

First off, I take customer service very seriously for I am also in this work arena.... FRIDAY, August 10th- walk in and owner asked us to come back at 4pm- We decided 4pm was too late for our needs so set up an appointment for the next day- agreed time was 12:30pm for SATURDAY, August 11th. We arrive on time for our scheduled appointment- waited until after 1:30pm before we were assisted----the owner admitted to letting walks in "take your place." We explained we made appt early for we needed to be at family gathering by 3pm. Initially, smooth due to our wait time and offered 10% discount. HOWEVER- the services rendered were hurried and it showed on the finished mani's and pedi's. Additionally, The "service form" they request you fill out is confusing....so make sure you are not charged for what you did not ask for! After all was said and done- we walked out after 3pm, very disappointed with the quality of work and lack of customer service. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a good experience and quality paint job.

The only place I go to, to get my pedicure and nails done. Everybody here is very friendly. For my nails, Mimi is the only person I trust cause I'm super picky. She always make sure I leave satisfied. Andy and Tony, the front desk people, also the owners are super nice and always make sure I enjoyed my visit. They offer drinks while you get your nails done too. The salon is always clean. They also have a reward system there when you enroll your number. Come and get pamper at Veneto! If you're picky like me, request Mimi. She's super sweet and does a phenomenal job!

Save your time & money. TDLR, complaint is being made. I have been to this place for about 3 almost 4 years. I've had issues with the nails before but never said anything, due to the fact that I didn't want to come off rude, demanding or anything of that sort. Multiple times I've gone home crying. I had asked for the design below. I had seen the gold and thought she would clean up the areas where the gold had spread to that wasn't part of the design. I also noticed the lines were way too thick and uneven, again I assumed she would file and fix the shape. I was wrong, I had asked her to clean up the gold and she filed off polish on my thumb, put top coat on it again and into the UV. Nothing got fixed and she didn't clean anything up. I expressed I didn't like them. They're not evenly filed, she didn't bother fixing anything despite being told I didn't like them. The lines are missing spots, they have dents in the pattern while it's supposed to be a line not missing any part of it. The gold chrome isn't even on my line part of the nail, you can see the gel she was using. It's sloppy, ugly and doesn't come close to the picture. I will be getting in contact with TDLR. I paid $100 not including the tip for these nails. I've given many opportunities to this business. This is not okay, I will be checking if MMA was used with the Acrylic.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I showed what I wanted and wasn't told beforehand he would have to hand draw it. Tyler there was great when doing my nails. He did try to do the hearts but did get frustrated when I wasn't happy with the results of the hearts after trying for 30min. Yen came up to me to tell me that the hand painted hearts wouldn't come out exactly the same and if I don't like it to get it painted all white. This is what I was charged -full set pink and white $55 -special shape $5.00 -long nail 10.00 -design 15.00 -extra 10.00 I think they charged me extra for being picky with the hand drawn heart shape. I will not recommend this place.

I have been here now twice and both times I have left VERY satisfied! Today Tyler did my toes and Anne did my nails and I was very happy! I love that Anne just kept telling me to trust her and she TOTALLY DELIVERED! and I do not typically do colors much less BRIGHT colors and Tyler did such a great job on my toes! Nice and bright for summer! I'm DEFINITELY coming back for them both! This is now my official spot and I'm so happy to have found a new nail tech after 4 years of living in Keller! ANNE is so sweet and so creative! Thank you Tyler and Anne!

Went in today to get my Wedding nails and toes done. No one greeted me when i walked in i filled out my paper and handed to the man at the front. I got Cece the pedicure went fine and then we got to my nails. I asked for french tips and they were so uneven. The white part were all different thicknesses and shapes on each nail. While doing my nails she cut my RING FINGER with the nail file she cut it pretty deep i started bleeding (it hurt really bad) i told her i didn't like them and she starts removing them and has to soak the big cut she just made on my finger in acetone (which burned!!) i was so upset with the situation i told her i just wanted to leave. i got up to the front to pay for my pedicure and the 2 men upfront insisted they fix my nails for me. they sit me with another lady to fix my nails i just picked a much simpler design and she was very gentle. Once i was finished i went to go pay the front and he didn't charge me for the pedicure, but still charged me $85... Don't think ill be back after this!

I went to get my acrylic nails refilled on Sunday with my sister in law. I'm from out of town, so I just needed a refill and we went together for a Mother's Day treat. I had one of the guys work on mine while a lady did my sister in law's. He was not only cutting me up with the dremel tool, I paid $20 more for the "cat eye" polish and it just looks like regular polish. I also tipped him healthily, regretfully. It's not even 2 days later, and I already have a broken nail and dents in the gel polish. My sister in law's nails turned out great and the lady was super friendly. So just watch out for what technician works on your nails. $90 is A LOT of money for a crap job.

Came in for the first time to try them out a couple of weeks ago. I didn't have an appointment but the gentleman at the front desk assured me that they can get me in quickly. I had an idea of what color I wanted but then had a hard time picking which shade I liked. They have a lot of colors to choose from. Sure enough, my tech was ready for me by the time I did choose a color. The place is very nicely decorated and has many manicure and pedicure stations. They seem to have a large staff to support the space as well. Overall I liked the way my nails turned out however I did get cut with the drill and that's typically my dealbreaker. She was apologetic but not until the end of my manicure. I will admit that I have a hard time relaxing my hand when someone new does my manicure. I mean, it is a person holding a drill to your fingernail. Some techs can be rough with it. But like I said, I liked the way it turned out. It was smooth and even without being too thick and I liked the way she filed my nails. She also asked me throughout the process if she needed to change anything which I appreciated. I just wished she was more personable. That would've helped me be more relaxed. Not sure if I will come back yet. Overall good job except for the cut.

Cousin Miki's place...thought we'd try it out since we were all ready for a touchup or redo or just plain old pampering. Atmosphere is great and spacious inside. Staff were all so very friendly and helpful. They even helped those of us that needed extra help in picking out their color. LOL!!! We had the best bartender serving up nice chilled shots of whiskey with out cocktails. Might have to make this our new go-to place for mani/pedi. And its so close to our houses.

1st here, they just opened. It's next door to Deka Lash so easy to get few things down in few hours with massage envy across the street. Also men's barber/salon in same plaza. No long wait, was greeted and helped right away. All staff I encountered very nice. Would def return. Got 20% off as it is there grand opening. read more

Signed in and waited, I was then skipped in line so waited even longer. They have a full bar but I was never offered any beverages while I was there even when the man realized that he skipped me in line. When I brought it to his attention all he said was sorry thank you for waiting. The nail tech that was doing my nails rushed through she hurt the bed of my cuticle by filing too close. I went in for dip nails but they came out looking like press on nails. I also went in for a pedicure but decided to only get a color change since my nail experience was bad. My daughter could have done a better job of painting my nails at home. Won't be returning,worst experience ever! I only decided to try them out since my original nail tech moved. read more

My wife and her girlfriends went to go get their nails done. The ladies were very rough with their nails. They also charged a $5 dollar charge for coming in with "long" nails. We also had a friend who already had her nails in a coffin shape and were told if we want to keep the shape it would be an extra $5 dollars. This nail shop nickle and dimes their clients. They will also step away from their client while in the middle of your manicure just to walk around for 10 minutes and come back as if nothing happens. I would not recommend coming and spending your money at this rip off of an establishment. read more

Three of us went and it was great. We got classic manicures with signature pedicures. Two girls and one guy, so men don't be shy. They were so incredibly nice and did a great job. Anna, Kate, and Mai are all wonderful. You won't be disappointed. It's clean and well priced. read more

This is my second time at Veneto. The salon is lovely and I was treated like a queen. The owner checked on my progress a couple of times throughout my services. He also checked on his staff to see if they needed anything. His son is the manager and also spent some time chatting with me. I feel like they truly valued my business. I will keep coming back...and I live an hour from here. Editing to say that I also love the end results! Darrius did a wonderful job on my fingernails and Whitney performed miracles on my feet. I don't really enjoy pedicures because I am extremely ticklish and have a tendency to have ingrown toenails. She was great! read more

This nail bar is an absolute lifesaver! Love coming here and Michael does an amazing job on nails.Mary is amazing on pedicure and gave me such wonderful massage. Ask for them both. Usually when a new nail salon opens up the service is fantastic but I Came at 5:30 pm and wasn't started on until after more than on hour. I did not have an appointment but I have always walked in everywhere and never had to wait more than 15 mins elsewhere. They lack staff and polish colors. They have a very small selection of colors for gel and the regular polishes displayed look old for a salon that just opened. The only thing I enjoyed was that they played bravo on the tv instead of hgtv. The manger didn't even offer a discount to make up for the long waiting time. read more

Went in at their opening time. Showed an ombré picture and got told yes, they would do it. I've asked at two other salons, and been told it takes too long. Tina did a great job and yes, it did take a while, but I got the look I wanted. The only negative is the sander got 2 of my cuticles. read more

I honestly can't believe what a terrible experience we had here. It is more expensive than most in the area, and they genuinely do not care to give you what you want or make sure you're happy. I came with my mom and daughter to celebrate her birthday. They made us wait, despite having an appt, then messed up all of our nails (and just said sorry, did not fix it), we had to ask for water multiple times before someone finally brought it, tried to charge us more than we had been told, and our nails starting breaking/coming off the same day after leaving. We made an appt to get them fixed, and when we got there, they had no one to help us and continued to make us wait. To explain every detail of what was wrong would be very long, but I'm truly shocked by how it's been one terrible thing after the other and they don't seem to care, especially after we spent A LOT of money there. Really unfortunate! read more

I left today very upset. I had my pedicure done there on Tuesday & by the time I got home my big toes were messed up. I had made an appointment for Thursday so I thought since I was going back for a manicure I could have my toes re-done. When I got there I informed the guy about my pedicure/toes issue & he said ok. After my manicure was done the lady asked him about my toes since he had said he would look for my same toenail color. We all looked the color was gone. The lady who did my nails told me to pick another color that she would re-do all my toes w/the new color. I sat on the pedicure chair waited for about 15 min & nothing. The the guy from the front asked me about my toes/color & told me it was my fault my toes were messed up. I shoes him the pictures I had taken of my toes to show that they were messed up too quick. He just said it was my fault. I explained that my pedicure should not be so messed up hours after being done. Also told him I had to get my toes fixed bc I have an event tomorrow. He kept making excuses so I just got up. I asked him why he wasted my time just sitting down if he did not want to have someone fix my toes. I could not believe it. I needed them fixed & was gonna pay for the fee (you know they charge for everything). So I left w/pretty nails & still an awful pedicure. So please don't go there. There are so many other places that are willing to take your business & are willing to make things right-not here. Not going there again. read more

Everyone was super friendly! I love my nails and I love the bar. I went at the end of the day so there were quite a few people waiting but I was still able to be serviced quickly! There is a nice bar set up so you are able to have a free drink while getting your nails done. The manager did a great job managing the floor and being friendly to customers. I definitely recommend this place to anyone! Kelly did a great job on my nails and I'm obsessed with the color. I can't wait to come in for a pedi. read more

I don't know for certain about those but I would imagine that it's extra. If you do the classic white tip it's extra so I got a color this time.

I don't have the answer for you bc I do gel but I can say that they are a VERY clean nail salon with everything they do that I've ever had done. I'm beyond picky about my nails and they never let me down.

Each of the last three manicures I had included no cuticle prep. They just filed the nail plate down, put on the dehydrator, and did the dip. My actual nails were completely ruined in the process. I actually had to take SIX WEEKS off of having anything on my nails so that I could grow them back out. That's how bad of shape my nails were left in. My biggest complaint is that, after coming here for over a year regularly, Jimmy didn't even know my name. He stamped my final punch card entry and it seemed like he had this moment of realization that he had no idea what my name is. Not going to lie - it stung! I got my bridal nails done here! I brought my friends here! I told my patients about this place (I'm a chiropractor - people look at my hands constantly)! And the guy I talk to every visit didn't even know my name. HA!

I came in for a simple eyebrow wax and was assisted by a woman who is often at the front desk. Before we even started, I showed her a photo of my eyebrows from a previous appointment and explained that it was the exact look I wanted. Instead of listening, she immediately told me, "No, you don't want them too thin." That response caught me off guard because they are my eyebrows and the photo I showed her was literally a previous result that I was happy with. Rather than listening to my preferences, she repeatedly told me what she thought I wanted and seemed annoyed whenever I tried to explain otherwise. As I continued trying to communicate the look I was going for, she became visibly frustrated and said, "I'm going to find someone else for you." She then left the room, returned alone, and told me, "You know this is just waxing. This isn't permanent makeup." At that point, I was confused because I thought she was getting someone else who could better assist me. Instead, she expected me to continue the service after dismissing my concerns. When she told me to lay down, I declined. I went to the front, paid, and politely explained that I felt the situation was unacceptable. As a loyal customer who has supported this business , I expected basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I continued coming to this location was for Kim's pedicures anyways, which have always been great. However, based on today's experience, I can no longer recommend this salon. Customer service starts with listening to the customer, especially when they're clearly explaining what they want. Today, that simply did not happen.

I explained that I couldn't come back at 730pm due to my husband working nights and I only have a "sitter" in the mornings. So I had no choice but to go somewhere else to have my nails redone. When I called back to speak to the owner I was told he would not be in until later. He called me back today at 430pm and told me he would not be refunding me my money. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Especially for the price !!!

Plus, one of the employees had her kid there who was seriously one of the cutest freakin kids I've ever seen running around offering me Ritz crackers. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

I did some research and we decided to give Veneto a try; great decision! We were able to make appointments the day before and went during our lunch hour at work. The salon was beautiful and very clean. The color choices? So many great choices!! Everybody was friendly, welcoming and patient while we chose from 2k colors!!
