I always come here for my dip nails and pedicures. Staff is so friendly and professional and the salon is very clean. The quality of my dip is unmatched. I can wait a full month before getting it redone which is great for my budget.

First off, I take customer service very seriously for I am also in this work arena.... FRIDAY, August 10th- walk in and owner asked us to come back at 4pm- We decided 4pm was too late for our needs so set up an appointment for the next day- agreed time was 12:30pm for SATURDAY, August 11th. We arrive on time for our scheduled appointment- waited until after 1:30pm before we were assisted----the owner admitted to letting walks in "take your place." We explained we made appt early for we needed to be at family gathering by 3pm. Initially, smooth due to our wait time and offered 10% discount. HOWEVER- the services rendered were hurried and it showed on the finished mani's and pedi's. Additionally, The "service form" they request you fill out is confusing....so make sure you are not charged for what you did not ask for! After all was said and done- we walked out after 3pm, very disappointed with the quality of work and lack of customer service. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a good experience and quality paint job.

The only place I go to, to get my pedicure and nails done. Everybody here is very friendly. For my nails, Mimi is the only person I trust cause I'm super picky. She always make sure I leave satisfied. Andy and Tony, the front desk people, also the owners are super nice and always make sure I enjoyed my visit. They offer drinks while you get your nails done too. The salon is always clean. They also have a reward system there when you enroll your number. Come and get pamper at Veneto! If you're picky like me, request Mimi. She's super sweet and does a phenomenal job!

Save your time & money. TDLR, complaint is being made. I have been to this place for about 3 almost 4 years. I've had issues with the nails before but never said anything, due to the fact that I didn't want to come off rude, demanding or anything of that sort. Multiple times I've gone home crying. I had asked for the design below. I had seen the gold and thought she would clean up the areas where the gold had spread to that wasn't part of the design. I also noticed the lines were way too thick and uneven, again I assumed she would file and fix the shape. I was wrong, I had asked her to clean up the gold and she filed off polish on my thumb, put top coat on it again and into the UV. Nothing got fixed and she didn't clean anything up. I expressed I didn't like them. They're not evenly filed, she didn't bother fixing anything despite being told I didn't like them. The lines are missing spots, they have dents in the pattern while it's supposed to be a line not missing any part of it. The gold chrome isn't even on my line part of the nail, you can see the gel she was using. It's sloppy, ugly and doesn't come close to the picture. I will be getting in contact with TDLR. I paid $100 not including the tip for these nails. I've given many opportunities to this business. This is not okay, I will be checking if MMA was used with the Acrylic.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I showed what I wanted and wasn't told beforehand he would have to hand draw it. Tyler there was great when doing my nails. He did try to do the hearts but did get frustrated when I wasn't happy with the results of the hearts after trying for 30min. Yen came up to me to tell me that the hand painted hearts wouldn't come out exactly the same and if I don't like it to get it painted all white. This is what I was charged -full set pink and white $55 -special shape $5.00 -long nail 10.00 -design 15.00 -extra 10.00 I think they charged me extra for being picky with the hand drawn heart shape. I will not recommend this place.

I have been here now twice and both times I have left VERY satisfied! Today Tyler did my toes and Anne did my nails and I was very happy! I love that Anne just kept telling me to trust her and she TOTALLY DELIVERED! and I do not typically do colors much less BRIGHT colors and Tyler did such a great job on my toes! Nice and bright for summer! I'm DEFINITELY coming back for them both! This is now my official spot and I'm so happy to have found a new nail tech after 4 years of living in Keller! Went in today to get my Wedding nails and toes done. No one greeted me when i walked in i filled out my paper and handed to the man at the front. I got Cece the pedicure went fine and then we got to my nails. I asked for french tips and they were so uneven. The white part were all different thicknesses and shapes on each nail. While doing my nails she cut my RING FINGER with the nail file she cut it pretty deep i started bleeding (it hurt really bad) i told her i didn't like them and she starts removing them and has to soak the big cut she just made on my finger in acetone (which burned!!) i was so upset with the situation i told her i just wanted to leave. i got up to the front to pay for my pedicure and the 2 men upfront insisted they fix my nails for me. they sit me with another lady to fix my nails i just picked a much simpler design and she was very gentle. Once i was finished i went to go pay the front and he didn't charge me for the pedicure, but still charged me $85... Don't think ill be back after this!

I can't stop reviewing this amazing place. Free amazing drinks. full bar, massage by Justin, nails by Tony this time. The managers are amazing. The location is clean. Come in with a mask. Take off for drinks. Massages included in some packages or 10min for $15. Toaltally worth it. My name is Elle, here for all the greatness . I went to get my acrylic nails refilled on Sunday with my sister in law. I'm from out of town, so I just needed a refill and we went together for a Mother's Day treat. I had one of the guys work on mine while a lady did my sister in law's. He was not only cutting me up with the dremel tool, I paid $20 more for the "cat eye" polish and it just looks like regular polish. I also tipped him healthily, regretfully. It's not even 2 days later, and I already have a broken nail and dents in the gel polish. My sister in law's nails turned out great and the lady was super friendly. So just watch out for what technician works on your nails. $90 is A LOT of money for a crap job.

Came in for the first time to try them out a couple of weeks ago. I didn't have an appointment but the gentleman at the front desk assured me that they can get me in quickly. I had an idea of what color I wanted but then had a hard time picking which shade I liked. They have a lot of colors to choose from. Sure enough, my tech was ready for me by the time I did choose a color. The place is very nicely decorated and has many manicure and pedicure stations. They seem to have a large staff to support the space as well. Overall I liked the way my nails turned out however I did get cut with the drill and that's typically my dealbreaker. She was apologetic but not until the end of my manicure. I will admit that I have a hard time relaxing my hand when someone new does my manicure. I mean, it is a person holding a drill to your fingernail. Some techs can be rough with it. But like I said, I liked the way it turned out. It was smooth and even without being too thick and I liked the way she filed my nails. She also asked me throughout the process if she needed to change anything which I appreciated. I just wished she was more personable. That would've helped me be more relaxed. Not sure if I will come back yet. Overall good job except for the cut.

Cousin Miki's place...thought we'd try it out since we were all ready for a touchup or redo or just plain old pampering. Atmosphere is great and spacious inside. Staff were all so very friendly and helpful. They even helped those of us that needed extra help in picking out their color. LOL!!! We had the best bartender serving up nice chilled shots of whiskey with out cocktails. Might have to make this our new go-to place for mani/pedi. And its so close to our houses.

Would have been 5 stars if they actually enforced mask wearing like they state on their door signs. The employees wore masks, but I did see the manager/owner maybe walking around no mask at one point. But at least 4 customers not wearing masks. They do use screens between customer and employees so maybe the customers think they're in the clear or something. Regardless, they shouldn't state they require masks if they actually do not. This might be a boon for some people, so I don't feel too bad writing this review. But I won't be going again until local spread is decreased since they don't make people follow simple rules. read more

This is my new place for nails! I had been going to another place pretty consistently for a few years but they were closed when I really need a mani dip, so I gave this place a try and am so glad I did. **My friends will tell you I am pretty selective on where I go for nails- if it is not a spot I like or if I feel rushed, I will skip the girls get together and stick with my spot. ** I just did my second visit for a pedi and a dip. I actually could have gone another week on my first dip they did ( 4 weeks total!) but wanted to get some relaxation in. The prices are pretty good and the space is beautiful. I treated my feet to the jelly pedicure which comes with a shoulder massage. Kim was amazing for this service and I would go every week just for the massage if I could. I have had Tina and Michael for nails and they both did a fantastic job. The manager/owner is checking in with you through out the service and I think this contributes directly to the high level of quality. Highly recommend trying this place out for nails. They also offer a week day special until 3 pm if you can go during week. read more

I been coming here for a year now. My nail tech that I usually get wasn't there and I was given another nail tech, Sophie. Never again. I always get dip on my nails with no issues with my normal tech. But with Sophia I felt rushed and not only that,within a week, where the nail bed is,lifted. My hair gets caught. Not only did I feel rushed but she was rude. Never again will I get Sophia and sticking with my normal nail tech. Very unprofessional how she acted with me. She was even lucky to even get tipped by me. But I will not have her do my nails again. It's not like I was getting it for free but I am a paying customer and I tip pretty good. Waste of my time and money with this chick. read more

I never leave reviews but I couldn't believe what happened. I got an acrylic fill and a classic gel pedicure. All together I paid $130 with tip which is fine. What wasn't fine is not even an hour after I left one of my nails came up so I called and went back. You'd think for what they charge they would've happily fixed the nail and I would've tipped if they had done so. NOPE! The woman glued it back down and hands me the bottle of glue for when it comes back up after I shower. I will NOT be recommending this salon to anyone and will NOT be returning. I was absolutely shocked at how lazy this woman was and not so much as an apology for it. I think two stars was generous. read more

Seriously the nicest staff! They took the time make sure I was happy with the shape and comfortable with the length. I was describing a shape to them (no idea the name), but after showing them pictures, they were able to give me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back. I also appreciated that my card says "SEE ID" on the back of it and they actually asked for my ID! I love this extra step of security they've taken. It's the little things that count the most. read more

Probably one of the worst services I've ever had. The guy decided to play on his phone the entire time and told me to wait there for it to "dry". He was extremely unprofessional and doesn't even care about how you want it. I got dipped nails, and for some reason, the top layer started peeling the next day. The dip was so uneven and just looks horrible. I definitely won't be coming back. Waste of my money and time. read more

I have been here 5 or 6 times and always have a new tech, that is not usually my style as I normally find one I like and stick with them. That being said, I have never been disappointed with any of the nail techs. I'm pretty picky so that is saying a lot! Every time I walk in I am greeted by one of the managers/owners and they are so nice. They also walk around and periodically ask how I am doing and asking if I want another beverage. This is a plus since at some places you only get one drink and then you are out of luck. Every tech I have gotten makes sure before they start to ask me what I want (i.e. nail shape, length, etc). That is not always the case at some salons. Also, the color choices are amazing! They have hundreds of colors for every type of nail. Regular polish, dip powder, solar nails and any other kind of polish you want. Highly recommend coming here! read more

Best pedicure in the Fort Worth area that I have found after a 3 and 1/2 year hunt! Wow! Welcome home to being pampered and taken care of... In such a clean beautiful peaceful atmosphere! If I could give a negative rating I would. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Callus treatment was lotion on my foot? Ridiculous! Said something and the older lady got upset. I am paying you for a pedicure not a basic throw lotion on my foot and paint my nails and you get a tip and 70 bucks! read more

I've been trusting Veneto with my nails for almost 2 years. Upon first moving to the area, I tried multiple places feeling frustrated because my nails would never turn out quite right, but once I stumbled upon this place, I was beyond blown away. Today was the first time trying Veneto. I did my research before picking out a salon since I hardly get to go out and have my me time since my kiddos keep be busy, I really wanted to just relax. The first thing I noticed when I came in was that I didn't get attacked by acetone fumes like at other nail salon places and the place looked really nice, clean and organized. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and caring for all the customers in there. You could tell that he genuinely cared and not putting up an act to just have you come back. It had been a while since I had gotten my hand nails done so I tried the Nexgen, he showed me all the colors I could choose from and showed me where I can get the polish for my pedicure. I love that he didn't rush me and didnt keep asking "are you ready" I went in during their happy hour and didn't have to wait long especially with no apt. I also like that they wear name tags ! Now I know who I'llbe going back to. I would definitly go back and would recommend them to friends and family. read more

If I could give the pedicure a zero, I would, but I'll give it a one because the tech was nice and I like the color. However, my pedicure was rushed through and the attention to detail lacked. During the service, the exfoliation and everything else lacked and my feet feel extremely dry and it hasn't even been 24 hours. I usually go to my typical salon to get pedicures done but today I wanted to try some place new and I completely regret getting a service here. If I pay for a pedicure my feet should feel soft after, not rough. My feel feel and look dry; It was not worth the money I payed for. If I could get a refund and go some where else I would. read more

Arrived 15 mins late for my Appt and was still kindly seen. Beautiful place and great service. I had a French gel pedicure and it was $52, which was a little more than I'm used to paying. But still a great experience! I will likely be back! read more

I absolutely love this nail salon. The environment is always so welcoming as soon as you step in the door, it's so clean, full color selection, sweet staff, nice mini bar and big enough to serve all your needs. I get my dip full set done by Darius who is always striving for perfection and very hard working and I get my pedicures done by the ladies who give the best foot massages as well. This establishment is outstanding and every time I ask to come in last minute they make sure to accommodate. Nice facility and the employees (who understand English well -no shade) are pleasant. They serve drinks including alcohol, which of course is one of my favorite parts of the experience lmaooo. So, I showed them a pic of what I wanted (which by the way was a pic posted by the owner) and they seemed confused about how they would execute the style and ultimately ended up doing something completely different and up charging me without letting me know when there were additional charges. Still a good experience and they did a great job though. read more

I don't have the answer for you bc I do gel but I can say that they are a VERY clean nail salon with everything they do that I've ever had done. I'm beyond picky about my nails and they never let me down.

Before we even started, I showed her a photo of my eyebrows from a previous appointment and explained that it was the exact look I wanted. Instead of listening, she immediately told me, "No, you don't want them too thin." That response caught me off guard because they are my eyebrows and the photo I showed her was literally a previous result that I was happy with. Rather than listening to my preferences, she repeatedly told me what she thought I wanted and seemed annoyed whenever I tried to explain otherwise. As I continued trying to communicate the look I was going for, she became visibly frustrated and said, "I'm going to find someone else for you." She then left the room, returned alone, and told me, "You know this is just waxing. This isn't permanent makeup." At that point, I was confused because I thought she was getting someone else who could better assist me. Instead, she expected me to continue the service after dismissing my concerns. When she told me to lay down, I declined. I went to the front, paid, and politely explained that I felt the situation was unacceptable. As a loyal customer who has supported this business , I expected basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I continued coming to this location was for Kim's pedicures anyways, which have always been great. However, based on today's experience, I can no longer recommend this salon. Customer service starts with listening to the customer, especially when they're clearly explaining what they want. Today, that simply did not happen.

I went back in on Monday when they opened and the lady at the front seemed flustered and didn't seem to want to help me. I explained that I couldn't come back at 730pm due to my husband working nights and I only have a "sitter" in the mornings. So I had no choice but to go somewhere else to have my nails redone. When I called back to speak to the owner I was told he would not be in until later. He called me back today at 430pm and told me he would not be refunding me my money. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Especially for the price !!!

Plus, one of the employees had her kid there who was seriously one of the cutest freakin kids I've ever seen running around offering me Ritz crackers. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!

I did some research and we decided to give Veneto a try; great decision! We were able to make appointments the day before and went during our lunch hour at work. The salon was beautiful and very clean. The color choices? So many great choices!! Everybody was friendly, welcoming and patient while we chose from 2k colors!! Both of our technicians were fast, friendly and nick/pain free. Andy (who runs the salon) came over to welcome us and was very informative and kind.
