Last year I went to this dentist for exam and cleanings. I mentioned that there's sensitivity around my nose above a tooth where I had a root canal previously. They looked at the xray and said everything is fine. I went to a new dentist because the sensitivity got worse. My new dentist showed me the X-ray Dental Care of Casey Key took where there was an obvious dark spot of infection that they ignored. It has grown significantly with massive bone loss and now I have to have an extraction, significant bone graft and 2 step implant placement on a FRONT tooth. I'm 31 years old with otherwise healthy teeth. This could have been prevented or at least treated early had the dentist not been negligent in assessing my X-rays. Dental Care of Casey Key also said I have perio disease and had me go through the entire SRP procedure. My current dentist said I do not have perio and then pockets on my back teeth are likely "pseudo" pockets from having my wisdom teeth extracted as a kid, which can affect your gum tissue. This office also changed my hygienist without telling me until I showed up for the appointment. I don't suggest going here.

It was easy to make an appointment with the friendly receptionist when I called. When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen immediately, and greeted by Dr Dave and his friendly assistant. He did a thorough exam, showing me photos of my small cavity using this nifty camera. Lucky for me, he had time to take care of the cavity the very same day! Normally, I have a little fear about dental treatment (no one likes a shot in their mouth). But to my delight, the injection was completely painless! I'm very happy to have found my lifelong dentist. Wow, I was amazed to see so many similar bad reviews…read more I left my dentist after 3 failed attempts to restore all 4 top & 4 bottom front teeth (opposing incisors). The first set of bottom crowns looked "exactly like the worn teeth (which I paid $4,400 to restore)." To make matters worse, my local dentist oversold & undelivered his skills by permanently gluing the awful excuse for restoration from Sterling. I insisted on a second attempt by my dentist and he agreed. The second set of teeth were way too tall, looked like they were carved out of a solid piece of wood. After the dentist made adjustments, the new teeth looked like shit. At that point, maybe sterling sucks or my dentist has extremely low standards? There was a third attempt. I asked for two teeth to be shorter, I realized they were taller after leaving the dentist appointment. I almost shit my pants. Eventually, a top incisor #9 needed to be lengthened. The dentist realized that he should fix the obviously shorter teeth out of the 4 replaced. Wouldn't you know it, I have a front tooth that is lighter & reshaped completely to accomadate the mistakes made by the dentist and Sterling. The dentist refuses to resolve my concerns. Next, I'll be spending $4,000 to a reputable dentist to fix 1 top and 2 bottom teeth (out of pocket) to resolve issues caused by my dentist and sterling. If you are seeking cosmetic dentistry, make sure your dentist doesn't use sterling. They are not capable of consistently producing acceptable outcomes.
