Today on 10/8/2025 one of the fans stopped working, so I had this company come out and reinstall another identical fan. 15 months ago, I paid 250 dollars for 3 fans in 3 bathrooms to get installed. Very professional and knowledgeable! There was an electric fire in one of the buildings we manage. This company was called to inspect the problem. They were the 3rd company that had went out to the building to inspect the electrical issue and the only one to figure out the issue. They were extremely thorough in inspecting all the units and the lines going from the main line to each unit. The technician had a variety of meters and equipment to assess the safety of the lines. After the inspection, they produced a very professional report and estimate and made several recommendations to the electric utilities company. Their price is definitely not the cheapest. I found Pacific Electric on Thumbtack. I was having issues with my breaker switching off my AC unit. Pacific told me that they can send a tech out to troubleshoot for $89. We had to reschedule a couple times due to an emergency at their office. I was pleased with their communication and customer service as they offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. My technicians name was David. He was kind and helpful. David informed me that their is a trip cost of $89 and then a diagnostic cost of $89 totaling $178 for his visit. He continued explaining that if I decide to have them complete the service they would wave the $89 diagnostic cost.... This is why I have give Pacific Electric 3 stars. I was under the impression that the troubleshooting was $89, not $89+$89. The cost of the service was $125 so it made sense for me to have that $89 fee waved. I just wish they were more transparent about the cost of a tech visiting your home. Summary: Great customer service but the cost of a troubleshooting call is $178 NOT $89. I found this out AFTER the tech arrived at my home. If it wasn't for this miscommunication they would have gotten 5 stars. read more

It was my first time using Pacific Electric but I am very happy with the service. I had Michael as my tech and he both texted and called me to let me know he was on the way to my home. He arrived and quickly got to work diagnosing the problem with a faulty LED kitchen light. He figured out the problem, looked for other possible issues, and had it done in under 30 minutes. I will be adding 2 more can lights in my bedroom and I'll use PE again and request Michael to do the installation. If I could give this review negative 100 starts I would ~ DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY~ I just want to maybe save someone else from this company!!!!!! Buckle in this is going to be a wild ride~ I called this company because my AC kept tripping the breaker on June 23rd of 2021. I was quoted $74.00 for the electrician to come out if nothing was wrong. David was my technician that came out. when he arrived he let me know that it would be $165.00, I had no idea why but I was dealing with my new born baby and barking dog. I told him to start (my mistake) after the service he sent me some NOT detailed photos of the service AND TOLD ME IT WAS THE AC PROBLEM. now he did give me a quote to fix something unrelated BUT DID NOT EVEN CHECK THE BREAKER SWITCH THAT WAS POPPING!!!!!!! I asked him why would this be $165.00 instead of the quoted $74.00 he said "you agreed to the price before I started" this did not answer my question and honest what am I to do, I was alone. so I paid it and called and complained later about this. The company did give me a refund of $40.00 for this. The next day I call an AC company to come install a new AC for $14,000 dollars I do not have. they do and guess what I have to have them come back out 5 times because the breaker is still popping. I AM NOT AN ELECTRICIAN so I have no idea of what's wrong. Finally the nicest HVAC guy in all of las Vegas goes and looks at the breaker for me (not his job) to see that the wires of the switch DAVID was suppose to look at are completely stripped and have literally been sparking on fire. MY WHOLE HOUSE WITH MY NEW BORN BABY COULD HAVE BURNT DOWN BECAUSE OF HIS NEGLIGENCE!!!! Nevermind the fact of how much the new AC cost even though that wasn't it, how dare this company put my family in danger. Like other folks on here, the diagnostic fee was quite mischaracterized. It actually cost $233 to get an estimate. The original estimate was over $900. TBM did a free estimate and their quote was $400. Shockingly I didn't use Pacific electric as it was more than double the rate. But then they called and stuck me with a $233 estimate.
