Good to let her know your skin type, products you use and such so she can guide you on what is the best direction for microblading for your skin before your appointment. I became very nervous the day before and she was able to talk on the phone to voice any concerns I had. I was just nervous and needed to verbally hear comforting words. Haha. The appointment was great. Beautiful office! She took her time to walk through what was going to happen so there weren't surprises and she got an idea of what I was looking forward to for the results. So, yes, all in all, I was very comfortable and you can trust her expertise/experience. I was there for microblading but she recommended shading if I wanted it. I asked what that would do for me since I wanted more natural but trusted her judgement and went for a little shading along with the blade strokes. Glad I did! Worth it.
