They said they don't use "chemicals" I explained that I didn't care about that, had an invisible layer of spray paint particles (not dried) that had traveled to my first floor from a job in the basement. Wanted it gone. When they arrived I told them not to bother with the upstairs rooms, just concentrate on the 1st floor surfaces and the basement. Jay from Fresh Tech called to say the cleaners agreed with "the estimate". They texted me in 4 hours they were finished. I said okay I'm paying you for 4 hours, not 6. They refused and gave me some nonsensical story about labor hours. Got home after work and did a wipe of my kitchen floor and the paper towel was black! See below. Their ridiculous explanation is that is for a "first pass" clean. Additional passes would require additional time and labor!! But they left after 4 hours and I paid for 6. Had explained I need the paint GONE.SCAM company. Don't fall for the hype they give you on the phone. Don't care about their clients and I am a neighbor. Care about separating you from your money. Charged my card MORE than quote -$559 Edit-Owner acts as if I haven't already complained to Fresh Tech. I offered to settle for $400 and they proceeded to charge my card $559. All I got was excuses and refusal to adjust the price. NO surcharge was ever mentioned or put in writing. They have my number, they can call me to rectify the overcharge.

In addition they vented bathroom vents through the roof which had previously been vented in the attic. The installation team is exceptional, have worked together for years and very efficient. The job site was cleaned up after each day. Project supervisors were there each day to attend to installation details. Sarah, our representative was excellent and was there each day during the installation. She explained all the available services and there were no billing surprises at completion. CRC is a very professional organization and we recommend them without reservation.

In my case, the first and last time I used her, (because foolishly I was trying to be a good new neighbor), the work was sub-par, the workers were straight from Poland, no English, no cars. She drives them to/from jobs in her second smaller car not in her Benz. Don't trust that tips end up with the workers. Because she wants to be paid in cash, she's accused (behind her back to others) a wealthy neighbor that she's jealous of, of shorting her. Agnieszka has low standards, is slothy and so is her home and "business". She attacks anyone with negative reviews or that calls out her shoddy work and shady methods. Similar to her aggressive unsocialized dogs that she doesn't clean up after. Ask yourself why a "business" that's been cleaning for decades has 10 reviews, half of which are negative. The public and the county deserve to know about her practices.
