Worst nail salon ever don't know how their in business. Went yesterday just for a simple pedi. Had to leave midway cause the old guy doing my nails (probably someone's grandpa) did a horrible job on my nails! He didn't even file or shape. He left old nail polish from my previous color. He pinched me trying to "cut" my cuticle. Which he wasn't even getting anything off... I should've ran the second I saw how old and disgusting everything is. Run from this place. It's ghettoooo!!! I stopped him after he painted my big toe ugly and thick and didn't even clean it up. Waste of $28 and 2 hours of my freaking time! Talked Chinese to the others, burned me with the drill 6 times, have 7 file burns. When he started be used two different liquids, I asked, he said "it was not his fault, " really I had a turquoise color on my nails, which you can still see with my new pink paint, asked them to fix. I went to this location because it's close to my house. The lady that did my pedicure was great, I got shalack for my toes. However, when I was getting my fingernails done, I came with a picture from their website, explained I wanted this color, I didn't care for the designs on the nails, just the color. She couldn't find the color I wanted, then when I didn't want to cut my right-hand nails to match up with the left she got upset and charged me an EXTRA $5 because my right-hand nails are long. I guess because I didn't want to do as she suggested I was punished with a fee. I will never go back there. I just moved here from Las Vegas two weeks ago, I hate finding new shops because of this situation. After I showed him a picture of what I wanted he than handed me a basket of nail colors. I was then left to figure out what colors match the picture. He then filled it with the color powder of the colors I choose. It was super thick and I didn't like it. I then asked for a new tech because I wasn't liking what was going on. He said oh I still have to grind it down. So I was like ok. I like stiletto shaped nails and he did the worst job on that my fingers are crooked. He then had someone else come over and do the design,it's cheetah print I found that very easy to do, I probably could've done it myself. If you can't do my nails all the way through I probably won't want you again. Some of my nails aren't all the way filled in and the matte is sloppily painted on. The pictures were very promising on Google probably won't be returning Also I see they don't update any pictures so where ever that nail tech is that did all these nails over 2 years ago their work needs to come down read more

This is the second time I've made AN APPOINTMENT and been told to wait 30-45 minutes. I walked out and I will NOT return. I love the way Michael does my feet, but it's not worth it--especially when I pop out big bucks for a pedi. 50 for powder dip French nails and not even two weeks later two have them have broke off. I would have given one star but the owner or manager worked on my powder dip nails as I was getting a pedicure. ( I got a gel pedi and that is holding up pretty decently). The service is definitely good at this salon. They also gave me a coke to drink just very disappointed for the price I paid that I now have to go get my nails redone. I have been going to Venus for about 1 year and a half now. I love going in there, they know me by name. They sanitize their tools and have reasonable prices. I have gotten both acrylic and dip powder sets they last forever for me. I always take a picture and my nails come out like the picture. Awesome pedicures by Mike. He is great. I did not give it 5 stars because sometimes you start with one nail tech and end up with another. I get it team work is dream work, but sometimes I want one nail tech. I asked for lv nails and they gave me these nails. This is the worst experience I've ever had with nails. I showed the nail tech the nails i wanted before i got them done. I needed a fill and she seen how short my nails were. So when she gets to the design part she tells me that my nails are too short after she's already seen how short my nails were. I'm giving them one star because if she told me that before i would have gotten something else. Also she cut me bad. It is now the next day and my fingers are so sore from all the cuts. The worst place to get your nails done. Honestly. They're prices are not bad I used to go here all the time (it was a different crew of employees though) but the quality here is super terrible now. For example their regular pedicures are 25$ and that's cheap but the work is so awful way below average they always cut me and I thought okay I'll give them another chance and took my boyfriend since he wanted one too and we came out with cuts ! His cuts became scars ! Before that pedi I had bought my mom a gift card for her birthday and when she got her nails done she ACCIDENTALLY smeared the polish when taking out the gift card TO PAY and they didn't bother to fix those 3 nails!!! She doesn't speak English too well so I feel like they took advantage and just let her go out like that! HOW DISAPPOINTING. Don't spend your money here they need to fix they're services. I know the saying you get what u pay but no that's not this place YOU WILL get below the average work of what u pay for. They need to lower they're prices or at least do average work. The person that was "assigned" to complete my gel manicure seemed tremendously inexperienced and spoke NO English (or pretended not to). I left with nail polish under my nails, on my fingers, and lumpy polish; and this was after the "manager" came over to fix a few of the issues with my nails. I wasn't disgruntled initially, but after my hand had been jerked several times, the towel snatched from under my hand, and the led light left my hand dangling from being pulled unexpectedly, I had had ENOUGH!!! I started grabbing my things before my pedicure was even completed. The pedicurist was nice enough, however, using VERY sticky and goopy polish reflects not having pride in your craft/work. I would definitely NOT recommend this place for individuals who have high standards, especially when PAYING for services. $80+ TOO MUCH!!!
