I have been lucky enough to follow Fran from her old shops to Venus tattoo collective. Fran is one of the most beautiful souls I have ever met. Kind, sweet, caring, and an amazingly talented artist. I can't help but absolutely love and adore her! She took my ideas and brought them to life. So welcoming and makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way. I am ALWAYS getting compliments on the beautiful work Fran has done. I highly recommend Fran to anyone and everyone! Venus is by far the most stunning studio I have been to yet. Knowing that it's an all women ran studio is a major plus. Girl power! Very clean and welcoming. When you walk in you realize dreams really do come true. I visited this shop for the first time in late August and I am absolutely in love with all of the vibes! The shop is very clean, and the decor is so eclectic and fun. Making my appointment with my artist (Alex) was very easy, and upon arrival It was so convenient to scan and fill out all of the consent forms electronically. My tattoo is absolutely gorgeous, and I received the most detailed aftercare instructions that I have ever received in 20 years of being tattooed. She healed up beautifully and the line work is so clean, color shading and blending are great. I look forward to coming back to Alex as well as getting tattoos from other artists here as well, everyone's work is beautiful. read more

I requested a custom tattoo with Alex at Venus. First off, the vibes and aesthetic in this studio are immaculate 10/10! Such a sweet, fun and welcoming space. Alex was so amazing, from start to finish. She showed me her array of colored inks and consulted with me on my preferences and provided great advice. During the whole process she was courteous, downright hilarious, and thoughtful (checking in with me throughout the session). My tattoo turned out so perfect! I've gotten a couple of tattoos with Danielle before she opened venus tattoo collective. I was excited to book with her at her shop to get matching tattoos with my siblings. When got there i was amazed by how beautiful the shop is, it had so many cute touches to it. We were greeted by Danielle and she was super sweet as always, and made me and my siblings feel super comfortable and safe. We all loved our tattoos and we all want to go back again! This is such a cool place. From the moment you walk in, you're transported to a maximalist interior filled with transfixing decor. It's a distinctly feminine vibe so different from traditional tattoo parlors. I get my nails done my Gypsy Titmouse, Jessica Sikora. She's a true artist, whose works on canvas are even more spectacular than what she will do on your nails. She specializes in high-end art and products and will have every one admiring your nails! I love this place and would definitely like to get my next tattoo here by one of the fabulous artists. read more

I have now gotten three tattoos from Danielle, and they are, in one word, AMAZING. A cover-up, a drawing my daughter made, and something I found inspo for, and she made her own. I love her attention to detail, communication, friendliness, and, above all, her talent. Her location is clean, fun, and inviting. I love that each artist has a space where you can close the door, too. It allows me to think of another tattoo in a location where I don't have to expose my body to an entire shop. Had an excellent experience getting Tattoo'd by Alex. She has done a few of my pieces as well as a bunch for my wife. We followed her from the last place she was working. She also loves Star Wars and she is the perfect person to draw something up from that genre. I'm building a Star Wars sleeve, she has done a few on my arm and I plan to continue to get more work done from her. She is also funny as hell to talk to makes the tattoo go by quickly. I got a tattoo from Alex a couple months ago and I'm absolutely in love! My best friends and I went in to get tattoos together and they all turned out amazing. This is the most girly pop tattoo shop and it's AMAZING. It's so cute so you'll have plenty of spots for pictures, Danielle made me feel so comfortable and checked in throughout, let me take a little Power Nap, and is so fun to talk to. I ended up telling her a whole life story during mine! Not only is the location in Sebastopol, but it has the cutest decorations ever! each artist has decorated their booth to match their style. it feels very clean and inviting!
