Then, when I explained that even if that was true, the CPT code they used was for appointments that are longer than 45 minutes, they said it was because it accounted for the time the doctor took to take notes. I was in the room with the doctor for less than 10 minutes, and if it takes him 25 minutes longer than the entirety of my visit to write standard notes (WITH THE HELP OF AN AI ASSISTANT) then this clinic is incompetent to say the least. While my initial appointment was quick and painless, the surprise billing and dizzying redirection of the staff completely soured the experience. I have been here five times and have had a wonderful experience every time - from the check-in desk to the actual Doctor or NP visits. This review is specific to when I sliced my ring finger. I highly recommend Dr. Sach Takhar. He has such a lovely, calm and engaging manner - even in moments of crisis...sliced finger! He was able to see me within 30 minutes of my "accident" and was gentle in his treatment, brilliantly distracting me with conversation. His care enabled me to fly internationally, as planned, within less than 24 hours. He made time to see me the following week to check on the healing and am so grateful to Dr. Takhar - my finger has healed like brand new!
