They should learn from before on the better way on scheduling an appointment. I know it is hard to predict how long doctor has to take care each patient but it shouldn't be that difficult. For me looks either double booked or between one and another appointment has very short gap. One time I waited for one hour before get called in. Then in the room.waited for another 30 min. There is nothing wrong with the doctor, it is just frustrated have to wait so long. It is kind like profit over patient time.

My doctor ordered a comprehensive blood panel to investigate the cause of my vitamin deficiency…read moresymptoms. The results were definitive: the complete blood count revealed macrocytic anemia, characterized by elevated mean corpuscular volume, a key indicator of either a vitamin B12 or folate issue. Further tests confirmed my serum folate levels were critically low, diagnosing a significant folate deficiency. The treatment plan was straightforward but required commitment: a regimen of high-dose folic acid supplements paired with a focused dietary overhaul. I began incorporating more folate-rich foods like lentils, beans, and grains into every meal. The first signs of improvement were subtle, but within two weeks, the weariness began to lift as my red blood cell production started to normalize. Over the next month, my energy rebounded significantly, and I felt a renewed sense of well-being that I hadn't realized was missing. This experience was a powerful lesson in how crucial specific micro nutrients are for both physical energy and mental sharpness!

I have been here five times and have had a wonderful experience every time - from the check-in desk to the actual Doctor or NP visits. This review is specific to when I sliced my ring finger. I highly recommend Dr. Sach Takhar. He has such a lovely, calm and engaging manner - even in moments of crisis...sliced finger! He was able to see me within 30 minutes of my "accident" and was gentle in his treatment, brilliantly distracting me with conversation. His care enabled me to fly internationally, as planned, within less than 24 hours. He made time to see me the following week to check on the healing and am so grateful to Dr. Takhar - my finger has healed like brand new! Free parking along the entire street also makes things so convenient. Grateful One Medical exists and that they have such amazing teams at both their San Mateo and Burlingame locations.

It took an insurance advocate 6 months to get them to re bill correctly and change the mistake. The incompetence is amazing. Suffice to say I am no longer a member and wish unemployment on their entire operation.

He said no, this is why the internet isn't good because people think they know what they have. He then perscribed me something else. 4 visits, 2 months of utter discomfort, multiple medication and creams tried and NOTHING was working. He couldn't figure it out and blamed "stress". At this point I was so SICK of feeling discomfort I went somewhere else. Within 2 visits it was cured and what I TOLD Dr. Perez it was to begin with. I wish I could get him to pay my $800 worth of medical visits it took to figure that!

First! (I think...)…read more I really like Dr. Perez, but I can understand how people may misconstrue his manner. He is very slow and talks quietly, but I just felt that he was being considerate. I have been to him two times now, well 3 if you count stitches being removed (where I used to have a suspicious mole). The first couple times were for attempting to diagnose these strange tiny blistery like things that I get on my hands and feet every once and a while. They range from not existent to oh-god-I can't-bend-my fingers-or-walk, and of course for my appointment they were much closer to the non existent end of the spectrum. Luckily I had taken pictures, which were very helpful. He did a biopsy of what little blister I had, which cost a fortune, and hurt like hell once the local wore off, and unfortunately yielded no conclusive results. This is where I have a small problem because I am not sure that he took the best sample, and I really think that he should have had me wait until they were worse, and then done the biopsy ... or at least explored some other options before just giving me an Rx.
