They offered me a full refund or said I could pick something else out. As luck would have it they had the same bag, same color so I just exchanged it. He said he would let me know when I could drop my vehicle off. After a few weeks I got no response so I called and said he was busy but he would let me know when I could drop it off next week. Scheduled a day but then it got cancelled and he would let me know when he was available. No response until I called in to get an appointment. Finally got the car in to replace the carpet and went to pick it up. AFTER I PAID FOR THE WORK he starts telling me how difficult the job was and said I should pay him more money. I went to get my keys for the vehicle and after he handed me the keys he said "aren't you going to pay more me?" I just said no and left because I was so surprised. I never received any call when the job got "more difficult" than expected. This place tries to swindle and harass people to pay more. I didn't pay attention to the other reviews here and I should have because someone had the same story about this place a few years ago.
