I'm glad this one is still around since it's the most convenient location and most central at Rockefeller Center, compared to the other 4 stores (UES, Chelsea market, SoHo and W.Village). Their product styling is generally considered more boho chic apparel, accessories and home goods + furniture, I'd call it maybe more romantic and whimsical, less preppy and buttoned up. They're owned by Urban Outfitters which also owns Free People so the adjacencies between the aesthetics, products and target consumers make sense. They're geared toward the mid 20s to mid-40s age range, and prices tend to be on the mid to higher side for this type of product. Not to level of high-end designer but generally more than your mid-range mall retailers. In the countless number of times I've visited, staff here usually are cordial. There's a main level which has the main entrance from street-side, new seasonal collections, accessories and the checkout/register area towards the back of the store. Then there's a basement level which is accessible from with Rockefeller Center. The fitting rooms and home goods section are downstairs.

The only crazy thing was the lines for the fitting room which we ended skipping and just gambling on the size. LOVE that you can customize any Uniqlo items and make them your own. You can do prints and embroidery, so much fun! Anything is customizable and I can't wait to give this a try. Lots of things on sale but also love their checkout system. I was charged for the items and I am not sure I will ever get them. What makes it worse is the lack of communication via the only form of communication- email.
