    This was such a seamless buying experience, that it still feels unreal. Like most people, I'm used to going to a dealership and immediately being bombarded by salespeople and the pressure to purchase a car is ON from the moment you get there. It was so different here at Audi; our sales representative Kyle was so friendly and informative from the jump without feeling that immense pressure. We were out of there in only a few short hours and did not spend our whole day there. It was such a good experience, I will recommend this dealership to everyone.

    Lucas Kielar at Audi of Pembroke Pines was an excellent salesman. Even through these difficult times we're living (due to Covid-19), Lucas was able to work with us very diligently, professional and even remotely to give us the best deal possible.The entire process was very smooth and delightful. Everything was explained clearly and throughly. Mark in finance was very helpful as well. The manager, Ryan, was also very nice and present throughout the process. After you get your oil changed three times (I think), the next one is free and I finally got my free oil change! I knocked off a star since my last review only because it's been so hard to get an appointment here. When I need my oil change or car serviced, I'll usually have to plan in advance because their appointments are usually a few weeks already booked. They also have been taking way longer than normal. My last oil change was supposed to be an hour and a half maximum but ended up being close to four hours because he forgot to notify me it was ready. Other than that, my car rep is always nice. I usually see Corey Guy and he's my fav person to go to there. Always super helpful! If you plan to wait, they have tables, chairs, couches, tv, complimentary water, and popcorn. Plus, free wifi. They also have a car service that can take you to nearby areas and pick you up after you're done. I used this to go to an appointment I had while my car was being serviced a few appointments ago. Overall, still a good spot for car service and oil changes.

From the valet at the front to the service advisers. Service advisors are typically pretty condescending, and it always feels like they are trying to get some type of money out of you, and try to find a reason as to why you're wrong or not understanding what they are saying. The valet at the front is ALWAYS RUDE. I have never came to this part of the dealer and had a pleasant experience. This sucks because BMW for me is a better car, better drive, better everything. But having to deal with this service department specifically SUCKS. DO BETTER., customer service is important. I know two people personally that went to Mercedes and Range Rover after having to deal with this specific locations service department. Note to the valet, customer service is important, stop rushing people just so you can go back to the little table and talk to your coworkers or be on your phone.

    Billed $1,499 For a "Free" Contract…read more I am writing this review about an issue I had cancelling a maintenance plan that I thought I was getting free but found I was billed $1499 for it. During my negotiation, the dealership promised a special reduction on our deal. To make up for a discrepancy, they told me they were giving me a complimentary maintenance contract for free. Because it was a new car paid in full, I was already entitled to two basic service visits (5000 and 10000 miles) for free under the standard factory Lexus Care complimentary maintenance program, so paying $1499 for the remaining two service visits wouldn't make any financial sense. I wrote to several finance managers explaining my situation and saying I wanted to cancel the maintenance plan (it had to be done within 30 days) with zero response from anyone. I did finally call Lynn Gonzales in customer relations and she was fantastic and took care of cancelling the maintenance plan for me and it has been resolved now. I found out after that there is a simple 800 number to call if you need to cancel a maintenance contract on your own within 30 days of purchasing it. So if you are having that issue, you can call directly to 800-448-1505.

We are long-time Porsche customers and have always appreciated the facility itself -- it's beautiful and well-maintained. But the service department has completely shattered our loyalty. It started a few months ago when we noticed strange noises coming from our Porsche Cayenne while driving. We brought it in, their certified technicians test drove it, and told us flat out that nothing was wrong. We trusted our instincts, took it to our personal mechanic, and within no time they identified a wheel bearing problem. We had to bring the car BACK to Porsche West Broward, where they suddenly confirmed -- yes, there was in fact a bearing issue with the wheels. So their own proprietary Porsche-certified technicians couldn't identify something that a regular outside mechanic caught with no problem. That alone tells you everything about the competence level here. Fast forward to now -- our Cayenne has been sitting at this dealership for WEEKS and they are refusing to return it to us. Communication is nearly impossible. Getting a straight answer is a battle. We are not being treated with any level of respect or basic human decency, let alone the standard you would expect as a luxury vehicle owner. The facility may look like a five-star experience. The service department operates like the opposite. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the disrespect. Take your Porsche anywhere else.

I worked with a sales associate named David, who was professional, experienced, and transparent. He honored the offers advertised on the Jeep website something that doesn't always happen. Many of us have seen deals advertised (e.g., $300/month with a certain amount down), only to find out at the dealership that the offer either "doesn't exist" or isn't honored. That actually happened to me at Hollywood Jeep and Aventura Jeep. Fortunately, David delivered exactly what was advertised, as long as I qualified which I did. Now for the main reason behind this review: the service department. Unfortunately, the service here has been extremely disappointing. Like many Jeep Gladiator owners know, leaks can be an issue. In my case, the leaks are severe. Living in South Florida, where it rains frequently, I'm dealing with standing water on my floorboard. I've sent multiple videos to service representatives, and the only response I receive is, "Let me see what I can do." I've even gone in person bypassing the appointment process and still get told to come back later with no resolution. At this point, I'm considering taking my vehicle to the Plantation Jeep dealership for warranty repairs, even though this location is much closer to my home. I would prefer not to do that, but based on my experience and what many other reviewers have said the service here is simply unacceptable. This appears to be a management issue. In my opinion, there is a clear lack of accountability and standards. As someone who works in management, I understand that delays can happen and no operation is perfect. However, based on both my experience and the consistent feedback from others, this doesn't seem like a one-time issue it appears to be an ongoing pattern.

I walk in for an oil change and leave feeling like I escaped a timeshare presentation. My favorite moment was when I asked them to check a tire that was leaking air. Simple, right? Apparently not. They told me the tire was "totally fine"... then immediately tried to sell me a whole new set of tires. Meanwhile, the one tire I actually came in for was still leaking like a toddler with a juice box. They can handle basic maintenance, but be ready: you'll leave with your car fixed, your wallet lighter, and a list of "urgent problems" you never knew existed.

After the work was completed, I later discovered that the Duralast alternator installed (Part #11548) was billed to me at $697.99. The same alternator is publicly available over the counter through AutoZone for approximately $319.99, plus a refundable core charge. What concerns me most is that when I questioned the total at the store, I was given a $100 discount on the alternator price. That means the original pricing would have been even higher. While I understand businesses apply markups to parts and labor, a difference of this magnitude feels unreasonable and inconsistent with fair customer treatment. I also understand the local manager advised that pricing is not set at the store level and suggested I contact corporate. For that reason, I am bringing this matter to your attention in hopes of a fair review and resolution. I am simply asking Firestone to do what is right.
