When in the change room, they always ask if I'm ok and if I want or need different sizes and bring them very quickly. They sell really cute jewelry and nail polishes as well. Sometimes you can even find phone cases! Their scarves are super light and vary in designs and colors. If you're looking for a place to shop especially when you get a new job, this is the a find! There are two entrances to this store. One is directly from the parking lot, on the south side of the mall, down a set of stairs within a glass enclosure. The other entrance is also down a set of stairs, but inside the mall. They have so many products all crammed into the basement. Aisles are narrow, filled with products from the floor to the ceiling. One side of the store has women's and men's clothing, drapery, curtain rods, and bedding. This store has all the typical things you'd find in a Chinese houseware store: pots, pans, cutlery, mugs, hot water dispensers, rice cookers, cleaning supplies (brooms, buckets, sponges), over-the-door hangers, kitchen tools and utensils, range hoods, space heaters, etc. What I've only seen at this store were washing machines and joss paper (ghost or spirit money). These are things that you burn for your ancestors to have in the afterlife. They had joss paper in the form of money, cellphones, tablets, watches, eyeglasses, jewelry, and even clothing with some recognizable brands.

Even the one at Heartland (although I've only visited it twice) looks like everything has been passed over a few or more times. HOWEVER, this particular store off North Queen is truly a gem. My friends, neighbours and colleagues are all on side with me on this one! It does offer a lot of high end clothing but, similar to Winners per se, it is hit and miss. I've purchased a few pairs of casual flats from brands such as Hush Puppies, Coach and Skechers and they were all reasonably priced - Coach I recall about $79. I even bought my husband a couple of pairs of Vans on separate occasions. They have a large selection of health and beauty items - I bought a big bottle of Silk Therapy with a small bonus bottle for under $20. The real showstopper is the little home section at the back of the store. If you go often, you will find beautiful, one-of-a-kind items. I've also picked up some really unique things (reclaimed wood picture frames, wine bottle stoppers, tea towels, etc.) in the clearance section that, trust me, have not been picked over. I think the store just sees so much business that it really is constantly bringing in new items all the time. I should also mention that it doesn't see huge crowds like the above-mentioned Heartland and it is very civilized in there. Parking is no issue either. Plus, you can go have lunch at Nando's after!

It has 2 levels (accessible by escalator or elevator) and has everything that all other Marshalls have (Urban Concept stores often don't have children's clothing, toys, or food items). I love shopping at Marshalls, so they all pretty much get 4 stars from me, lol. My only complaint about this location is that there is actually too much open space upstairs. Downtown Toronto space is prime real estate, right? So fill up the space with stuff! I want more merchandise to look at, and maybe buy, haha.

Marshall's is kind of like a spiffed up dollar store, but has some great items that you might find at Factory Direct under a pile of Made for TV junk. Think of it as upscale dumpster diving in a nice neighbourhood like the Annex. Nobody seems to know about this hidden time-wasting gem, so feel free to walk around with the fear of bumping into people. It's worth browsing here if you have time to kill, maybe waiting for you movie to start, or restaurant reservation to kick in. The staff seem very chill which is fine for a laid back store like this.

We buy things to try when we are not sure as we can return if we don't like, but 99% of the times we retain the products. we are a small family so groceries we avoid from costco as the packaging are bulk but Kirkland quality is Ace !!!

They really need to increase the security at this Dollarama. I've been pushed by a random, sketchy person before, and I often see interesting characters lurking at this store. Selection at this store is pretty good and it's decently well maintained. They do have some issues where there isn't self-checkout and lack of cashiers can cause long lineups at the front. There are times where I've had to wait over 15 minutes just to check out one item.
