The only thing "wrong" was that the flimsy barcode sticker had fallen off -- something that clearly wasn't my fault. The hat was brand new, unworn, and still had its other tags attached. All I wanted was an exchange because he didn't realize it was a fitted hat and wanted a snap back hat.. Instead of offering any help, the manager, Jenna, not only refused the return but tried to claim there was a "hair" on the hat, as if that justified keeping my money. The accusation felt insulting and completely unnecessary. Everyone tried on hats in the store so to claim a hair was on it was absurd.. it was unworn and still in the bag.. The corporate office does not have a phone number or an email that works.. you must get on their website and talk to a bot and then a human and then they will email you back in a few days.. still waiting on my email.. Here's the kicker: when I drove back to my local store, they immediately offered to exchange or refund the hat with no issues at all. Clearly, the problem wasn't store policy -- it was the way Jenna handled the situation. I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of, and I won't be giving them my business again.

As a direct result business slowed down and more than ten businesses were not able to pay rent. The swapmeet had over 50 businesses but the decline of business forced the owner to sell or leave business to another company. The vendors were great but . Also owner did not conduct businesses ethically several licenses and violations were reported so Bureau of investigative services, fire department violations locking businesses with gates during operation hours.
