Rude from the initial hello. Wanted to try and buy from a local small business instead of the big chain stores. Aside from the employees attitude from the get go, he's got a 2-3 hundred dollar mark up on his inventory. When greeted at the gate I did not get a hello I got "what ? I'm with a customer and it's gonna be awhile" I get people having bad days but that was uncalled for. So I asked what pistols he had in stock and he throws his hands in the air and "says I don't know like what?" At this point I specified what I was looking for and he told me he had 2, normally a 460-520 item even in covid times. He responds with a 699-799 price. Price gouging is not a way to earn anyone's business even during these times. Sad to say that I will not be giving them my business or referring anyone to them. read more

If you're looking to buy a firearm go somewhere else. This business is incredibly dishonest and took my money. They took 3 months to email me to let me know that my background check was cleared just days before it was to expire. This is despite my efforts to call them for an update and I even went to the store. They claim to have called me to tell me this, which is untrue as I have no calls or messages from them. Now they refuse to give me a full refund of the deposit I left for the firearm. After calls and a visit from me to try to get a full refund or have them pay for the background check, they only refunded me 34% of my deposit. They initially told me they would only keep 15% of my deposit, not 66%! Instead of admitting that they never called they continued to argue and refused any other viable solution or to give me the maximum refund. read more
