don't go to this phone store. they scammed me into purchasing 3 phones in order to acquire a new…read moret-mobile plan when it was no purchase necessary. after telling them to cancel the order, they proceeded to charge my credit card anyways. this store is also suspected of swapping out legitimate t-mobile phones with ones with bad IMEI's. if you ever wonder why this store won't ship the phones to your home address, it's because they want the phones shipped to their store so they can swap your phone with their's. one of my relative's phones were caught with a stolen S5 IMEI from this store. beware. be safe and order your phones from t-mobile online.

I have been going to Eric for Repairs at 2 prior locations and I think highly of him. This time I went on 2/28/25 to fix an iphone X whose screen was "ghosting" due to a prior fiz I had while out of town a few months prior. Eric is reliable and communicative, and will not make a fix unless he lets you know the exact cost up front, and he uses good parts, and out of 2prior fixes in the last 13 years I never had a problem with those phones, and they still operate today I just upgraded models. One was an older android, and one was an iphone 5S! Although my initials are the same as the company, I have no affiliation with them, but I do recommend them, but because when I tried to find them the only listing they had was for the older address and he hasnt been on Chrstie street in 10 years at least. He is located in a pharmacy, and the sign is outside, but his work is fast, and he is courteous and efficient. Once their was a phone he could not fix as it was determined to be a motherboard pronlem and he did not charge me anything. He tried to figure out what was wrong and in the end said "he isn't sure now but if I leave my phone there, he will fix it". I asked if this was complimentary as it was the same issue he "fixed" a month ago, and he said no he will be charging me 100ish. 100ish AGAIN, for an issue that is the same (phone not powering on, screen is black, just fixed it a MONTH ago!), no thank you. The other issue was the samsung sim card slot that he "fixed". The staff pulled it out and broke the slot and charged me 20. However, on my samsung phone, you have to press the simcard and it pops out. So he removed it wrong, broke it, then charged me 20. My friends had good experiences with fixing broken screens or something simple, but if you have TECHNICAL issues do not come here!
