Went in to add a plan to my husband's new apple watch, salesperson asked for our cell number as per usual. He then says, "oh, you need a business plan" I can save you money" my bill went from $152.00 to $435.00 the next month, and $258.00 the next bill. I called Verizon customer service, and they are launching an investigation. Beware of commission driven cell phone stores. read more

Every employee that I have encounter at this store is excellent. I have personally delt with Trey, Andrew, and D'Angelo. Trey is so kind and sweet. I personally saw him be so patient with an elderly woman who came in because she thought she had a plan through Verizon. He helped her figure out who it was with and told her where she could go to get her issue fixed. He could of told her I'm sorry it's not with us good luck. Instead he went above and beyond. It warmed my heart. Andrew helped my mother in law and I get her phone switched to our plan and set up both of our new watches. She thought she had a prepaid plan... after about 30 mins( because he couldn't get through to the support line) figured out that she didnt have a prepaid plan but in fact a regular plan through Verizon. Not once was he rude about it. He was very patient. Both my phone and my mother in laws phones needed an update to link our new watches. It took forever but again he was patient and joked around. Today I got the pleasure of working with D'Angelo. He was just the same. My daughter had messed up her phone. He helped fix it. My friend who is on our plan and lives in Kansas was having issues with the store up there telling her her phone line was not eligible for the trade in promotion. I asked him to help me. He did and didn't see any issues with an upgrade to her line. He waited patiently while I was on the phone with her. He got her phone ready for her and even packaged it so I could mail it to her. I got a new phone while I was there as well. This isn't just good customer service these gentlemen are a shining example of how people in general should treat each other. Whoever does the hiring there also needs to have a pat on the back because they pick great people and must have high expectations of their employees. They all go beyond their job description and they should be recognized for that. These are the kind of people you keep around. They are the face of your company and they do a great job making Verizon look good and easy to deal with. I know when I go in there my issues or whatever I need will be taken care of and strangely enough laugh and have a good time! I know this is long but I believe it's important to give praise when it is due not just write a review when something bad happens. read more

We stopped by here twice before finally deciding to change our service from Cricket to Verizon and buy new phones. The associates here are informative, friendly and helpful. It didn't take long to switch and even less time to move everything from my old phone to my new one. I also love how they are just down the road, literally. read more

I lost my phone while on motorcycle ride. A wonderful good samaritan found it ant turned it in to the staff at the Azle Verizon location. The staff took the extra effort to locate me through calling contacts. They called my wife (ICE) contact and I was able to retrieve my iPhone. Thank you so much for your efforts! This shows that great small town ethics still exist in this mess. read more

Y'all, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store. I went here in October to trade in my device for an upgrade. The employee I had the misfortune of dealing with is the most incompetent person I've ever encountered. He didn't know how to setup an iPhone and still charged me $35 to set up the device myself. I was doing the trade in program and made a point to ask him not once, but three times to make sure that he's the one that mails in my phone so that I'm not charged for the device and he said yes. Fast forward two months and my new verizon bill is $670!! I have literally spent the past month calling verizon to dispute these charges because they're supposed to have my device. To make an incredibly long story short, this employee never sent in my phone!!! He also failed to fill out the correct paperwork and put me down as a buyout instead of trading in. So here we are three MONTHS later and my issue is just now getting resolved. Had he done what he was supposed to in the first place, none of this would be happening. I would give this location a negative rating if I could. I went in on Saturday and they sold me an IPad Air said it was the newer one and it was not. They over charged for the product. $550.00 they asked me to pay the taxes + $30 set up fee. They did not set up crap. I took it home and figured out I got screwed. So I returned it on Sunday and had to deal with someone else. Who admitted he did not know anything about apple products. I am still waiting for a refund. I also got hit with a restock fee of $30. I went to the Verizon store in Lake Worth and had a great experience. I got the IPad Air 2 for $489. Do not go to the Azle store they are not a corporate store and will rip you off. read more
