It had been 4 hrs since the order was placed, no email, no text that it was ready (which online says ready in 2 hrs). When I got there, there were 2 employees working. One was helping a customer, the other came out from the back and I said I was there to pick a new online order. He told me that their computer could not process online orders and it had been broken for about a week? I call BS on this story thinking they're not getting commission on online orders and they don't want to waste their time losing a phone to a non-commissioned sale. He told me that if I call ATT, they could change to a different store for pickup without having to go through the refund process. That was a lie and I found this out after talking to 2 different customer service representatives on the phone when I got back home. This store is so crooked. Do not go there and fall for their lies. They will lie to your face and send you away without batting a false eyelash. If I could give them "0" stars, I would. Thanks ATT for nothing.

I have Apple Care and Verizon customer service said it would be at least 2 or 3 weeks before I could get my phone replaced. I went to the nearby Apple Store and they said they could repair the phone in a few hours after receiving the part. I went with Apple. [aside: if the phone can be repaired, I was told by the folks at Apple that the major carriers refer to them for warranty repairs anyway]. The only "problem" was that the repair required a new enclosure and logic board, so a brand new set of IMEI numbers and new serial number. I had to contact Verizon to reactivate the phone. The first woman from Verizon's customer service treated me like I was an idiot for having Apple do the work. She was condescending and rude and claimed I had replaced the phone without Verizon's authorization. By the time I get to Jessica, she noted the new IMEI numbers and reached out to her manager and another contact and had Verizon add the IMEI numbers to their network and got the phone working again. Jessica is the one who got it done, and she is - hands down - the best public-facing employee Verizon has and is the sole reason I didn't cancel my new contracts, return all phones and go with another carrier. Hopefully Verizon will read this and get with her to find out why she's so awesome and then train their other public-facing employees to be like Jessica.

They will tell you that they've gone paperless and that is because they've added charges to your bill that you DID NOT purchase. Go to the one at Rufe Snow and Mid-cities. They printed out a receipt for me and I was able to see what truly transpired during my transaction with the one across from the Super Walmart at N. Beach and N. Tarrant Pkwy. First, I was charged for a Samsung that is advertised on their website and a poster on their door which should have been free since I was porting my phone number. I was charged $55 for items I did not purchase and, additionally, the $7/mo phone protection service which I have never been in the habit of purchasing. So, I was out $62 that I shouldn't have been! Diego (who called himself Dale) was my sales representative.

So I was sold a faulty battery, told I was a liar and now i'm out $80 of which I at least got store credit but they still robbed me of $80. Wait the 3 extra days and buy it on Amazon or spend the extra $20 at another place that honors their return policy. Worst customer service i've ever seen.

Took it home, connected it and immediately the battery showed dead when I connected it. I called the Location Tristen answered and said I would have to go through the testing and charging process again. When I asked for store manager or district manager info Tristen hung up on me . I tried to call back and Tristen wouldn't answer the phone . Later in the day I called back and said did " I called earlier did mean to hang up on me . " Tristen's reply " absolutely the Manager will be here Monday-Friday " then hung up on me . If you get a battery and don't ever have an issue this might be an ok place to buy . But if you have an issue and want them to stand by the warranty you are out of luck and will have to call corporate or go to another location because Tristen doesn't care one bit of you are a customer .

Handled all products with care, explained different options for family lines & phone purchases w/ phone cases, add-ons, & AirPods. Set up phone lines and made calls- made sure everything worked as promised before anyone left the store. With the next customer, he took care of a billing issue & payment efficiently. The customer was extremely thankful & pleased. When we approached the counter we explained that our phone broke (front, back, & issue with the motherboard- no other shop could fix the issue!). He took the time to help us understand different options for attempting to repair our iPhone X, gave us purchasing options & comparisons if the phone could not be repaired. Extremely knowledgeable, patient & helpful! I definitely prefer D2 Wireless over any big corporations and highly recommend this specific store to all my friends & family. This is a great spot to do self-service printing and faxing…read more My old 15-year-old printer suddenly and finally stopped working. I had to quickly find a place to print some materials. I called this Staples and was told that if I used the self-service option, black & white printing is 22 cents/page. I loaded up my flash drive and headed over. Self-service printing here is super easy and fast. Please note that you must have a credit or debit card to use self-service. A $5 hold is placed on your card and immediately removed at checkout. You just swipe your card, insert your drive and print. The quality of the paper was nice and heavy --- better than that cheap printer paper I have at home, LOL. I was in and out in a jiffy! The $5 fee was instantly removed, and I was only charged for my printouts. There were four people in a line who were not using self-service printing/faxing. They were waiting on one employee to complete services. I only saw one employee working the printing/shipping area, one working the cash register area, and one stocking shelves. Like all other businesses at this time, they suffer from limited staffing. If you are not able to or can't use the self-service options, you will be waiting a while for assistance. The parking lot is nice and roomy. Next time you are in need of a quick print job or fax, this is a good place for that.
