If you want the worst s customer service ever go to this store!!!! Jessica and this light skinned big tall dude are rude as hell and don't know what they're doing. I went from prepaid to a contract ( worst mistake ). when in tried to register online they didn't recognize my number. So I called 611 and the didn't recognize my number and couldn't give me my billing info. I need to know when my bill due. Then Jessica sends a text asking how my service was. I told her I don't know when my bill was due and my number isn't recognized. she never texted back. I went to the store. Light skinned tall man was there. I'm trying to ask him to help he's getting smart like he thought something was funny. Naw man I'm explaining and he's clearly not listening. some other dude helped get me registered. Like f this phone and watch. I'm going back to prepaid cause they fal se advertising. Jessica told me my bill wa s going to be no more than 80 dollars but I' paid 170. then the next bill 200+ I be damn. Highly poise pissed. This store needs to be shut down!!!!!!!! read more

William Parr is the best. While the store is busy, and answering calls and opening the locked door were chores passed from rep to rep, soon as I asked for his undivided attention, I got it. And he stayed w/me till the end. Love my new phone and so nice to have Will to call upon. Even gave me his personal cell #, just in case.... Scum. There is no better word. When you assume your customers are not savvy and lie to them, its the best way to ensure they will take their business elsewhere. I do not say this lightly. Flat out lied to me about extended warranty on a very expensive phone that is no longer working and so new its not even paid off yet! As if I do not know what I have. Scum. BUYER BEWARE. We had great service at this location with Derrion! He spent six hours with us working on transferring five phone lines from one business to a new business, which is a major process. Stay away from this place, they will lie on their promotions, they'll give you a monthly amount and the bill it's way different and good luck trying to close the account and getting your money back , you won't get your money back and you'll end up in collections after, I cancel before the 30 days and returned the devices. So you'll end up with out devices, in collection and with out your refund.. If it wasn't for Joshua Smith, we would have left and never given them our business. He rectified the unacceptable service we were given by Fonya - the sales rep who decided to take a personal phone call from her son's lawyer in the middle of our transaction. After talking in front of us for a few mins while we stood there, she had the nerve to leave us sitting in the lobby while she continued her call in the back. 15 mins later she peeked her face out to say she'd be right with us. I told her to go ahead and finish up her call. By that time Joshua had already started to help us even though he was with another customer, otherwise, I was ready to walk out. I requested that Joshua receive 100% of the commission and I hope that he did not have to split down with his terrible coworker. My message to management is to get rid of Fonya before she drives away all of your business. read more

Absolute nightmare to deal with this location. Save yourself the trouble and go to an actual Verizon or Apple store rather than this authorized dealer. I have been going back and forth with them for six weeks over various issues regarding the trading in of two phones, which they screwed up. No one has any idea what they're doing here, and Verizon does their brand a disservice letting these authorized retailers use their branding, without being accountable for their behavior/customer service failures. read more

My experience at this store was terrible. I bought new $$$ phone & left the store unaware my service on new phone was not turned on . Because was able to make some calls & send some texts, I was totally unaware of the problem. Kept getting message to 'power down the phone & try again' on failed calls. Finally, when attempting a call 2 days later, I got a vm directing me to a technician. Discovered I had 2 vm's & 12 texts that I had not received. Verizon was surprised that I'm requesting to be compensated & then offered me $25!? Escalating the issue..... & if necessary I will pay off phone & try to get out of contract. Loyal verizon customer for 7 yrs.... time to go! read more
