This review is for Jorge employee who works in Selma and Dinuba. I had a very concerning experience when helping my elderly parents upgrade their phones at this store. My parents are on my phone plan and went in for an upgrade. They were assisted by an employee named Jorge. During the visit, they traded in their old phones and left them with him. Later, I received a bill showing charges for phones that were supposedly not returned, even though my parents had already handed them over. I called Jorge during the week (he told me he works in Selma during the week and Dinuba on Sundays). He said he could not help me over the phone and that I would have to go in person to the Dinuba store so he could look for the phones. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there wasn't one. I also asked if he could have a coworker check for the phones, but he said he preferred to look himself because others might not do a proper search. When Sunday arrived, I called again and explained that this issue needed to be fixed and that I would escalate to corporate if necessary. Suddenly, he was able to correct the issue in the computer right away. This left me wondering why it could not have been resolved when I first called during the week. If you are one who enjoys being treated with disrespect and of no consequence then this is exactly the place for you! Both my wife and I on totally separate occasions have been handled with total disregard by the guys working in this place and they have the most condescending attitude to go with it. They are all about commissions and making money off of you and have less than zero interest in true customer service or even properly representing the name brand they are apparently working for - do yourself a huge favor and steer clear of this location. Again, unless you enjoy be treated with shameless disrespect and arrogance. Yelp needs to invent a below star rating for businesses like this! read more

Do not go to the Verizon Selma store. They are shady individuals they offered to open four lines at a total cost of $150 under Verizon business. One week later I got notification that my bill was going to be $277 I tried multiple times to fix this issue. I later called Verizon business. corporate phone number they told me that Store had tried three different times to push discounts and promotions that did not qualify for a customer like myself so now I am stuck with a bill close to $600. The last time I went there the manager and employee had me wait for an hour then told me they would be right back, they were going to grab lunch out of their vehicle they headed to their vehicle to get lunch and took off leaving me at the store with an employee that could not help me. I recommend NO ONE go to that store. They are shady individuals. Verizon business customer service were the ones that actually told me that they were unethical on trying to pull those discounts to hook and bait customers to sign up with them. Summit Tandon helped me and boyfriend out where I could join his account and start a family plan. Not only did he help us transferring my phone and Apple Watch account from Sprint/T-mobile, but he also assisted my boyfriend in getting his phone replaced through an insurance claim because my boyfriends phone has been acting up. Honestly Summit went above and beyond helping us and made sure the whole process was smooth and successful. Happy to be a Verizon customer too! read more

Came in to switch my line over from AT&T and the sales rep told me I was unable to because even though my line was paid off the other 2 were not. I went to an AT&T location to ask and they informed me that I was able to and this store gave me wrong information. Now I'll be taking my business elsewhere read more

On 11/17/2023 I went in there (selma store) around 6:30 p.m for assistance with my new phone. Upon entering i got No greeting from kid who was working the front, looked at me and then looked away and called out for the other worker Kumar who was seated on his phone across store who then asked what can i helped you with. I told him i got new phone and need help transfering my stuff over from old phone to new phone. Before i could get my last word out he said " oh, i will have to charge you fifty bucks!!! i said he was full of .... and i left ...very very BAD customer service. crazy thing is I am a business owner who's has been with Verizon for over 15 years after this incident i will taking my business over to at&t! I have service for over 100 phones with your company. ..even after the kind lady at the verizon store in KIngsburg was more than willing and happy to help me with my issue without charging me $50 bucks . maybe he needed gas money for his fancy BMW he had parked outside! whatever the case may be...you need to retrain your so called staff in customer service !! read more

Excellent problem solving! We came in thinking it might be a Verizon service issue but it turned out to be a problem with our phone, and Johnny and Summit were able to fix it anyway when two other apple service providers could not!
